Many thanks to Sally & the committee for inviting me to the show, & to Sonya Hornsby for stewarding for me so ably, & for her usual good company; we had a super time & some lovely cats.

CREAM BURMESE ADULT MALE

1. CC BOB PALLISTER’S GRCH PENWYNKATZ CRÈME DELIGHT 27F M 15/10/06

Good width to gently rounded top of head, with slight muscle dip, between well set ears of good size & shape. Short wide well balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Pale yellow eyes of good shape & set; I should like them to be a little bigger, but he was most reluctant to open them fully. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break, nose is a fraction long for balance, & level chin of correct depth. Muscular boy of good size, although showing he is clearly a working boy & somewhat lacking in weight at present; tail of good shape with paintbrush tip, but short to balance. Short coat of clear dark cream, rather open today. Friendly lad of super temperament.

2. DELL’S KUPRO CREAM SALIX 27F M 10/5/08

Gently rounded top of head has good width between ears of good size, shape & set. Wedge has good width but is a little long for balance at present, tapering to blunt muzzle. Expressive yellow eyes of good size & set are a little full in shape. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break & level chin of good depth. Muscular boy of good size & weight, with large oval paws & tail of good shape with paintbrush tip, short to balance. Close lying coat of warm mid-toned cream with correct powdering is still a little long & kittenish at present, showing broken necklace & a few smudges on the limbs, in excellent condition. Super friendly lad who is still rather immature at present, at only 10 months.

1. CC KEMPE’S OAKENSHIELD SOUTHERN BELLE 27F F 12/9/06

Gently rounded top of head has good width between ears of good size, shape & set. Short wide balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Large lustrous yellow eyes of good size, shape & set. In profile, gently rounded brow, good break & level, slightly shallow chin. Muscular elegant girl with elegant limbs & tail of good shape with paintbrush tip, & correct length to balance. Short close lying coat of pale cream, in excellent condition, with just a few smudges on the limbs. Unfortunately very cross indeed this morning!

BOB ONLY HALL’S CH OAKENSHIELD LADYWRITER 27H F 20/1/01

Good width to top of head & slight muscle dip between ears of good size, shape & set. Short wide well balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Expressive pale yellow eyes of excelling size, shape & set. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break & level chin of correct depth. Muscular elegant girl of good size & weight with elegant limbs & tail of good shape with paintbrush tip, just slightly short to balance. Short close lying coat of mid toned chocolate interspersed with pale red, in excellent condition. Lovely girl of excellent temperament.

JARVIS’S KYMIAN MARTHA 27H F 15/10/06

Gently rounded top of head has good width & slight muscle dip between well set ears of good size & shape. Short wide well balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle which she is squaring rather today. Large lustrous pale yellow eyes of good size, shape & set. Muscular elegant girl of good size, with elegant proportionate limbs & tail of good shape, with paintbrush tip, just slightly short to balance. Short close lying coat of nicely mingled dark chocolate & pale red, in excellent condition. Lovely girl, very wriggly & quite cross this morning.

BLUE BURMESE NEUTER

1. PC BOB GRIMES’ CH MYTHIAN MEKURIA 27A MN 29/12/07

Good width to gently rounded top of head, between ears of good size, shape & set. Wedge has good width but is a little long for balance, tapering to blunt muzzle. Expressive pale yellow eyes of good shape & set; I should prefer them to be a little larger. Big muscular lad of good weight with large oval paws & tail of good shape, which is short to balance. Close lying coat of dark toned blue is a little long, in good condition. A nice lad, not at all happy this morning.

BROWN TORTIE BURMESE NEUTER

BOB ONLY TEGG’S GR CH & PR MINOTOSA PANDORA 27E FN 17/7/2003

Good width to gently rounded top of head with slight muscle dip between ears of good size, shape & set. Short wide well balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Large lustrous pale yellow eyes of good size, shape & set. In profile, flattish brow, good break & level chin of correct depth. Muscular girl of good size, tending to plumpness, with elegant limbs & tail of good shape, with paintbrush tip & short to balance. Short close lying coat of rich dark brown interspersed with pale red, in good condition. Lovely girl, very cross this morning.

1. SNEESBY’S GR CH KATOME BETHANY BROWN 27 F 23/1/04

Gently rounded top of head has good width between ears of good size, shape & set. Short wide balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Lustrous pale yellow eyes. In profile, gently rounded brow, good break, nose rolls away slightly at tip, & level chin of correct depth. Compact girl of good weight, with elegant limbs & tail of good shape with paintbrush tip, slightly short to balance. Super girl, very wriggly out of her pen.

2. COLE’S CH MOLYNMEUX ADORABLE 27B F 1/9/06

Top of head is gently rounded & has good width between well set ears of good size & shape. Short wide well balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break, nose has slight bump, & level chin of good depth. Muscular elegant girl of good weight, with elegant proportionate limbs & tail of good shape, with paintbrush tip, short to balance. Short close lying coat of warm even darkish chocolate, in good condition. Another lovely girl, rather grumbly today.

3. PALLISTER’S UK GR CH CHATHERA COOLCOLOMBO 27C M 15/7/03

Gently rounded top of head has good width between ears of good size, shape & set. Wedge has good width but is fractionally long for balance. Large lustrous chartreuse eyes of good size, shape & set. In profile, gently rounded brow, adequate break & level chin of correct depth. Bite appears correct but teeth are very untidy. Big weighty boy with strong proportionate limbs, tail of good shape with paintbrush tip & correct length to balance. Coat of dark bluish lilac is a little long & slightly open today. Very friendly boy, excellent temperament.

AC MAIDEN BURMESE KITTEN

1. BOSWORTH’S SHIVAYA LUVINAMIST 27J F 14/12/08

Gently rounded top of head has good width between well set ears of good size & shape. Short wide balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Large lustrous chartreuse eyes of good shape & set, which she was very reluctant to open fully. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break & level chin of good depth. Elegant kitten of good size for 15 weeks, with elegant limbs & tail of good shape, slightly short to balance, with paintbrush tip. Coat is a little long & fluffy at present, of nicely mingled pinky toned lilac & cream, in good condition. A little sweetie.

2. PALLISTER’S PENWYNKATZ GOINGFORGOLD 27J F 24/8/08

Gently rounded top of head has good width between ears of good size, shape & set. Short wide balanced wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle. Expressive chartreuse eyes of good size, shape & set. In profile, gently rounded brow, good break & level chin of correct depth. Elegant kitten of good size, with elegant limbs & tail of good shape, with paintbrush tip & slight fixed deviation at the tip. Coat is close lying, still a little long & kittenish, of pink-toned lilac interspersed with cream.

AC BURMESE KITTEN

1. WILLIAMS’ STARRYCHATS PHOENIX 27B F 17/7/08

Good width to gently rounded top of head, between ears which are a little large at present, & of good shape & set. Short wide wedge, tapering to blunt muzzle, with marked teething pinch. Expressive pale yellow eyes of good size, shape & set; she was most reluctant to open them fully this afternoon. Profile shows gently rounded brow, good break & level, slightly shallow chin. Muscular elegant kitten of good size, with elegant proportionate limbs & tail of good shape, with paintbrush tip, which is slightly short to balance. Short close lying coat of warm even mid chocolate with a satiny texture, in excellent condition. An attractive kitten of 8 months, not at all happy this afternoon & keen to be back in her pen.
