Broadcast from the top of PrestonFM Towers which they scale each Saturday Morning via ropebridge, abseil or rope-ladder then break into the Penthouse suite of the Station Manager to set up in one of her spare rooms - Mark Howard, Neil Walton and whoever else wonders past celebrate everything that makes Preston great.  Taking with them only the bare essentials they need and hoping Neil has remembered the string and plastic cups they launch themselves onto Prestonland.
