Thank you Helen, Sean and Sue for the invitation to judge once again at the show. Very nice atmosphere with a lovely Halloween theme. Julie Wilkinson was my steward for the day. Thank you Julie for your help and expertise, I hope we can work together again soon.

AC NON SELF PERSIAN CHAMPION MALE

GR CC MRS G SLAOVE’S CH LADYGEM CLAUDE MONET (12a2) M 24/4/07

– Blue and White Bi Colour of good size and shape. Cobby and standing low on short thick legs. Round head with good width between neat well furnished ears. Round expressive copper eyes. Short snub nose with good stop and full leather. Good bite. Full cheeks firm chin. Well prepared coat of a sparkling white and a pastel blue. He is a high white with a blue bonnet on his head and a few patches of blue on his body with a fully coloured tail which is in proportion to his body. Lovely temperament.

AC NON SELF PERSIAN CHAMPION FEMALE

GR CC MRS A CURLEY’S CH CASHEL GOLDEN BUBBLE (54) F 23/4/02

– Golden of good size and shape and well balanced for type. Cobby and standing on short legs. Head broad and round with good width between neat well furnished ears. Eyes are large and round, emerald green in colour and are outlined in black. Short broad nose with full brick leather outlined in black. Good bite. Cheeks full with chin a little weak. Coat was beautifully prepared; undercoat is apricot deepening to gold with the tipping half way up the hair shaft at the moment so from the top the coat is a little cold in tone. Chin, ear furnishings, stomach and chest is a pale apricot. The sides of the body are a cooler colour of gold than the head, back and tail. Tail in proportion.

– Orange eyed White of good shape and size, cobby and standing low on the legs on round firm paws. Pleasing for type. Round head with good width between neat well furnished ears. Round expressive orange eyes. Short broad nose with good stop and full pink leather. Good bite. Full cheeks firm chin. Well prepared sparkling white coat with just a hint of staining on the face. Tail in proportion to body.

BLUE POINT BIRMAN KITTEN

1ST BOB MISS N BAILEY’S NICADAEMUS ROMANY MAGIC (13c2) M 19/1/08

– Blue Point Birman who is well grown and balanced for his age and has a lovely temperament. Body is long and he stands on thick set legs on short strong paws. Skull is broad and rounded with good width between ears which are medium in size. Eyes are two tone blue and almost round, the deepest intensity of colour is in the centre. Nose is medium in length with a slight dip in profile and full blue leather. Good bite. Full cheeks with a slightly receding chin. Well prepared bluish white coat. Pure white gloves that are scalloped with the left glove dipping down to the toes on the outside of the paw. Socks are pure white and medium in length. Gauntlets tapered and also medium in length. Coat is long and silken with ruff developing. Points a blue grey and all matching. Tail is bushy and medium in length.

2ND MR DEAR & MRS COOPER’S PICNMIX VELVET AZURE (13c2) M 17/4/08

– Blue Birman of good shape and size. Skull strong, broad and rounded with medium sized ears, which are spaced well apart. Almost round eyes of a good colour of blue. Nose medium in length with a slight dip in profile. Level bite. Cheeks needing to fill a little and chin a little weak. Gloves are scalloped, pure white and cover the toes. Socks pure white and medium in length. Gauntlets are a little short but taper, I would have preferred them a little longer. Points a bluey grey and all matching. Well-prepared coat of bluish white with ruff developing. Bushy tail in proportion to the body.

3RD MRS G BARKER’S GLOANROAN BLUBYU (13c2) MN 26/5/08

– Blue Point Birman of good size for his age. His body is long and he stands on legs of medium length. Skull is broad and rounded with good width between medium sized ears. Almost round medium blue eyes. Nose is medium in length with the required dip in profile. Good bite. Cheeks rounded but chin a little weak. Pure white gloves with left glove very short and only just covering the toes and they are scalloped. Socks that are pure white and cover the entire back paws. Good length to gauntlets although left is a little shorter and blunter than the right. Coat is well prepared but a little wispy at the moment, typical baby coat. Points blue grey and matching. Tail is bushy and medium in length.

1ST MRS M HAWKE’S ZENITH HOSANNA (11) F 29/7/07

– Pretty Tortoiseshell of lovely balanced Persian type. Nice body shape standing on short legs. Round head with small neat ears that are spaced nicely apart. Good shape to eyes which are a good copper colour. Short snub nose with good stop and full black leather. Bite is undershot. Full fat cheeks with strong chin. Well prepared coat of dense black which is well broken with red on face and all extremities but is rather intermingled on her body at this time. Full brush.

– Brown Tabby and White of lovely balanced Persian type. Cobby in shape and standing low on his legs. Round head with good width between neat well furnished ears. Round copper eyes. Short snub nose with good stop and full leather. Good bite. Full cheeks firm chin. Well prepared coat showing white chevron to his face, white legs and underparts. Tabby markings well defined on the patches that he has. Tail a little solid and in proportion to his body.

2ND MS E POTTER’S PRIMISSION BEGUILED (12a7) M 3/5/07

– Cream and White Bi Colour of excellent size and shape. Nicely balanced for type. Large round head with good top and neat ears. Round expressive eyes of deep copper. Short nose with good break and full leather. Good bite. Full fat cheeks, strong chin. Well prepared coat showing patches of a nice shade of cream. Sparkling white underneath and all four legs, white chevron to his face. Full brush.

– Dominant Tortie and White of good shape and size, she is cobby and stands low on the legs. Lovely well balanced Persian type, a very pretty young lady. Round head with good width between neat well furnished ears. Round expressive copper eyes. Short broad nose with good stop and full leather. Level bite. Full cheeks firm chin. Coat well prepared and nicely patched. Dense black and a rich red. Both colours to face and body. White cheeks. Dinky tail showing both colours.

– Dominant Tortie and White of good shape and size and pleasing for type. Round head with good width between neat ears which are well furnished. Round expressive copper eyes. Short broad nose with good stop and full leather. Level bite. Full cheeks firm chin. Coat well prepared and nicely patched. Dense black and a rich red. Both colors to face with small patches of red on body with black to one back leg. Dinky tail showing both colours.

3RD MS R JENKINS’S LOMORAS PANACHE (12 1) F 4/5/08

– Dominant Tortie and White of good shape and size. Round head with good width between neat ears. Eyes are a little small and could be rounder but are a good copper colour. Short snub nose with good stop. Level bite. She has very little black on her with some only apparent on her face and tail there are just small patches of red on her body. Coat is beautifully prepared and is a lovely texture. Tail in proportion to her body.

– Brown Spotted Exotic. Lovely shape and size to this young man. Cobby and standing low on short thick legs. Round head with good width between neat well furnished eras. Round expressive copper eyes. Short snub nose with good break. Bite acceptable at present, he has only three canines and the bite is slightly offset at present. Full fat cheeks strong chin. Well presented coat that is dense, plush and stands well away from the body. Coat is well marked with numerous oval spots. He has white to face, chest, legs and underparts. Fully coloured well ringed tail.

Coat is well presented and displaying well defined tabby markings with white to face, chest, feet and underparts. Tail well ringed and in proportion to his body.

– Well grown red and white bi colour. Cobby in shape and standing low on the legs. Large round head with good width between neat well furnished ears. Large round copper eyes. Short snub nose with good stop and full leather. Good bite. Full fat cheeks, firm chin. Coat is a rich red and sparkling white. Coat is well prepared. He is high white so has red cheeks and forehead and small patches of red on his body. Tail fully coloured and in proportion to his body.

Large round head with excellent width between neat well furnished ears. Lovely large round expressive deep copper eyes. Short broad nose with good break and full black leather. Full cheeks with firm chin. Good bite. Head and face nicely patched with a deep rich red and dense black. Colours are vibrant and her body is nicely patched. Coat is very well prepared. Dinky tail which is showing both colours.

– Blue and White Bi Colour. Cobby in shape and standing plow on the legs. Round head with smooth skull and good width between neat well furnished ears. Short snub nose with good stop and full leather. Round orange eyes. Full cheeks firm chin. Coat well prepared. Pastel blue and sparkling white. Blue bonnet to head with a nicely patched body. Tail just a little on the long side but fully furnished.

– Blue Birman who is well grown and nicely balanced for Birman type. Body long and she stands on medium sized legs. Skull broad and rounded with good width between medium sized ears. Nose is medium in length with a slight dip in profile. Good bite. Almost round medium blue eyes. Coat well prepared, silken in texture. Coat is shady on top but clearing at the roots. Pure white gloves that are scalloped. Socks that cover the entire back paws. Left gauntlet is a little shorter and blunter than the right one. Points colour blue grey and all matching. Tail bushy and in proportion to body.

2ND MISS N BAILEY’S CH ESAYA NICADAEMUSRUBY (13c5) F 7/7/07

– Red point Birman. Good size and body confirmation and well balanced for Birman type. Broad and rounded skull with medium sized ears that are spaced nicely apart. Almost round pale blue eyes, would have liked a much deeper shade. Nose medium in length with a slight dip in profile. Level bite. Cheeks rounded, chin a little weak. Pure white scalloped gloves that finish at the angle of the paws with white socks that cover the entire back paw. Gauntlets a good length finishing just below the point of the hock. Well prepared coat of pale cream with full ruff. Rich red points which are all matching just showing faint tabby markings on forehead. Tail medium in length and in proportion to body.

3RD MR & MRS GRIGGS’S CH ESAYA CHURSTON CHEZNEY (13c3) M 6/6/07

– Chocolate Point Birman of good type. He is long in the body and of good weight. Skull broad and rounded with ears that are medium in size and set well apart. Almost round medium blue eyes. Nose is medium in length with slight dip in profile. Level bite. Coat is well prepared, silken in texture with full ruff. Pure white symmetrical gloves which are full and finish across the angle of the paw. Back socks are medium in length with right sock having a trickle of colour that that dips towards the toes. Long tapering gauntlets. Points colour is a medium shade of chocolate and he is displaying a full mask that was rather brindled on the day. Tail is bushy medium in length and also brindled.

AC NORWEGIAN FOREST CAT ADULT

1ST MRS GOODFELLOW & MS DUKES’S CH CHOAS TUMBLING DICE (67 31ts) M 4/4/07

– Silver Tabby and White NFC who is very well grown for his age. Body is long and he is a good weight and has good boning. He stands high on the legs with back legs longer than front on large round paws. Head is triangular and he has a long straight profile. His head is slightly rounded and his ears are large with good width at the base and follow the line of the head down to the chin. Eyes are large and oval well opened and obliquely set. Good bite. Chin is a little weak. Coat is semi long and he has a woolly undercoat that has a coarser topcoat. He has a full ruff and knickerbockers. Tail is long and bushy and reaches the shoulder blades easily. Well presented and a lovely temperament.

AC RAGDOLL KITTEN

1ST MRS A MOUSLHEY’S TUFTYTOES PADWAY (66aw) F 14/2/08

– Blue mitted Ragdoll of good size. Long and muscular body standing on legs that are medium in length on large round paws. Broad head with flat plane. Ears medium in size and slightly tilted forward. Large pale blue eyes set wide and slightly oblique, would have liked a deeper shade. Nose of medium length with a gentle dip. Level bite but slightly weak chin. Cheeks needing to fill out. Well-prepared coat of bluish white. Blue grey points colour with symmetrical white gloves and white back legs up to the level of the underbody. Tail bushy and in proportion to the body.

2ND MRS L PASSFIELD –TAYLOR’S HAZELSDOLLS PYEWACKETT (66tw) M 2/4/08

– Seal Tabby Point Mitted Ragdoll. Good size and shape, body is long and he stands on legs that are medium in length. Head is broad; he has a flat plane and good width between his ears that are medium in size. Eyes are well opened, slightly oblique and set nicely apart. They are a pale blue in colour and he has a squint in the left eye which appears to come and go, probably a lazy eye which may well rectify itself as he gets older. Good bite. Cheeks well developed. Seal brown tabby markings on a pale brown agouti ground. M to forehead, spotted whisker pads, thumbprints to ears and spectacles. Chin bib and chest are white as is the underbody. The two front paws are white up to the angle of the paws. Legs nicely barred. Coat nicely prepared beige in colour and a good length and texture. Tail is long and bushy and well ringed.

AV SLH NEUTER

1ST MRS G BROWN’S PR GLEDKATT VERDANDI (67 31t) FN 17/7/06

– Brown Tabby and White Norwegian Forest. Large and heavy boned, yet elegant. Body long and muscular standing high on the legs with the back legs being longer than the front ones. Triangular head with long straight profile. Forehead slightly rounded. Chin firm. Ears large with good width at the base. Eyes oval and set obliquely and are alert and expressive. Good bite. Well prepared coat showing the desired woolly undercoat which is covered by a coarser overcoat. She has a full ruff and knickerbockers. Tail long and bushy, easily reaching the shoulders.

2ND MRS P WATSON’S PR TASSARE BILBO BAGGINS (64 31dt) MN 7/9/06

– Red Tabby and White Maine Coon. Body medium in size, solid and muscular, long and proportionate creating the characteristic rectangular appearance. Head medium in length with ears that are large and tall, wide at the base and set nicely apart. Golden coloured eyes that are full and round, spaced wide apart and set slightly oblique. Nose of uniform width with a shallow concave curve. Muzzle square with level bite. Coat well prepared and consists of an undercoat with a glossy top coat. Ruff and breeches developing well. Rich red markings on a bright apricot ground colour. M to forehead, spectacles, spotted whisker pads and thumbprints to ears. Body markings rather diffused due to length of coat. Spine lines well defined. Barring to legs. White chest, underparts and feet with a white nose. Tail long and at least the length of the body and it is well ringed.

3RD MR & MRS CANN’S PR JOMANE DARKSIDEOFTHE MOON (66) MN 26/10/03

– Seal Colourpointed Ragdoll with a long and well built body. He stands on legs that are medium in length on large round paws. Head is broad with flat plane. Ears are medium in size, slight tilt and set well apart. Eyes are large, set slightly oblique and deep blue in colour. Nose is medium in length with a gentle dip. Level bite. Cheeks well developed with chin a little weak. Coat well prepared, silky in texture with full ruff and knickerbockers. Coat is showing quite a lot of shading on the body. Dense matching seal points with full mask that was brindled on the day. Tail long and bushy reaching the shoulders well.
