Thank you very much to Julia May and the Supreme Committee for inviting me to the “Show of the Year” there was a real ”buzz” all around the Show, it proved how popular the Supreme really is with exhibitors and visitors. Also thank you very much to my most efficient, helpful, cheerful and hard working stewards, Catherine Moulton, Jenny Sheldon and Steve Morris. Also thank you to David Howe and his Ring workers. Lastly it was a great pleasure to award BEST OF VARIETY FOREIGN NEUTER TO GR CH & IMP.GR PR. CHINKARA JET BLACK.

TONKINESE, OCICAT, SINGAPURA OR EGYPTIAN MAU GRAND CHAMPION, Male .
UK GR CC. Miss L Kennedy & Mrs J Higgins’, GRCH ADFURSH SOHBEK (78 30s) 04.10.03. A large strong boy of very good type and that special ”worried” look. He has a large slightly rounded wedge head, wide top and medium to large well set ears, correct profile, firm chin and level bite, gooseberry green eyes of good shape and set, large strong body, long legs and oval paws, medium to long tail that has a slight taper, short close lying coat with clear spots and markings of black and charcoal on a clear silver ground. A very aristocratic gentleman well presented in excellent condition.
2. Mrs R Leggett’s, GR.CH THICKTHORN BLUE SKIPPER (73a) 26.02.06. A large strong boy of good type, he has a large moderate wedge head with the correct square muzzle, wide top and large well set ears, firm chin and level bite, slightly full hazel eyes, large strong body, long legs and oval feet, fairly long tail that has a slight taper, short coat of fairly good texture with fairly clear spots and markings of blue on a pale blue agouti ground. A nervous boy well presented in good condition.

UK GR CC & BOB. Miss L Kennedy & Mrs J Higgins’s. GRCH ADCINSH SOBEKOTEP MWSHERI (78 30s) 02.12.04. A complete “ extrovert” of very good type and that very special “look”. She has a medium length slightly rounded wedge head, wide top and medium to large well placed ears, correct profile and nose of uniform width, firm chin and level bite, expressive green eyes set beneath a level brow, large strong body, long legs and oval feet, medium to long tail, short fine close lying coat with clear spots and markings of charcoal on a pale silver ground, good contrast. A very chatty girl well presented in excellent condition.
2 & BOB. Mrs R J Caunter’s. GRCH THICKTHORN LOTUS BLOSSOM (73b) 03.11.06. A really lovely girl who was very unlucky to meet the winner. Overall of good “Ocicat” type, she has a medium sized modified wedge head, good top and large well set tufted ears, good profile break, square muzzle and level bite, yellowy green eyes of good shape and set, long firm body, long legs and oval feet, long tail with thicker base, fairly short soft coat with clear spots and markings of chocolate on a paler agouti ground, good “bulls eye”. Such a pretty girl well presented in excellent condition.
3 & BOB. Miss E Case’s, GRCH FECHELDEE CHAILAI TITAYA (74c) 29.05.02. A pretty girl of very good type, she has a moderately proportioned wedge head, wide top and large well set ears, definite profile break, firm chin and level bite, greeny blue eyes of good shape and set, firm muscular body, long legs and oval feet, long tail, short, very soft warm lilac coat that has gently merging darker lilac points. A friendly girl well presented in excellent condition.
Ocicat Champion, Female
GR CC .Mrs R Leggett’s, CH THICKTHORN DELPHINIUM (73b) 05.04.06. A large strong girl of very good type, she has a large modified wedge head, wide top and large well set tufted ears, break in profile, square muzzle, firm chin and level bite, expressive yellowy green eyes, large strong body, long legs and oval feet, fairly long tail. Fairly short coat with clear spot and markings of chocolate on a paler agouti ground, some sign of “ bulls eye” pattern. A slightly nervous girl well presented in excellent condition.
Ocicat Pre-Champion, Male
CC. Mrs R Mcleod’s, NWELA MERCURY (73bs) 14.04.07. A large boy of good type, he has a large moderate wedge head, he does not have the square muzzle needed in an Ocicat, wide top and large ears, good profile, firm chin and level bite, slightly full yellowy green eyes, long muscular body, long legs and oval feet, slightly short tail, short coat with clear spots and markings of chocolate on a creamy silver ground, some sign of “bulls eye” pattern. A slightly “shy” boy well presented in good condition.
Singapura Champion, Female
GR CC & BOB. Mrs J. Pavey’s, CH SPENCES LILLITH (77) 15.08.05.A very pretty girl of very good type, she has a rounded head with a short muzzle and blunt nose, good top and large well placed ears, correct stop in profile, strong chin and level bite, wide open, very expressive brilliant green eyes, well proportioned firm body, medium length legs and neat oval feet, fairly long tail with blunt tip, short, fine, close lying coat of warm ivory that is ticked with sepia brown on the body, salmon nose with complete liner, cheetah lines, inner leg bars and solid tail tip. A real character well presented in excellent condition.
Singapura Pre-Champion, Female
CC. Mrs J Pavey’s, JAYSHELM APRIL ROSE (77) 14.04.07 A strong girl of good type and a lovely nature, she has a rounded head with a definite whisker break and broad muzzle, good top and large well placed ears, just enough stop in profile, firm chin and level bite, large expressive green eyes, strong muscular body, fairly long legs and neat feet, slender tail with blunt tip, short fine ivory coat that has sepia ticking on the body, salmon nose with complete liner, cheetah lines, heavy inner leg bars, and solid tail tip. A lovely girl well presented in excellent condition and a good “bread maker!”
Egyptian Mau Champion, Male
GR CC. Miss L Kennedy & Mrs J Higgins’, CH STARRSAILOR RA HARAKHEI (78 30s) 14.02.07. . A young boy of very good type and a super nature, he has a medium length slightly rounded wedge head, wide top and medium to large well placed ears, fairly good profile, nose of uniform width, firm chin and level bite, expressive gooseberry green eyes, long strong body, long legs and oval feet, fairly long tail that has a gentle taper, short resilient coat with very clear spots and markings of black on a silver ground. A very smart young man well presented in excellent condition.

GR CC. Mr C & Mrs H Wicks’, CH SEREKH CLEOPATRA (78 30s) 11.11.06. A large girl of very good type and that special “ worried” look. She has a medium length slightly rounded wedge head, wide top and fairly large well set ears, correct profile, rounded muzzle, level bite, expressive gooseberry green eyes set beneath a level brow. Very large body, strong legs and oval feet, fairly long tail. Fairly short resilient coat with clear spots and markings of black on a silver ground, lots of spots!. Quite a character well presented in excellent condition.

Bateson’s, MAULLENIUM’S ZADOK (78 30s) 15.04.07 A young boy of good type, he has a large slightly rounded head with a pointed nose, wide top and large well set ears, good profile, firm chin, slightly small yellowy green eyes, long body, long legs and oval feet, long tail, short coat with fairly clear spots and markings of charcoal on a dull silver ground. As he could not be handled properly for judging I was unable to award a certificate. Sorry.
Korat Kitten, Male
1 but BOB withheld. Miss C A Nichols’, NIKELSILVA MERCURY (34) (M) 25.03.08.A large strong boy of good type, he has a large heart shaped head, wide top and large well placed ears, stop in profile, deep chin and level bite, large amber eyes, large strong body, strong legs and oval paws, long tail with a fixed deviation at the tip. Short, mid blue coat with silver tipping. I am sorry but I have to withhold BOB because of his tail fault.
Brown Marbled Bengal Kitten, Female
1 & BOB. Mr S Robertson & Mr S Richardson’s, ESANES IMPRESSIONNANT (76 20) (F) 22.04.08. A very pretty girl of very good type, she has a medium sized slightly rounded head, good top and medium sized well placed ears, break in profile, strong muzzle, deep chin and level bite, expressive green eyes, long strong body, strong legs and rounded paws, long thickish tail, fairly short coat with clear marbled markings of warm brown on a golden buff ground. She is a Lovely girl. Well presented in excellent condition.
Snow Spotted Bengal Kitten, Male
1. Mr S Robertson & Mr S Richardson’s, ESANES ETOURDISSANT (76a 30) (M) 22.04.08. A large boy of good type, he has a large rounded head which is longer than wide, good top and medium to large well set ears, profile break, deep chin and level bite, good shaped green eyes which have a tinge of blue, large long strong body, strong legs and round paws, long tail which needs to be a little thicker. Short luxurious coat with clear spots and markings of warm brown on an ivory ground, some rosetted spots. A smart young man well presented in excellent condition.

A very pretty girl of good type, she has a medium sized rounded head which is longer than wide, good top and medium sized well set ears, profile break, good muzzle, firm chin and virtually level bite, lovely eyes!, long firm body, long legs and rounded paws, long tail which needs to be a little thicker. Short luxurious coat with clear spots and markings of warm brown on an ivory ground. A very sweet girl well presented in excellent condition.

A large boy of good type, he has a large rounded head, which is longer than wide, good top and medium sized well set ears, profile break, deep chin and level bite, blue eyes of correct shape and set, huge strong body, strong legs and round paws, medium to long thickish tail, short luxurious coat with clear marbled markings of mid brown on an ivory ground, good pearl dusting. A smart young man well presented in excellent condition.
