Well covered with quite dense coat, hairs are rather fluffy and have hardly any curl except on a small areas on sides and flanks which show slight rippling, slight ripples alos on shoulders and top of forelegs, almost straight on back, sides, upper flanks, head and back of neck, very fine down on chest, throat and under-parts, very loose waves on tail. Tail tapers evenly to finer rounded tip and almost balances. Growled and hissed, not a happy bunny. Sorry to withhold, the texture and lack of wave to his coat was the principle reason, but I was also unable to check his bite.

1. MCCARTEN’S AGAPIMOU BLACK PANDORA. Bombay. 27/3/08.

Pretty girl who has matured and improve significantly since I last judged her, looking better balanced and of very promising type. Long slender elegant body is lithe, firm and well muscled, of very good size and weight for her eight months; straight back, gently rounded chest and slender shapely elegant legs ending in neat oval paws in proportion. Head forms balanced short wide wedge with slightly rounded top between well spaced medium large ears, broad at the base and of good shape. Large lustrous rich golden yellow eyes are of very good shape and set wide apart to give typical expression. Very gentle curve to brow, good break, chin is level and of reasonably good depth. Fine and very close lying coat is of medium length, super smooth satiny texture and in very good condition with a glossy shine. Dense jet black, even in tone with acceptable colour to the roots considering age and season. Tail is of good shape, tapering to finer “paintbrush” tip and just balances. Full of purrs – a very affectionate girl.

1. HUTCHIN’S KEVALESJONDOR JOVI. Male Silver Egyptian Mau. 10/5/07.

A handsome mature lad, well grown and of good overall type. Long slender graceful body is of very good weight, firm and muscular to the touch, gently rounded chest and elegant well shaped limbs ending in compact rounded paws in proportion.
