Many thanks to Alan & Linda for my invite to judge. John Blore kindly stewarded for me & we had some lovely cats. Many thanks for all your help John.

Persian Bi-Colour Adult Male;

BOB BRITTLETON’S CH LADYGEM PICASO.

1 CC CARTER’S DAYZEE BEMYGUEST (12a5, 21/4/08).

Red & White lad with lovely balance. Super top of head with neat ears. Bold, deep copper eyes of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite & firm chin. Coat well prepared & of good length, just slightly harsh in texture on his back today. White inverted ‘V’ to face with white legs & underneath. Some mid red patches to legs. White to back with mid red patches. Mid red to tail. Well grown with cobby body & strong legs. Short full tail.

2 COOK’S CH NYKLANI LORENZO MEDICIE (12a1, 28/2/07).

Huge Black & White lad of good balanced type. Good width to head with neat ears. Mid orange eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite fractionally undershot. Coat of good length, but needing rather more preparation underneath. Almost jet black to head, back & tail. White inverted ‘V’ to face & white underneath & to paws. Very well grown. Short full tail.

AC Colourpointed or Mitted Ragdoll Adult Male;

1 CC BOB HAMILTON’S CH ADATELO PURRBLUEBUBBLE (66a, 2/4/08).

Lovely young Blue Colourpointed lad with real show presence & a super temperament. Good flat plane to head with medium ears held well. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Medium nose with good dip in profile. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat expertly prepared & of good length. Clear to body & mid blue to all points. Very well grown lad with good body shape. Well furnished tail of good length. Smashing lad who I’m sure will go far.

2 ADAMS’ SILKIESTAR RAGADEE PRINCE (66a, 5/5/08).

Sweet Blue Colourpointed lad, just looking a bit adolescent at present. Flat plane to head – could be a touch broader. Ears of good size but held a touch high at present. Mid blue eyes of good shape & fairly good size. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Fair width to cheeks. Level bite. Fairly good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Fractionally shady to body. Pale blue to all points. Very well grown. Well furnished tail of good length.

AC Colourpointed or Mitted Ragdoll Adult Female;

1 CC HAINSWORTH’S LITTLERAGS TOTALLY DEVINE (66a, 27/5/08).

Sweet Blue Colourpointed girl of good type. Good flat plane to head. Ears just need to drop a touch as she matures. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Nose showing good dip in profile. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat quite well prepared and of good length. Almost clear to body & pale blue to all points. Very well grown with good body shape. Bushy tail of good length.

2 ADAMS’ FARISLE DRAGONFLY (66a, 5/7/06).

Sweet Blue Colourpointed girl of quite pleasing type. Flat plane to head – could be a touch broader. Ears fairly well set, but looking a touch large at present. Pale blue eyes of fairly good size & shape. Medium nose with good dip. Fair width to cheeks. Level bite & fairly good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Fractionally shady to body. Mid blue to all points. Very well grown with strong body of good shape. Well furnished tail of good length.

3 HAMILTON’S CH XELALUV PARSHA (66, 25/4/07).

Seal Colourpointed girl of fairly good type. Good flat plane to head with medium ears held well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose of good length showing dip, just slightly roman. Fair width to cheeks. Level bite and good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Slightly shady to body. Dark seal to all points. Only fairly well grown. Tail of good length, well furnished.

4 LEAPAR’S FARISLE FAUSTINA (666a, 15/5/08).

Blue Colourpointed girl who’s looking rather unbalanced at present. Ears held rather tall & looking large and open at present. Pale blue eyes which are rather round and bold. Nose showing dip. Lacking with to cheeks today. Level bite. Fairly good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Fractionally shady to body. Pale blue to all points. Fairly well grown. Medium tail, well furnished.

5 DUNSTALL’S ELANESSE CINNAMON SPICE (66, 15/2/08).

Seal Colourpointed girl of fair type. Good flat plane to head – ears of good size, just held a little tall & looking a touch open. Mid blue eyes of good shape – I would prefer them to be larger for better expression. Nose rather straight in profile. Lacking width to cheeks at present. Level bite. Fairly good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Slightly shady to body today. Dark seal to all points. Rather light in bone – lacking substance today. Tail of good length, well furnished.

AC Birman Premier Neuter Male; A really lovely class with some super boys.

Very well balanced Blue Point lad of excellent type. Good width to head with medium ears held well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing good dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Just slightly shady to body. Mid blue to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown. Medium tail, well furnished.

RGPC ENSOR’S PR KITAH ODYSSEUS (13c5, 25/10/07).

Nicely balanced Red point lad of good type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deepest blue eyes of good size & shape. Medium nose with good dip. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Just slight shading to body. Mid red to all points. Matching gloves & socks. Gauntlets long & well tapered. Very well grown. Tail of good length, well furnished.

GPC WOOD’S PR RIVANNA FIORELLA (13c11, 11/12/07).

Very pretty Seal Tabbypoint girl of lovely balanced type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Medium nose with good dip in profile. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Fractionally shady to body. Excellent deep seal tabby markings to all points. Gloves slightly mismatched, with the left glove dipping slightly. Good socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown. Medium tail, well furnished.

RGPC Withheld. 2 BELL’S GR PR ARCADY MOPSA (13c13, 1/5/00).

Sweet Chocolate Tabbypoint girl of good type. Good width to head & medium ears set well. Pale blue eyes which were a little dirty today. She was very reluctant to open them & the haws were up. The Duty Vet was happy that she was not unwell, but this definitely detracted from her appearance today. Nose showing dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat of excellent length & texture, very well prepared & showing a clear body colour. Mid chocolate tabby markings to points, just slightly paler to mask. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. I was sorry to withhold, but she just wasn’t looking the part for a Grand today. I look forward to seeing her again when she’s back on form.

Chocolate or Lilac Point Birman Neuter Male;

1 PC OSLAVIO’S ROSINELLA FIGARO (13c3, 8/5/08).

Promising Chocolate point lad of good type. Fairly good width to head – ears of good size, just needing to drop a little. Excellent deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing dip, just slightly roman. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Excellent coat which was clear & beautifully presented for show. Dark chocolate to ears & mask, slightly paler to legs & tail. Mask still needing to fill out a touch. Matching gloves & socks. Well tapered gauntlets. Very well grown with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished.

Chocolate or Lilac Point Birman Neuter Female;

Attractive Chocolate point girl of mature balanced type. Good width to head with medium ears held well. Deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Medium nose with good dip. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & expertly prepared. Clear to body & mid chocolate to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Well grown with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished.

1 STEWART’S BARLEYFIELDS RIVER DANCE.

Attractive Orange-Eyed White Exotic lad of good type. Good width to head, ears set well but just a bit large & open at present. Mid orange eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Good width to cheeks. Bite slightly undershot. Firm chin. Coat well prepared & standing out well from his body. Clear pristine white throughout. Body well grown & fairly cobby in shape. Strong legs with good rounded paws. Short tail to balance.

HOWARD’S FALABELLA MERCIE.

Pretty Tortie girl of good type. Good top of head with neat ears. Deep orange eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite fractionally undershot. Full coat which was expertly prepared. Good rich shades of red well patched against jet black. Very cobby body. Short full tail.

AC Persian Kitten;

1 WEATHERLEY’S PICWICK HAPPYTHOUGHTS.

A real doll of a little Blue Cream. Super balanced type with good width to head & neat ears. Mid orange eyes of good shape & fairly good size. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite almost level. Coat full & expertly prepared. Mid cream & slightly dark blue. Some patching evident to back & legs. Very cobby body. Short full tail. I hope her coat pales a little as she grows as her type is lovely!

2 PRIOR’S ZENITH RED RONDO.

Red lad of good type. Good width to head – ears of good size, just needing to close & settle a touch. Deep copper eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Fairly good width to cheeks. Bite fractionally undershot. Good chin. Coat a bit fly-away at present & needing a little more preparation underneath. Rich red, but showing tabby markings to head, legs & tail – hopefully these will clear as he matures. Fairly cobby body. Short full tail.

Lovely Orange-eyed white girl of super type. Excellent top of head with neat ears. Deep copper eyes of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Excellent width to cheeks. Bite almost level. Firm chin. Very full coat of pristine white which was groomed to the last hair. Very well grown cobby body. Short full tail. Delightful kitten.

2 BROWN’S ACRESWAY GUCCI.

Pretty Lilac Colourpoint Exotic girl of good type. Good width to head – ears of good size, just needing to close & settle a touch. Pale blue eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Cheeks just need to develop a little as she matures. Level bite & firm chin. Clear pale bluish white coat of excellent texture, standing out very well from her body. Mid lilac to points, just slightly paler to her whisker pads at present. Very well grown girl with excellent cobby shape. Strong legs with good rounded paws. Short tail to balance. A lovely girl who was very unlucky to meet the winner today.

1 VALENTINE’S GR PR ANSTEYN LOTTIE.

Very pretty Red girl of excellent type. Very broad top of head with neat ears. Deep copper eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Good cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Full coat which was fairly well prepared – just needing a little more attention underneath. Rich red & almost sound. Cobby body. Short full tail.

2 STALLINGS’ CH FERARA HANSOMELLE.

Black Exotic lad of super type. Excellent width to head. Ears well set and of good size, just needing to close a touch. Huge bold eyes of deep copper & good shape. Very short broad nose. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite & firm chin. Coat standing out fairly well from body, just a little flat on his back. He is moulting quite heavily at present. Jet black & almost sound. Cobby body that is well grown. Strong legs with good rounded paws. Short tail to balance.

AC Persian Maiden Neuter;

1 TONKS’ GR CH ZENDIQUE ATZAR ISBORN.

Lovely Blue Spotted Tabby Exotic lad of super balanced type. Excellent width to top of head with neat ears that are well set. Bold copper eyes of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Super coat which stands out really well from his body. Very well prepared – just moulting slightly at present. Pale biscuit ground colour with mid blue markings. Clear ‘M’ to forehead & spectacles to eyes with tracings back to ears. Spotted whisker pads. Bars to legs & well ringed tail. Spots to tummy. Slightly solid on his back today. Showing lots of elongated spots to his flanks. Very cobby body. Short tail to balance. A smashing lad with super presence.

AC Persian Junior Neuter;

1 DRONSFIELD & COPE’S PR CONFETICAT JIVE TALKING.

Red Colourpoint boy of good type. Good top of head with neat ears. Decidedly blue eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Coat past its best & looking just a bit sparse today, but what he had was well prepared. Slightly shady to body & mid red to all points. Fairly cobby body. Short full tail.

ENSOR’S KITTAH ARTEMIS.

Seal Tortie Birman girl of excellent type. Good width to head with medium ears held well. Deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of excellent length & very well prepared. Clear to body & good shades of red to all points. Deep seal to points –only just a trace of seal to legs at present. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gantlets. Very well grown body of good shape. Medium tail, well furnished.

2 JOHNSON’S AKDAMAR TAZI.

Nicely balanced Odd-Eyed Turkish lad of good type. Good head with ears of good size held well. Pale green & pale blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing good dip. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Lovely coat which was very well prepared. Pristine chalky white to body & head. Deep amber patches to head with white between, just slightly smaller to the left side. Amber tail, showing slight rings. Well grown body of good length. Nicely furnished tail to balance. Very promising boy.

Young Red Silver Tabby Maine Coon lad of super balanced type. Good width to head with ears of good size, held well & showing good tufts. Amber eyes of good size & shape. Nose of good length showing gentle curve in profile. Good width to muzzle. Level bite & good chin. Excellent coat of good length which was very well prepared. Deep red tabby markings to head, legs & tail, slightly solid to his back at present. Good silver frill & ear tufts with silvery white undercoat. Excellent body of good length & very well grown. Long tail, well furnished. An impressive lad with a lovely temperament – congratulations on his well deserved BIS win.

1 TURNER’S PR MAJANCO INDIGO GEM.

Large Blue Tabby Maine Coon lad of good type. Good width to head with ears of good size held well. Green eyes of good size & shape. Nose rather straight in profile. Good width to muzzle. Level bite. Chin could be a fraction stronger. Coat of good length & well prepared. Mid blue tabby markings against a pale biscuit ground colour. Good ‘M’ to forehead & spectacles to eyes. Clear butterfly to back & oysters to flanks. Slightly solid to back at present. Good rings to legs & tail. Very well grown body of good shape. Long, well furnished tail to balance.

2 DEACON’S PR GLEDEKATT BRUNI.

Brown Tabby Norwegian Forest lad of fairly good type. Quite good triangular head shape. Ears of good size held well. Green eyes of good size & shape. Profile almost straight. Level bite & good chin. Coat showing good double coat. Warm ground colour & good tabby markings. Body rather solid & not as long as I would like to see. Tail could be longer, but is well furnished.

AC Burmese Non-Breeders Kitten;

1 WILLMONT’S PENWYNKATZ SUNDAE SURPRISE .

Sweet Brown Tortie girl just looking a little unbalanced at present, but at that awkward teenage stage. Gently rounded head. Ears rather large & set a touch wide at present. Mid chartreuse eyes of quite good shape – I would prefer them to be slightly larger. Nose showing only slight dip & has a slight roll-off at tip. Fair width to cheeks. Level bite. Fair depth to muzzle. Chin could be fractionally stronger. Coat of excellent satin texture & close lying. Deep seal & shades of red well intermingled throughout. Deeper shades of red to her head. Body well grown & muscular with good shape. Slender legs with good oval paws. Tail well tapered – could be a touch longer for balance.
