Thank you to Maria and the committee for the invitation, I had a great time with some lovely cats. Shar Crichton came to steward for me, I had a good day in her company and I think she enjoyed the delights of the short haired section.

A.C. TABBY OR TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC ADULT

C.C. B.O.B. TONKS’S ZENDIQUE U’VEBEEN TANGOED (70 12a5t) M 9/05/08

Red Tabby & White. What a cracker, he’s been properly brought up as he passed the kiss test with flying colours and even quite like it. Super large round head with wide smooth skull between small round tipped ears. Eyes to die for, large and round with beautiful expression a super deep orange colour, short snub nose with deep break, full fat cheeks and lovely width to muzzle, fraction undershot bite. Brilliant development for his age with broad chest and rump all held on short strong legs with large firm round paws. His coat has a plush soft texture it is a fraction lacking in undercoat so a little flat but considering the time of year in beautiful condition. He is a lovely vibrant red and sparkling white, he has white to face legs and stomach, his red patched show clear tabby markings with M to forehead, spine lines and oysters to body patches, short full tail well ringed. I believe he was made up today, well done he is gorgeous and deserves it I am sure he will go far.

A.C. TABBY OF TABBY AND WHITE NEUTER EXOTIC

P.C. B.O.B. TONKS’S GR CH & PR ZENDIQUE ATZAR ISBORN (70 8 30a) 28/09/07

Blue Spotted tabby. This is another very nicely brought up boy who again passed the kiss test, he’s obviously a little more experienced than my adult as had a very resigned look as he drew towards me, then put a gentle paw out after the first kiss. Well round head with smooth skull between well set small ears, full round eyes a muddy orangy/brown colour, short snub nose with deep break, full cheeks and rounded muzzle, level bite and good chin. Compact shape to body with short thick well boned legs, he has a lovely texture to his coat, he is I would think just into his moult so there is little density, the spine line is fairly clear the side spots a little linked but visible when viewed at a distance, the warm mushroom ground colour is only visible to face and chest a little lacking to body, short full ringed tail.

A.C. BRITISH/SELKIRK IMPERIAL GRAND PREMIER MALE

I.G.P.C.GRAHAM’S GR PR TRUBRIT BLACK PRINCE (15) MN 28/06/06

Black. A super soft natured boy, round head with good width between neat well set ears, stunning round deep orange eyes, short straight nose, full cheeks and rounded muzzle, level bite and good chin. A lovely size with deep chest and short level back held on sturdy well boned legs and neat round paws. Superb coat short and crisp, a solid black just a fraction unsound in places, full tail with rounded tip.

Res I.G.P.C HARRIS’S ADVISH ESSYTALOYSIUS (30s) MN 8/7/06

Black Silver Spotted. Rather shy but very sweet, well rounded head with fair top and medium sized ears, round eyes a lemony yellow colours, broad straight nose, full cheeks and rounded muzzle, level bite and full chin. Very short compact body well filled and bordering on unbalanced, with short sturdy boned limbs and firm round paws. Dark silver coat with good density, he is well into a summer moult so the pattern is a little indistinct, M to face, moderately clear spine lines and side oysters, balanced length tail with rounded tip.

BRITISH BROWN CHOC OR LILAC TABBY

C.C. B.O.B. MARSLAND-ROUND CATBALU CHIANTI CLASSICO (20b) M 29/07/06

Chocolate Tabby. A lovely well developed boy with super nature, well rounded head with wide smooth skull between ears that have a good set but are a fraction on the large side. Round eyes that looked to be rather a pale colour, short straight nose, full round cheeks and rounded muzzle, level bite and fair pale coloured chin. Square shape to frame but with good substance, nice depth to chest and firm boning to limbs, short dense coat with rich chocolate markings and a warm toned bronze ground, M to face, separated spine line, butterfly and oysters, balanced length tail with rings.

WORSLEY-WARING’S SATINMIST SUPURR SAMSON (20) M 18/08/08

Brown tabby. This boy is young and a little girly looking, he is only just an adult so nothing that is not to be expected. Quite round head with fair width between medium ears that do look a little large, not helped by his tendency to splay them side wards, round light orange coloured eyes, short straight nose with cheeks and muzzle needing to fill and round, level bite and fair pale coloured chin. Slightly rangy in the body and standing high on his legs at present, short coat that has greying to the roots which makes it look cold and the pattern a little indistinct, M to face, separated spine lines, fair oysters, some leg bars and rings to tail.

BRITISH BLUE-CREAM ADULT

C.C. B.O.B WELLS’S WESTERNBACH DAMELLA (28) F 20/06/08

Lovely cheeky look to this girl, small nicely rounded head with wide top and well set medium sized ears, expressive round eyes with a good orange colour, short straight nose, her cheeks are rounded she just needs a little more depth to her muzzle which is a fraction square, level bite and good chin. Compact shape with good boning to short sturdy limbs, superb coat and it was this that gained her the C.C., it is short and dense with a crisp texture, well mingled with a lot of cream coming thru, all paws show both colours. Balanced length tail with rounded tip.

SHEPHERD’S TRUBRIT DUSTY SPRINGBOARD (28) F 26/07/08

Another very nice girl, she is starting to grow and needs to put on a little more weight. Fairly round head with medium width between ears that appear a fraction large at the moment, round orange eyes, broad straight nose, small round cheeks and muzzle, level bite and fair chin. Her frame has good boning, starting to lengthen so she just need to tuck in and fill out, short coat that could be denser, it is well mingled with rather a hot cream and there is a quite a solid patch to her inner back thigh, all paws show both colours, medium thick tail.

BRITISH RED SPOTTED ADULT

C.C. W/H NEWBURY’S LOVEJOY ROMEO ALEJANDRO (30d) M 28/05/08

A very unhappy boy, I managed to get him out but he was so upset it was impossible to access him properly and I was unable to do his bite. Small round head with narrow top and rather large pointed ears, small round eyes a super orange colour, small cheeks that need to fill as does his muzzle which is a little square. Rather long and lean in the body and a little light weight, long thin coat lying flat due to lack of undercoat which makes the pattern rather indistinct. Thin well ringed tail. C.C. withheld due to being unable to access bite, and coat length and pattern.

C.C. B.O.B. WARRENER’S REXIRU DEVONWEAR PRADA (33a36e) F 20/11/06

Tortie Smoke. A pretty girl who was a real wriggler, short broad wedge with nice high cheek bones, large ears that are wide at the base they have cute tufts and mufts, and are fairly well set with good width between them. Forehead curves to flat skull, wide set eyes oval shaped and sloping towards outer edge of ears, short nose with stop, her whisker break could have more definition, level bite and fair chin. She holds her head beautifully on a slender neck and has a good muscular body of medium size with slim legs and neat oval paws. Dense soft coat that covers all of her body and shows some slight rippling to her flanks, the tail is a little thick and could be a fraction longer it is well covered with short fur.

DEVON REX NEUTER MALE

P.C. B.O.B. WAUGH’S MAGICAL GOMEZ (33a30s) MN 17/05/08

Black Silver Spotted. Short broad wedge with quite high cheek bones, rounded forehead between medium sized ears with tufts to tips. Large wide set eyes that tend slightly towards a round shape, short nose with slight stop, fair definition to whisker break with cute chewed whiskers, level bite, the chin slopes fractionally away. Good size to body but I am afraid he obviously has a great love of food and is rather plump, so in danger of losing his balance. Short soft coat that well covers all of his body with only slight rippling to flanks and chest, balanced tapering tail.

BAMFORD’S YASSASSIN GERONTIUSDREAM (33a20) MN 05/04/08

Brown Tabby. This boy has the most delightful nature I could so easily have taken him home. Small short head, it has fair width but is more round than wedge shaped, high set to small ears with tufts to tips, the eyes could be larger they are round to the inner edge with only slight slope to the outer one, short nose with slight stop, his muzzle and whisker breaker rather merge together, level bite and sloping chin. Lovely muscle to his body his neck is a little thick, soft coat that is very dense and rather long it covers most of his body but there are a few sparse places, long thin tail covered with really rather long fluffy fur.

DEVON REX NEUTER FEMALE

P.C. FEREDAY’S YASSASSIN LOVEME LILLITH (33a36) FN 22/12/06

Black Smoke. A friendly girl with a lovely pixie look, very short broad wedge with high cheek bones, large eyes a fraction on the round side, forehead curving to flat skull between ears that have a good set but are really medium in size, tufts to tip and mufts to base. Short nose with a definite stop, defined whisker break, level bite chin slopes slightly. Lovely sized body with firm muscular feel, elegant neck, slim legs with small oval paws. Short soft coat covers all of her body with light ripples all over, long tapering tail fully covered with fractionally long fur.
