A triumph of show management held on the hottest day of the year so far. Some beautiful exhibits to judge and a terrific atmosphere. The show management team excelled themselves with every aspect working like clockwork. Many thanks for the invitation to judge and to my very capable steward, Jane Haggar. Special thanks to James Alexander who showed a keen interest in all aspects and was an excellent companion.

AC.GRAND PREMIER MALE:

GR.PR:UK.GR.PR.APRIKAT SKULDUGGERY(61dt) 21.5.04

This boy has a wonderful glowering expression which belies his perfect temperament. Straight wedge of good length with good width between large ears. Straight profile, slightly flat on the brow, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour. Stylish head carriage and a long slightly heavy body, he obviously lives on the fat of the land, good legs and long, well plumed tail showing rings. Thumb prints evident on tufted ears, M on brow, cheek ribbons and leg bars and bracelets all well defined. Long coat of good texture lying smoothly along the spine.

AC BALINESE CHAMPION MALE:

GR.CH.BROWNING’S IMP.GR.CH.PIPPASTRO HAWKMOTH(61n) 5.5.07

This exquisite young male has raised the standard for the breed. Outstanding type with lovely straight head and good width between large fronded ears. Excellent profile, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour and enigmatic expression. Elegant head carriage and a long, well muscled body of very good type with slightly heavy legs and a long, well plumed tail. Lovely caramel points colour and a coat of exquisite length and texture. Excellent temperament and presentation, congratulations to his owner / breeder.

GR.CH.BROWNING’S CH.YELLOW FAIRY AV KARITZY(61fnt) 28.3.06

Very stylish queen of excellent type. Very good top of head and large well placed ears with lovely fronds. Excellent profile, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour and superior expression. Proud head carriage and elegant neckline, Stylish body type with slim legs and long plumed tail. Good apricot points colour showing clear tabby markings and a long silky coat of excellent texture.

RES.GR.CH.PININGTON’S CH.SPINDIAMOND REMEMBERME(61b) 4.4.05

Dainty fine boned queen of good type. Straight wedge with good top of head and well placed fronded ears. Straight profile, level bite and firm chin. Oriental eye shape and set with clear blue colour. Good head carriage and long, slender body of good muscle tone with dainty legs and long well plumed tail. Silky coat of good length lying well along the spine. Dark chocolate points colour with some toning shading on the back of an ivory coat.

SIAMESE ‘GRAND’ PREMIER MALE:

Well grown masculine fellow of good type. Excellent top of head and large well placed ears. Almost straight profile, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with colour which needs to be deeper for perfection. Elegant neckline and proud head carriage. Long, firm body of good type and excellent muscle tone with slender legs and long whip tail. Good caramel points colour and a coat of excellent length and texture.

SIAMESE ‘GRAND PREMIER’ FEMALE:

What a star! Excellent type and temperament. Straight wedge of perfect balance with beautifully placed large ears. Straight profile, level bite and firm chin. Oriental eye shape and set with inky blue colour and superior expression. Fragile neckline and long svelte body of stylish type with dainty legs and long whip tail. Caramel points all well mingled with shades of apricot and a coat of excellent length and texture.

‘RES.GR.PR.’GREENO’S PR.SHERMESE CARAMIA(32/8) 11.3.05

Fine boned with a straight, medium length wedge and good width between large ears. Straight profile, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour. Well defined neckline and long, well muscled body with slender legs and a whip tail which could do with an extra inch in length. Blue based caramel points colour and some toning shading on the back of a coat which was short, smooth and close lying.

TABBY POINT ADULT MALE:

Slightly immature at present with fine type overall. Good length wedge with straight lines to muzzle and good width between large ears. Almost straight profile, level bite with a few teeth missing and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour. Well defined neckline and long svelte body of stylish type with slim legs and well ringed whip tail. Tabby markings clearly defined and a coat of excellent length and texture.

TABBY POINT ADULT FEMALE:

1.CC.GREENLAND’S MOONFLEET FAIT ACCOMPLI(32/1) 27.5.08

Well grown stylish female with very good top of head and large ears. Straight profile, good bite and firm chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour and soulful expression. Elegant neckline and long body of stylish type with slender legs and well ringed whip tail. All tabby markings well defined with thumb prints, M on brow and leg bars and bracelets. Some shading on a coat which was short, smooth and close lying.

2.LEWINGDON’S VERASONIA SUTLIIANG MAI(32/1) 23.11.07

Slightly nervous queen of good type. Large ears held marginally high. Straight profile, level bite and good chin. Slightly full eyes of good basic shape and set with clear blue colour which could be deeper. Elegant type overall with a firm body of good length and muscle tone, slim legs and long well ringed tail. Tabby markings all evident and a close lying coat of excellent texture.

CREAM POINT ADULT FEMALE:

1.CC.COOK’S CH.JOHPAS SABINA PURDITA 9.5.08

Very stylish queen of excellent overall type. Excellent top of head and large ears. Straight profile, level bite and good chin. Excellent oriental eye shape, slightly straight set with clear bright blue colour which could be deeper for perfection. Elegant head carriage and long firm body of excellent growth and type with slender legs and long whip tail. Excellent clear coat with slightly hot cream points.

BOB.MEEKING’S GR.CH.FIROUSI FREEDSPIRIT 26.3.03

Mature exhibit of excellent type and colour. Very stylish with excellent top of head and large ears. Straight profile, untidy bite due to loss of some teeth and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with clear blue colour. Elegant head carriage and long svelte body with slender legs and long whip tail. Cool cream points colour and clear coat of excellent texture just a fraction long.

APRICOT POINT MALE:

Well grown young male of good type. Good length wedge with excellent width between large ears held slightly high. Straight profile, level bite and good chin. Straight set eyes of oriental shape and deep blue colour. Well defined neckline and long svelte body with slender legs and long whip tail. Good apricot points and warm white coat of excellent length and texture.

TORTIE POINT SIAMESE KITTEN:

Well grown kitten of exquisite type. Excellent top of head and very large ears. Straight profile, level bite and good chin. Excellent oriental eye shape and set with sapphire blue colour. Fragile neckline and firm little body with dainty legs, tiny feet and long whip tail. Well mingled points of very good colour and a clear coat of excellent length and texture. Very promising.

RED:TORTIE:CREAM or APRICOT NON BREEDER’S ADULT:

1.ARMSTRONG’S CH.JOHPAS RED ROUE(32a) M 19.10.07

Well grown young male of excellent type and temperament. Perfectly straight head with excellent width between large ears. Lovely profile, level bite and good chin. Oriental eye shape and set with deep blue colour, Long muscular body of stylish type with slender legs and a whip tail which needs an extra inch for perfection. Suffering from a slight touch of stud tail at present.. Good points colour and a clear warm white coat of excellent texture, a fraction long at present.
