LONDON CAT CLUB SHOW

My most sincere thanks to Maria and the team for asking me to judge at the London. I had a super day in the company of John Blore who came to steward for me.

AC SELF PERSIAN PREMIER;

GR PC; Emerton GR PR JACKANKAT PRETTY FLAMINGO

red lad of eight years old. Very good bone structure and weight. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Small ears. Rounded skull. Cheeks full and good muzzle. Level bite. Short broad nose with a good stop. Large eyes of a very good copper colouring. Coat of a medium red which was long and fairly full with a nice undercoat and sound and even to the roots. Short tail.

AV SLH GRAND CHAMPION MALE;

IMP GR CC; Percival GR CH BLEUGEMS TEDDIE BEAR

seal bi colour ragdoll not yet two years old. A very well grown chap with an excellent temperament and a pleasure to handle. Sound bone and very good substance. Medium size ears which slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Cheeks full and muzzle nicely formed. Eyes with a slightly oblique set and very good blue. Flat plane. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Some shading to the tail. Spot of colour to the back left hock. Symmetrically marked inverted v to the face. Some white along the spine. Small ruff.

AV SLH GRAND CHAMPION FEMALE;

IMP GR CC; Whitmarsh GR CH NORACOON MOLEPOLOLE

tortie silver classic tabby and white lass whom I have had the pleasure of judging before, just over two years old. Lovely bone and very good weight. Rectangular body shape. Large ears which are set quite high with a good width apart. Cheeks fairly full with high set cheek bones. Slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Level bite. Square muzzle. Nice depth and breadth to the chin. Very good coat colours of a good red and black with the tabby markings visible. Some silver around the ears and on the ruff which frames the face. Tail with profuse and flowing fur and reaching the shoulder blades.

RES IMP CC; Lee UK GR CH KLASSYKLOGS KALEYMYOKO

seal birman of nearly seven years old. Very good weight and sound bone structure. Ears of a medium size which are well positioned. Cheeks quite full and muzzle nicely formed. Eyes almost round and showing a good depth of blue colour. Level bite. Slight dip in profile to the nose. Front left reaches the stopper pad but does not go past. Right sock a little higher. Evenly marked gauntlets. Small ruff to frame the face. Some shading to the body coat which is soft in texture and showing a small amount of undercoat. Well furnished tail.

BLUE POINT BIRMAN ADULT MALE;

1 CC Pike CH ATHREYU OF THE BLESSED ONES

just over three years old and a strapping lad with excellent strong bone, well muscled body and very good substance. Medium size ears which are well positioned. Cheeks nice and full. Very good profile with a slight dip. Eyes almost round and of a medium blue colour. Level bite. Symmetrically marked gloves, socks evenly matched. Gauntlets broad and even in length. Minimal amount of shading to the body coat which had a small amount of undercoat. Colour to the mask extends just up on to the top of the head. All blue points well matched in the depth of colour. Tail lightly furnished and reaching the shoulder blades.

2 Pearson JASIMSAF CLARET

just over a year old. Another strapping lad with excellent bone and weight. Well set ears of a medium size. Cheeks full just a tiny bit pinched in the muzzle. Good eye shape and medium blue colouring. Clear body coat which is just short of undercoat today. Tail just slightly lighter in colour than the rest of the points balancing with the body. Gloves nice and level, socks level. Gauntlets broad and even in length.

BLUE POINT BIRMAN FEMALE;

1 CC Pike CAROONA BOUNCING BUNDLE

only just over a year old and a nicely developed girl. Good bone structure and lovely weight. Medium size ears which are well set and good width to the cheeks, just a tiny bit pinched in the muzzle today. Very good profile to a medium length nose with a slight dip in profile. Lovely eye shape and sound blue colouring. Level bite. Firm chin. Small amount of shading today to the muzzle. Clear body coat with a minimum amount of undercoat, silken in texture and well prepared. Gloves equally matched. Socks level. Gauntlets of a very good length and even in breadth. Medium blue colouring to all the points which were well matched. Lightly furnished tail which balances with the body.

2 Oslavio ROZINELLA GISELLE

medium size female not yet a year old. Nice substance. Medium size ears which are well set. Cheeks fairly full and the muzzle still developing. Broad nose with a very slight dip in profile. Eyes almost round and a touch deep set but showing a nice blue colour. Firm chin. Level bite. Evenly marked gloves albeit a little low. Socks level. Gauntlets broad and even in length. Colour to all the points nicely matched in the depth of colour. Tail reaches the shoulder blades and is nicely furnished.

BOB; Pike GR CH CAROONA PIPPYTOO

approaching six years old and a lovely girl with very good bone and nice weight. Sturdy lass. Strong blue eye colouring to the eyes which are almost round in shape. Medium length nose with a slight dip in profile. Level bite. Cheeks well formed and muzzle nicely developed. Gloves symmetrical, socks well matched. Gauntlets of a very good length and evenly matched. Almost clear body coat which was soft in texture and well prepared. Small amount of undercoat. Little ruff to frame the face. Lovely colouring to all the points which were beautifully matched. Tail balances with the body.

AC SIBERIAN ASSESSMENT ADULT;

MERIT; Brown SILKIESTAR VICKTOR ADAM

red tabby lad of a year old. Well developed lad for his age. Short broad wedge with nicely rounded contours and a slight concave curve at the bridge of the nose. Low set cheek bones. I would prefer the eyes a touch larger, slightly oblique set. Medium size body with a short neck. Chest not yet fully developed but he is still quite young. Tail reaches the shoulders and is well covered. Medium length to the coat with quite a dense undercoat. Numerous guard hairs over the back. Some tabby to the face. Markings along the flanks and sides. Ruff beginning to form. A little nervous. Nicely proportioned boy with a very good coat.

AV PERSIAN MAIDEN ADULT;

1 Hemsley CLOVERHILL SAILOR BOY

blue and white bi colour, just about a year old. White to the legs, collar and a patch over the back. White chevron to the face. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Tiny ears which are well set. Cheeks full and round. Eyes large with a good copper colouring. Short broad nose with a good break. Level bite. Large well rounded feet. Pale blue areas sound to the roots and set off by gleaming white.

2 Bangs LAFREBELLA JAMILIAH

black lass of a year old. Medium size female with nice bone and good weight. Round eyes of a medium copper colour. Short broad nose with a lovely break. Level bite. Well rounded skull. Small ears which are well placed. Skull a touch bumpy at present. Coat lacking in undercoat but very long and with a gloss to the top coat. Soft to touch. Short full tail.

3 Parkes LADYGEM EVITA blue and white bi colour.

AC MAINE COON KITTEN;

1 Jones COONFLAKES QUANTUMOFSOLACE

red silver classic tabby and white lad not yet nine months old. A strapping boy with super bone and very good weight. Large bone and very good weight. Rectangular body shape. Large ears set quite high with a good width apart. Small tufts. Cheeks with high set cheek bones. Eyes with a slightly oblique aperture and set being gold in colour. Slight concave curve to the nasal bridge. Square muzzle. Good breadth and depth to the chin. Ruff to frame the face. Varying lengths to the coat which had a small amount of undercoat. Silver evident to the ruff and on the underside of the tail. Very good red to the coat. Tail with profuse and flowing fur reaching the shoulder blades. A very nice lad.

2 Gillman MABALAKAT ROTHKO

brown classic tabby and white maine coon not yet six months old. A wee baby with good bone and substance. Ears large and well set. High set cheek bones with the cheeks fairly full. Eyes having a slightly oblique aperture and set and gold in colour. Shallow concave curve at the nasal bridge. Level bite. Square muzzle. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. Tabby pattern a little solid along his back. White to the paws, chest and tummy and a white chevron to the face. Tail lightly covered and reaching the shoulders.

3 Cannell SPIRRITZ TARTAN TREMBLER tortie and white maine coon.

AC NORWEGIAN FOREST KITTEN;

1 Steward CHAOS KISS (67.22) F 4.12.08

Tortie and white. Six months old and a nicely developed girl with lovely bone and of a medium build showing nice weight. Standing taller on her back legs. Tail reaches to the neck and is quite bushy. Almost equilateral shape to the head which is reasonably triangular. Good size ears which show tiny tufts and nicely feathered. Set fairly high and open. Eyes a touch rounded at present with a slightly oblique set and a little small in size. Green colour to the eyes. Medium length nose with a very slight dip at this present stage. A little pinched in the muzzle. Level bite. Chin fairly strong. Head balance still developing. Very soft glossy top coat with no undercoat present on this youngster as yet. Rather soft today with the coarse coat yet to come through. The odd guard hair to the body. Lovely red and black to the coat, vibrant colouring.

AV PERSIAN OR SLH LIMIT KITTEN;

1 Howard FALABELLA MYFAIRLADY

blue tortie and white only three months old and a little poppet. Solid white front right leg with several patches of both colours to her back. Colour over the eyes and up to the ears. Excellent coat preparation to the coat, soft and silky in texture. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Small ears, cheeks full and eyes large and round showing a super copper colour. Level bite. Short tail showing both colours.

2 Richardson ADATELO DANCING QUEEN

seal birman kitten of nearly nine months old. Eyes a touch deep set and medium blue in colour. Very nice profile with a slight dip. Cheeks quite full. Ears well set and medium in size. Clear soft and full body coat. Small amount of shading to the muzzle. All feet markings level. Tail lightly covered and balances with the body.

2 Semos PRIDNJOY BLUEBELLE

blue birman of four months old. A wee baby with lovely bone and very good weight. Quite a stunning little kitten. Strong blue eye colour to almost round eyes. Ears well set and of a good size. Nice profile with a slight dip. Level bite. Mask not yet fully coloured. Soft texture to the body coat which had a small amount of undercoat. Gloves even, socks well matched. Gauntlets broad and even in length.

3 Richardson ADATELO DANCING QUEEN seal birman.

AC BIRMAN NEUTER;

1 Alner GR PR MISTYMAGIC RED COOKIE

huge heavyweight lad with very strong bone. Well set ears of a good size. Eyes showing a lovely blue colour, not showing them off to their best today. Cheeks full and muzzle nicely formed. Level bite. Firm chin. Slight dip to the profile of a medium length nose. Golden hue to the body coat which was soft to touch and having a small amount of undercoat. Rich red points all very well matched. Good tail lightly covered.

2 Izzard DUBROVA SUMATRA

still quite a youngster at only ten months old. Well grown with lovely bone and weight. Medium size ears which are well placed. Cheeks nice and full. Eyes almost round and of a good blue colour. Profile medium in length with a slight dip. Very good coat to the body, soft in texture with a nice depth of undercoat and well groomed. Gloves even, socks well matched. Gauntlets equal in length and breadth. Tail lightly covered and reaching the shoulders.

3 Kemp GR PR SHANDATAL IMABLUE TIGER blue tabby birman.

AV SLH NON BREEDERS NEUTER FEMALE;

1 Dorey PR NORACOON CHERRY BAKEWELL

tortie tabby and white maine coon not yet three years old. Good rectangular body shape. Large ears which are well set. Cheeks fairly full with high set cheek bones. Slightly oblique aperture and set to the eyes which were light gold in colour. Square muzzle. Level bite. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. Coat of varying lengths with a small amount of undercoat and soft texture to the top coat. Lacking in ruff to frame the face. Tail lightly covered and reaching the shoulders.

2 Davies CH & GR PR SONNYWOOD NUTMEG

tortie colourpoint ragdoll seven years old and really coming into her own now. Excellent strong bone and very good weight. Medium size ears which are well set and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Cheeks full and muzzle well developed. Eyes with a slightly oblique set and showing a very good blue colour. Gentle dip in profile. Level bite. Coat clear and soft with a nice depth of undercoat. Seal and red to all the points which were very well matched. Tail well covered and balances with the body.

3 Deacon PR GLEDEKATT FENJA

brown tabby and white Norwegian.

1 Saunders MYSTERE TURBULENCE

Black lad of eleven months old. Super strong bone and excellent weight. Very small ears which are set low on the side of the head. Slight bump to the skull. Round eyes of a very good copper colour. Short broad nose. Level bite. Coat lacking in undercoat but very soft in texture. Gloss to the top coat and excellent preparation. Jet black and sound to the roots.
