SUPREME SHOW 21ST.NOVEMBER 2009.

My thanks to Celia and the Committee for my invitation to judge. I am delighted that the Show was such a great success – congratulations to you all. To my Team of Stewards a huge thank you, Alison, Julie and Terry – you were all brilliant. I must also thank the Exhibitors who entered such lovely Ragdolls for me to judge – you made my job very difficult with such wonderful quality. As now a proud owner of two rescue Ragdolls, who have taken over all our numerous existing animals and David and me, I am afraid I have to admit to being “hooked”!!

AC OR PATTERN RAGDOLL IMP/GRAND CHAMPION MALE.

1ST. UK GRAND CERT & BOB. HAWORTH’S IGRCH DIZZIPAWS BRUCE . 66. 020806.

Mature muscular boy. Balanced head, broad with flat plane and width between ears, cheeks well developed, medium length nose with a gentle dip slightly retrousse at tip, rounded muzzle. Medium size ears spaced well apart with a slight forward tilt, eyes lovely shape and exprsioion, strong colour. Body long and massive well muscled, very substantial bone, balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, beige shading and deep matching seal points. Lovely out-going personality and temperament.

1ST.UK GRAND CERT. GRIFFITHS & SCOTT’S GRCH RAGTASIA PEACHESAND CREAM. 66g. 160405.

An alert mature girl. Broad head with flat plane and width between ears, cheeks well developed with a rounded well developed muzzle and firm chin with level bite, nose medium length with a gentle dip, slightly retrousse at tip. Ears medium size spaced well apart with slightly forward tilt, eyes large well opened and showing deep blue colour. Good body structure, fairly substantial bone, balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, points blue intermingled with shades of cream. Very good temperament.

1ST. GRND.CH. DUNSTALL’S CH ELANESSE HIRLUIN THEFAIR. 66 31a. 150808.

An impressive youngster. Balanced head, broad with flat plane and width between ears, cheeks well developed with a rounded well developed muzzle, chin not fully developed, level bite, medium length nose with a gentle dip, slightly retrousse at tip. Medium size ears set well apart, eyes very good shape and expression, colour not fully set. Long muscular body, substantial bone and balanced tail. Coat silky texture and very well presented, mask showing inverted “V”, white front legs, white back legs and through the tummy, points a matching shade of blue. A young boy with excellent condition and temprement, look forward to watching his progress.

1ST.GRND.CH.CERT. NEVIN’S CH SASSYGEMS DADDIES GIRL. 66 31a. 160508.

An attractive youngster. Quite well balanced head, broad top with flat plane and width between ears, cheeks developing, broad muzzle and firm chin, medium length nose with gentle dip. Ears good shape and size with slight forward tilt, eyes large and well opened showing good colour. Long body, muscular and good weight, I would like a little more substance to the bone, tail a little short. Very good coat texture and presentation, mask showing white in verted “V”, white front legs and chest, white back legs and through the tummy, back and ruff bluish white with matching blue points. A very promising girl, just a little tense today.

2ND. GRIFFITHS & SCOTT’S CH RAGTASIA SUMMER BREEZE. 66 31a. 120408.

A pretty girl, still to reach full maturity. Balanced head with flat plane and width between ears, cheeks well developed, would like more development to the muzzle, firm chin good bite, medium length nose with a gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip. Ears medium size set well apart and forward tilt, large well opened eyes slightly obliquely set, good colour. Quite well developed body, bone a little fine and tail could be slightly longer. Very good texture and presentation to coat, mask showing inverted “V”, white front legs and chest, white back legs and white through the tummy, pale bluish coat and good even points colour. Very attractive girl, not yet at her full development, enjoying her day out.

1ST. CC. ALAND’S APPLAUSE SADIE. 66 31. 151008.

Just over a year old and showing very impressive maturity. Very nicely balanced head, broad with flat plane, cheeks well developed, rounded well developed muzzle, firm chin , even bite, medium length nose with a gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip. Very good ears for shape and size, set wide with forward tilt, eyes large and well opened slightly oblique and set well apart, showing strong colour. Very good conformation and condition, body long and muscular, short neck, broad chest, medium length legs and of substantial bone, the the tail is short. Coat silky texture, very good presentation, mask showing inverted “V”, front legs and chest white, back legs white through to tummy, just a small coloured spot. A very promising young girl, the only real disappointment is the short tail.

1ST.GRND.CH.CERT. PULLEN’S CH DIZZIPAWS ZEMO. 66aw. 120408.

At the expense of becoming boring I have to say another impressive youngster. Broad head with flat plane and good width between ears, cheeks well developed with a rounded well developed muzzle, firm chin and level bite, nose medium length with a gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip. Ears large well opened set wide with slight forward tilt, well furnished and round at the tip, large expressive eyes, well set and strong colour. Massive, muscular body, short neck, broad chest, very good length of tail nicely balanced. Excellent coat presentation, silky texture, well marked mittens, back legs white through to the body, white chin, points evenly matched, body colour bluish white. Lovely temperament.

2ND. GRIFFITHS & SCOTT’S CH. RAGTASIA JAQUE SON. 66a. 240608.

A youngster showing very good maturity. Balanced head, broad flat plane with good width between ears, cheeks developing well, rounded muzzle good bite and firm chin, medium length nose with a gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip. Medium ears set wide apart with slight forward tilt, eyes very good shape and colour. Long and muscular body, substantial bone, the tail is quite short. Coat very good texture and presentation, not at its full length today, even blue points. A very sweet personality.

1ST.GRND.CH.CERT. WILSON’S CH EMERISLE PIXIEDUST. 66a.

A mature girl showing very good type. Head showing broad flat plane with well set ears, medium nose with gentle dip, retrousse at tip, well developed cheeks rounded muzzle and firm chin, eyes very good shape and colour. Well presented coat, silky texture, even points colour. A very impressive mature lady, lovely temperament.

2ND. BARROWCLOUGH’S CH ROYALRUMBALLS LUCKY LEWIS. 66e.111107.

A very relaxed girl. Overall head shape just a little narrow, ears held a little close together, cheeks a little pinched, muzzle could be stronger, medium length nose with gentle dip, large eyes rather round. Body long and muscular in lovely condition, legs rather slender, balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, points seal brown intermingled with shades of red – very attractive, body colour cream toning with points. Lovely temperament.

1ST.CC. MATTHEWS FILENSIO KISSIN’TIME. 66w. 131007.

Showing very good maturity. Balanced head, flat plane between very good ear shape with slight forward tilt, cheeks well developed, rounded well developed muzzle, medium length nose with a gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip, eyes lovely shape and colour. Body long and muscular, bone slightly slender, balanced tail. Coat very good texture and presentation, not at its full length today, front paws matching white mittens, matching back legs, points deep seal brown, body light beige. A very nice girl, lovely temperament.

2ND. MARJASON’S CHICCATS CLOVER WERMARBEAR. 66w. 130908.

Very alert and enjoying her day. Balanced head, ears a little close together, medium length nose with gentle dip, slightly retrousse at tip, muzzle and cheeks developing, good bite, eyes very good shape and expression, colour setting. Very good body shape, substantial bone, balanced tail. Coat not at its best today, texture a little greasy, this girl is only fourteen months old, and hasn’t really had time to grown her full adult coat, matching gloves, white under body, matching white on back legs. I think this girl is very promising, just needing time to reach full maturity.

3RD. PHILLIPS & LEWIS’S RAGTASIA DAISY MAE. 66a. 210608.

A well grown youngster, finding the conditions a little “startling”. Very good flat plane between ears of medium size, cheeks yet to fully develop, muzzle needs to fill out, good bite, medium length nose with gentle dip, expressive eyes of good shape and colour. Good weight and body length, legs rather slender, balanced tail. Very well presented coat, silky texture, even blue points. Look forward to seeing this girl when fully maturity.

4TH. NEVIN’S LEWSHAN LITTLE STAR. 66g. 280708.

A pretty young girl. Reasonably broad head with flat plane between medium sized ears with slight forward tilt, cheeks developing quite well, muzzle a little pinched, medium length nose with gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip. Body quite well developed, good length and condition, fairly substantial legs, balanced tail. Very well presented coat, silky texture, points greyish blue intermingled with shades of cream. Overall very good condition, sweet temmprment.

1ST. UHGPC. BOB. STACEY’S IGRPR CHEHAM CANTONA. 66. 260298.

A magnificent boy. Strong broad head with flat plane and width between ears, medium sized ears, slight forward tilt and rounded at tips, cheeks well developed , rounded well developed muzzle and firm chin with level bite, medium length nose with gentle dip and retrousse at tip, expressive eyes of good shape and colour. Excellent conformation and condition, substantial bone, paws large round and firm, balanced tail. Full coat, beautifully presented silky texture, even deep seal brown points. A worthy winner of this award.

2ND. DAINTON-VIZOR’S GRPR SONNYWOOD ARAMIS. 66 31. 040305.

A mature boy, lovely nature and sweet expression. Strong head with very good type. Broad head with flat plane between medium sized ears set wide and slight forward tilt, cheeks fairly well developed, strong broad muzzle, good bite, medium length nose with gentle dip and slightly retrousse at tip, very good eye shape and colour. Overall good body shape and condition, good strong bone and balanced tail. Very well presented coat with silky texture, mask showing white inverted “V”, chin, bib and chest white, back legs white and through the tummy good even seal points. A very nice boy lovely condition and temperament.

1ST. UKGPC. DAVIES’S CH IGRPR SONNYWOOD NUTMEG. 66e. 200502.

A mature girl with such impressive type and overall condition. Balanced head with flat plane between medium sized ears with forward tilt and rounded at tips, well developed cheeks and muzzle, medium length nose with gentle dip, slightly retrousse at tip. Very good body shape, substantial bone and balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, lovely points colour, seal intermingles with shades of red, body colour toning in with points. A girl with lots of character – as we would want with a “tortie” !!

2ND. SPROT’S UK & IGRCH IGRPR CHURSTON CAMEO.66 31. 280300.

How I love these mature cats, nine years old and looking great. Very good balance to head, broad scull with flat plane between nicely shaped ears with forward tilt, cheeks well developed, medium length nose with gentle dip, strong rounded muzzle, expressive eyes of good shape and colour. Very good body shape and condition, substantial bone and balanced tail. Excellent coat condition and presentation, mask showing white inverted “V”, white chin and chest, back legs white continuing up through to the tummy. A lovely girl, looking great today.

1ST. GPC. STONE’S PR. DIZZIPAWS JACK. 66 31. 090208.

An amazing boy for his age – lovely maturity. Very good balanced head, broad with flat plane and width between medium sized ears with a slight forward tilt, cheeks well developed, medium length nose with a gentle dip and retrousse at tip, muzzle still to reach full depth and width, good bite, expressive eyes showing strong colour. Excellent conformation and condition, long body, excellent bone and large paws, I would like the tail to be a little longer to complete the balance. Lovely coat presentation and texture, mask showing inverted “V”, chin, neck and chest white, back legs white to under body and carrying through the tummy. Congratulations on a lovely young lad.

2ND. DAWE’S PR. MIDNIGHTPAWS UNKNOWN JEWEL. 66 31a 130607.

I am sorry not to have the critique on this boy, unfortunately he had to have his class moved after I had started judging, and his critique somehow “vanished” in the system. I am still hoping it will be found, but my apologies to Mrs.Dawe.

A lovely girl just reaching the age of full maturity. Very good balanced head, broad with flat plane and width between ears of medium size and slight forward tilt rounded at the tips, cheeks well developed, medium length nose with gentle dip to profile slightly restrousse at tip, rounded well developed muzzle, good bite and firm chin, eyes expressive showing good colour. Long and balanced body, substantial bone, balanced tail. Coat very well presented, silky texture, mask showing inverted “V”, white chin, neck and chest, back legs white continuing up through the tummy. A superb temperament.

1ST. GPC. SALTER’S PR ADSETLO ONECOOLCAT. 66. 270507.

Well grown impressive boy. Balanced head, flat plane between medium sized ears with slight forward tilt and rounded tips, cheeks well developed and a rounded muzzle with firm chin and good bite, medium length nose with a gentle dip and retrousse at tip, eyes very good shape and colour. Overall good condition and conformation, substantial bone, tail just about long enough. Very good coat texture and presentation, point’s deep seal, and body light beige colouring. Very sweet nature.

My overall impression of this fifteen month old youngster is – splendid! Broad flat plane with very good ears for shape and set, well developed cheeks, strong rounded muzzle, firm chin and good bite, medium length nose with slight dip to profile and retrousse at the tips, large well opened eyes slightly obliquely set, very good colour. Excellent condition and conformation, long body with broad chest, strong substantial legs, balanced tail. Coat silky texture, dense and well presented, front paws matching, white mittens, white neck, chest and underbody, back legs matching white, points showing clear tabby markings. Lovely temperament.

2ND. SAINT’S POSHKITTIES MR DARCY. 66. 100209.

A young boy enjoying his day out. Overall head shape still a little narrow with ears held a little close together, cheeks developing, muzzle a little weak, good bite, medium length nose with gentle dip, eyes very good shape colour setting. Body slender and bone quite fine, balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, mask a little brindled, other points colour setting. Very good temperament, still very much an adolescent and needing time to reach full maturity.
