Thank you very much to the show manager Mrs Pat Parrish and her assistant Mrs D Hughes for my invite. Thank you very much for the gift. It was much appreciated. I had a very enjoyable day handling many lovely exhibits and in the good company of my steward Mrs Pat Tegg. Thank you Pat for travelling up with me and your help throughout the day.

CREAM ADULT MALE

BOB PRIESTLEY'S CH SIMBA SANDYLEA (5) (M) 23.7.06

Two year and three month old lad of good size and weight. Cobby body on short sturdy legs. Broad rounded reasonably neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a good orange colour. Snub nose. Bite slightly undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. The coat was not full but had been well prepared, there was a nice pale cream colour to the roots covered by a mid cream causing a shady appearance. Short reasonably well furnished tail, slightly tensile near tip, balanced the body.

1IC BOB ROSE'S MESSALA ALICEINWONDERLAND (12a6t) (F) 9.10.07

Sixteen month old tortie tabby and white girl of very good size and weight. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy legs. Broad well rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Large round eyes of an excellent orange colour. Wide snub nose, bite slightly undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head showing very good balance. The coat was not full but very well prepared, soft and free flowing, the colours rich and the white areas pristine. The white was to the cheeks, chin, bib tummy and all legs broken with colour. Nice tabby pattern to face, showing nice tortie patches. Coloured body and tail both were overlaid with tortie patches, oysters to flanks, butterfly just visible over shoulders, but due to the tortie patches the spine lines weren't too clear at present. Short full tail displaying rings balanced the body well. Lovely temperament. Beautiful girl.

Seven and a half month old girl of good size and weight. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy little legs. Broad well rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a good orange colour. Snub nose, level bite, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. Full coat excellently prepared, soft and free flowing, the white areas pristine, the black sound and glossy and the red rich and vibrant. White to face on cheeks, face patched with red and black. White bib, tummy and legs. The body was white with nicely dispersed red and black patches. Short fully coloured tail of both colours balanced the body. Beautiful girl with a lovely temperament.

2ND HACKING'S RISINGMOON BABY BUNTING (12/1) (F) 14.5.08

Five month and three week old girl of good size and weight. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy little legs. Broad well rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a good orange colour. Snub nose, bite fractionally undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Excellent head balance. Full coat very well prepared, soft and free flowing. The white pristine, the black quite sound, the red was of a nice depth of colour. Although at present both lacked a little vibrance. White to face on chin, cheeks, over nose, up onto forehead. White to bib, tummy, right back leg broken with colour, other legs white. White body with red patch from tail onto rump. Short fully coloured tail of both colours balanced the body. Very pretty girl. Lovely temperament, ran the winner extremely close.

3RD HUTCHINSON'S ADATELO TALLY TAO (12/1) (F) 26.3.08

Seven month and one week old girl of medium size and weight. Cobby body on short legs. Broad rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a reasonable orange colour. Short nose, bite slightly undershot. Cheeks still need to fill out a little more, firm chin. Head developing balance. Coat of good length needing more preparation, the underside rather curly and some staining to the front feet The other white areas were reasonably pristine. Red rich and black quite glossy. White stripes to both cheeks, red and black patches to face, white bib and tummy. All legs broken with colour, body and tail nicely patched in both colours. Short full tail balanced the body. Sweet temperament. Owners just need to get to grips with the grooming.

1ST BOB HACKING'S BALOOBOO JUST ANILLUSION (12a1) (M) 23.7.08

Three and a half month old black and white boy of very good size and weight for his age. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy little legs. Broad well rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a nice orange colour, for perfection the eyes could have been a fraction larger. Wide snub nose, level bite, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head already showing good balance. Full coat excellently prepared, soft and free flowing. The white pristine and the black was reasonably sound and of a good overall tone. Black face with white areas to cheeks, white bib and white patches to the tummy, fully coloured body and tail. Short full tail balanced the body. Lovely lad, good temperament.

2ND HIGGINS' ALINDAS BAM BAM (12a1) (M) 6.6.08

Five month old black and white lad of medium size and weight. Cobby body on short little legs. Broad rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes, orange colour still developing, eye set could be slightly straighter. Snub nose, level bite, cheeks still need time to fill out more, firm chin. Head balance on course. Coat of reasonable length well prepared, the black patches were of a good dense tone and sound, the white pristine. White face with black patches to forehead, white bib and tummy. White body with black patches to rump. Left front leg broken with colour, other legs white. Short fully coloured tail balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

Young cream and white girl. Cobby body on short little legs. Broad rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes displaying a promising muddy orange colour. Snub nose, bite slightly overshot as yet, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head already showing good balance. The coat was of a reasonable length well prepared except for slight staining to feet and tummy, the other areas were pristine. The cream pale and quite sound. White to face on cheeks up onto forehead. Cream patches to face and cream chin. White bib and tummy, cream patches to body well broken up by white areas. All legs broken with colour. Short fully coloured tail balanced the body. Pretty girl. Lovely temperament.

Snub nose, level bite, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head showing good balance. Full coat well prepared soft and free flowing, a nice pale blue to roots shaded with a mid blue to body. Short full tail balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

Four year and four month old lad of good size and weight. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy legs. Broad rounded masculine head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a good orange colour. Snub nose, level bite, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. Full coat well prepared just a little curly to tummy, the overall red was of a rich vibrant colour, just slightly paler to flanks. Short full tail balanced the body. Lovely lad with a super temperament.

Full coat prepared to the last hair, soft and free flowing, the white pristine, cream pale and quite sound. White chevron to face, cream chin. Body nicely patched with cream well defined, white bib and tummy. Short fully coloured tail balanced the body. Super lad in tip top condition.

Six year and four month old red and white lad of good size and weight. Cobby body on short legs. Broad rounded head with medium ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a nice orange colour . Snub nose, bite slightly undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head quite well balanced. Coat not full, reasonably well prepared, just a little more attention to his undersides was needed and a few white hairs were present in the red patching. Red areas rich, white pristine. White chevron to face with a red patch to left cheek. Body displaying rich red patches, white bib and tummy, all legs broken with colour. Short fully coloured tail balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

Coat of a good length quite well prepared, just a little curly to tummy and a few white hairs present in the cream patches, the white pristine, cream nice and pale. White to face on cheeks up onto forehead and cream chin. Large cream patches to body well broken up with white ears. White bib and tummy, all legs broken with colour. Short fully coloured tail balanced the body. Lovely girl with a good temperament.

Seven and a half month old shaded black silver with green eyes exotic boy. Reasonably cobby standing a little tall on legs. Head of quite good breadth nicely rounded with medium sized ears well rounded needing to settle some more. Round large eyes of a slightly two toned green colour. Nose a little long with a break. Bite fractionally untidy, muzzle a little pinched needing the cheeks to fill out. Firm chin. Head still needs time to balance. The coat was soft and quite plush standing away from the body well. The undercoat was of a nice silvery white displaying a slightly uneven black shading to the body. Black shading to the face and tail, slight staining to the cheeks. Short thick tail balanced the body.

Three month and three week old brown tabby and white exotic girl of good size and weight. Cobby body on short sturdy little legs. Good breadth to chest and firm rump. Broad nicely rounded head with neat ears well rounded and placed. Round eyes developing a promising muddy orange colour. Wide snub nose, level bite, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head already showing excellent balance. The coat was lovely and plush in texture and stood well away from the body. The tabby pattern was dense on a rich brown agouti ground colour. The white was pristine but just lacked a little sparkle. White face with patch of colour to right side of forehead, coloured chin. White bib and tummy, all legs broken with colour. White body with a patch of colour to shoulders showing a nice tabby pattern. Short thick fully coloured tail well ringed balanced the body. Very promising young girl. Lovely temperament.

Four month old dilute tortie and white girl.  Lovely cobby body on short little legs. Broad nicely rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes developing a nice orange colour. Snub nose, level bite, slightly splayed canines, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head already showing very good balance. Coat of good length well prepared, soft texture, the white areas pristine, the cream and blue were pale and quite sound. White face nicely patched with blue and cream. White bib and tummy. White body nicely patched in both colours, all legs broken with colour. Short full tail of both colours balanced the body. Pretty girl with a lovely temperament.

3RD HALLIDAY'S DALLIHAY ARTICGEM (53) (F) 15.5.08

Five month and three week old black pewter girl of good size and weight. Lovely cobby body on short sturdy little legs. Broad rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes developing a good orange colour. Snub nose, brick red nose leather outlined with black, eye rims and paw pads also black. Bite fractionally undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head showing good balance. Full coat very well prepared, soft texture. The undercoat was a lovely silvery white with a nice black mantle developing well to the back. Face silvery white lightly tipped with black. Frill and ear tufts pure silvery white. The legs were lightly tipped with black showing some ghost tabby barring. Chin, stomach, chest and underside of tail were silvery white. Short full tail balanced the body. Girl with a promising future. Lovely temperament.

Three year and three month old red tabby and white exotic lad of good size and weight. Cobby body on short sturdy legs. Good breadth to chest and firm rump. Broad well rounded head with neat ears well rounded and placed. Large round eyes of a good orange colour. Snub nose. Bite a little undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. The coat was lacking a little undercoat and therefore plushness although it did stand well from the body. The white areas pristine, red markings rich on an apricot ground colour. White face with patches to forehead, white bib and tummy. Coloured body well marked with white patch to back. Short fully coloured tail nicely ringed balanced the body. He was a little grumpy today.

Two year and one month old cream smoke girl. Lovely cobby body on short little legs. Broad nicely rounded head with neat ears well furnished and placed. Round eyes of a deep orange colour. Snub nose, bite fractionally undershot, apple cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. Full coat very well prepared, soft and free flowing. The undercoat was of a lovely very pale cream colour covered by a nice medium cream topcoat quite dense in colour. Good full mask to face, slightly paler cream ruff. Short full tail balanced body. Lovely girl with a good temperament.

One year old tortie smoke and white maine coon girl of good size and weight. Long body well boned and muscled with good breadth to chest and firm rump. Long tapering tail balanced the body. Head of good width with large ears well feathered and tufted held high on head with a good gap between. Round hazel eyes of a slightly oblique aperture and set. Nose of a uniform width with a shallow concave curve to profile. Cheek bones high. Level bite, muzzle showing quite good squareness with reasonable width and depth to chin. Head well balanced. Coat excellently prepared with a glossy substantial top coat with good length to flanks, frontal ruff, belly and breeches shaggy, feet tufted and profuse flowing fur to the tail. White areas to the bib, tummy, and all four feet and a white blaze up the nose. Body, head, tail showing nice vibrant tortie patches with a good ashen white undercoat to the body. A little moody today.

2ND LINDGREN'S JHARDUFAE SILVER STORM (67.31ts) (F) 27.9.07

Thirteen month old silver tabby and white Norwegian Forest girl of medium size and weight showing good boning and standing tall on back legs. The tail was of a good length reaching the shoulders and nicely bushy. Head was triangular in shape with good sized ears held high and open fitting well into the lines of the head, well feathered with very small tufts. The hazel eyes were of a reasonable size, slightly oblique in set. Medium length nose, straight in profile. Level bite and reasonably firm chin. Head was showing quite good balance. The coat was semi long with a nice woolly undercoat covered by a glossy overcoat. The coat texture was quite coarse with a good shirt front, reasonable ruff and knickerbockers. The coat was well shown and the white areas pristine.

3RD LISTER'S NORACOON FAMOUS FRED (64.41ds) (M) 23.1.08

Nine and half month old red silver classic tabby lad of very good size and weight. Long body well boned and muscled with good breadth to chest and firm rump. Long tapering tail balanced the body. Head of good width with large ears well feathered and tufted, held high on head with a good gap between. Large round golden eyes of a slight oblique aperture and set. Nose of a uniform width with a shallow concave curve to profile. Cheek bones high. Level bite, muzzle reasonably square of quite good width with good depth to chin just needs a little more width. Head well balanced. Coat excellently prepared developing a glossy substantial top coat with good length to flanks, frontal ruff, belly and breeches nicely shaggy. Feet tufted, profuse fur to tail. The tabby pattern was of a dense red with silvery to the ground colour, ruff and ear furnishings. Face was marked. Good classic tabby pattern to back, legs barred and tail nicely ringed.

Six month and three week old blue mitted Ragdoll lad of good size and weight. Long body developing good bone and muscle. Good breadth to the head with medium ears, rounded tipped and placed well apart with flat plane between. Well opened eyes of a nice blue colour. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Level bite. Good full cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. Coat well prepared of a silky texture the body was nice and pale bluish white and the points were of a nice matching bluish grey colour. Nice mask to face, even white mitting to front feet, back legs white, white underbody and white chin, bib and chest. Tail nice and bushy and balanced body.

2ND GRANT'S NOYNAROCK AUGUSTUS (67.20) (M) 23.5.08

Five and half month old brown tabby Norwegian Forest lad of medium size and weight. Long body well boned standing tall on back legs. Long bushy tail reaching the shoulders. Head of good triangular shape with nice sized ears well feathered with small tufts held high and open fitting well into the lines of the head. Lovely well opened golden eyes with a slightly oblique set. Medium length nose with a nice straight profile. Level bite, teething in progress. Chin reasonably strong. Head well balanced. The coat was well prepared every bit a kitten coat at present a little soft in texture as yet. Good woolly undercoat and a nice ruff. Lovely temperament.

3RD LYNCH'S CH ESAWOOD BURLINGTONBERTIE (66) (M) 15.3.08

Seven month and three week old seal Ragdoll lad of good size and weight. Long body developing good bone and muscle. Broad head with medium sized ears, rounded tipped set well apart with a flat plane between well opened eyes of a nice blue colour. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Level bite, cheeks filling out well and firm chin. Head developing good balance. The coat was well shown, silky in texture. The body was of a beige colour showing some shading. The points colour to the ears, mask legs and tail were of a nice seal brown colour, well marked. Mask developing well to face. Tail of good length, bushy and balanced body. Good temperament.

Six and half month old blue bi colour ragdoll girl of good size and weight. Long body well boned and muscled. Good breadth to head with medium sized ears, rounded tipped, placed well apart with a flat plane between large well opened eyes of a good blue colour. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Cheeks filling out well and firm chin. Level bite. Head well balanced. Coat well prepared, silky in texture. The body was of a nice bluish white with a patch of white to back and shoulders. The face showed a blue mask with a good inverted white V. The ears and tail also showed a well marked bluish grey colour. \white bib, tummy, feet and back legs. Tail of good length nice and bushy balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

2ND MASSIE'S ROWANTREE JULIET (63s) (F) 8.6.08

Five month old usual silver somali girl of medium size and weight. Showing overall a nice balanced appearance. The head was of a moderate wedge showing nice curving contours. The ears were set well apart, large, pricked and well cupped and tufted. Reasonable sized almond eyes set obliquely and well apart of an amber colour. The nose showed a slight break in profile although I would have preferred slightly more nose leather brick red. Level bite and firm chin. Head well balanced. The coat was soft and full, dense and lying flat along spine line. The ticking ear tips, tufts, facial marking, top and tip of tail, toe tufts and heels were black. The chest ,belly, under tail ,inside of legs and breeches were silvery white. Slight tarnishing to the body. Tail was well furnished balanced the body.

3RD DAVIE'S ROWGARNOR GABRIELA (67.31ats) (F) 26.4.08

Six month old blue silver tabby and white Norwegian forest girl of medium size and weight. Long body well boned standing tall on back legs. Long bushy tail reached the shoulders. Head of nice triangular shape with good sized ears well feathered with small tufts held high and open fitting well into the lines of the head. Large well opened amber eyes of a slightly oblique set. Long nose nice and straight in profile. Level bite. Chin reasonably strong. Head well balanced. The coat was well shown with a nice woolly undercoat, developing a glossy overcoat and the coat was developing a nice course texture. Coat showed a nice ruff and knickerbockers. Lovely temperament.

Head of good width with large ears well feathered with small tufts held quite high on head with a good gap between. Large round amber eyes of a slightly oblique aperture and set. Nose of a uniform width with a very shallow concave curve to the profile. High cheek bones. Level bite, muzzle quite square with good breadth with good depth to chin just needing a little more width. Head well balanced. Coat excellently prepared developing substance to the glossy top coat, belly and breeches shaggy, feet tufted. Tail fur length coming. The markings were lacking a little in colour density. Hopefully as he matures the black colour will develop. The markings were shown off by a silver ground colour. Face well marked. Body displaying a nice classic pattern. Legs well barred and tail well ringed. Nice temperament.

3RD MORIARTY'S RAGSCENTRICITY BEL ESPRIT (66) (FN) 24.5.08

Five and half month old seal ragdoll girl of good size and weight. Long body developing good bone and muscle. Good breadth to head with medium sized ears with rounded tips placed well apart with a flat pane between. Well opened eyes of a reasonable blue colour. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Cheeks filling out. Level bite, firm chin. Head developing good balance. Coat was a little coarse in texture down the back, softer to flanks. The body was of a nice pale beige colour and the points to the ears and mask were of a good seal brown colour, as yet the colour to the legs and tail were a slightly lighter tone. The tail also showed some brindling. Mask developing well to the face. Tail of good length and bushy balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

Nose of a uniform width with a very shallow concave curve to profile. Cheek bones high. Level bite. Muzzle square of good width with good depth to chin just needing a little more width. Good overall head balance. Coat well shown. The coat still needs to develop more length and looked every bit a kitten coat today, soft texture. Belly and breeched shaggy and feet tufted. 1ST COWARD'S PR NORDLYS GAZELLE (67.15) (FN) 31.3.05

Three year and seven month old black Norwegian Forest girl of good size and weight. Long body very well boned standing tall on back legs. Long bushy tail easily reaching the shoulders. Very good triangular shape to the head with nice sized ears well feathered with small tufts held high and open fitting well into the lines of the head. Large well opened pale golden eyes set slightly obliquely. Medium length nose nice and straight in profile. Level bite, chin reasonably firm. Head showing excellent balance. The semi long coat was very well shown, with a lovely woolly undercoat covered by a glossy overcoat. The coat was reasonably course in texture with good length to the shirt front, full ruff and knickerbockers. Lovely temperament.

2ND ROBERT'S CETICOON SAFFRON (64.44ew) (FN) 18.12.07

Ten month old tortie mackerel tabby and white maine coon girl of good size and weight. Long body well boned and muscled with good breadth to chest and firm rump. Long tapering tail balance the body. Head of good width with large ears well feathered with small tufts, held high on head with a good gap between. Round golden eyes of a slightly oblique aperture and set. Nose of a uniform width with a shallow concave curve to the profile. Cheek bones high. Level bite. Muzzle square with quite good breadth. Chin of good depth just needing a little more width. Very good head balance. Coat well prepared with a good glossy substantial top coat. Nice length to flanks and frontal ruff, belly and breeches shaggy, feet tufted. Profuse flowing fur to tail. White areas to chin, bib, two patches to tummy and all four feet. The coat displayed lovely tortie patches vibrant in colour. Face well marked with a tabby pattern and a very good mackerel tabby pattern to the body. Colour to legs barred and tail well ringed. Lovely temperament.

3RD MORIARTY'S PR DIZZIPAWS CHUCKIE (66a) (MN) 15.6.05

Three year and four month old blue ragdoll lad of very good size and weight.  Long body well muscled, broad chest. Good width to head with medium eyes with rounded tips spaced well apart with flat plane between. Nose of medium length with a gentle dip in profile. Well opened eyes of a good blue colour. Level bite, full cheeks and firm chin. Head well balanced. The coat was lovely and pale and silky in texture, well shown, the points to the ears, ….. legs and tail were of a nice well matching greyish blue colour. Full mask to face. Tail of good length nice and bushy balanced the body. Lovely temperament.

Fifteen month old black Norwegian Forest lad of very good size and weight. Long body well boned and muscled standing tall on back legs. Long bushy tail easily reached the shoulders. Good triangular shape to the head with nice sized ears well feathered with small tufts, held high and open fitting well into the lines of the head. Large well opened eyes set slightly obliquely. Long nose straight in profile just tapering off slightly at tip. Level bite, reasonably strong chin. Head well balanced. The coat was well shown. The semi long coat had a nice woolly undercoat covered by a glossy overcoat. Nice and course in texture.  The coat had a good shirt front, full ruff and knickerbockers. Lovely temperament.
