Thanks to Linda & her team for the invite. I had some lovely cats and kittens that were expertly handled by Joan Brady as usual. Thank You also to judges who did a tutorial for me.

PC MATTHEWS CH & IGR PR VILLIERS WHATA POPPET, 10, FN, 4.6.05. A stunning young lady with an excellent top of head, neat well set ears, smooth skull, large round emerald eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & almost level bite, nose is short with pale brick leather, black liner evident to eyes, nose & lips. She is cobby in shape on short fat legs & short tail, excellent preparation to full coat, light even tipping. A pleasure to handle.
BoB SIGNEY’S GR PR YANKIDOODLE CALYPSO, 10, FN, 4.12.01. At almost 7 years this girl has it all. I have judged her before & find her just as delightful. Lovely cobby shape supported by short fat legs with a short tail, coat is full which is groomed to perfection, she has an excellent top of head, small well placed ears, smooth rounded skull, large round emerald eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & short nose with brick leather, black liner to eyes, nose & lips. Full coat has light even tipping. Well done on gaining the Imp Gr Pr certificate today.

Very attractive young lady of 16 months with a very good top of head, neat well set ears, smooth skull, round dark orange eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & level bite, nose is short with pink leather. Cobby shape supported on short fat legs complete with a short tail. Preparation is good to medium length coat; she has a pale cream topcoat with a very light undercoat that is evenly distributed. Well done on gaining the Gr today.

A dinky baby of 5 months, she has a good top of head, neat ears that need to drop, skull needs to smooth, round two tone blue eyes that need to settle. Short nose, cheeks need to fill out, firm chin & wide level bite. Cobby shape on short fat legs with a short tail. Good preparation to medium length coat, points matching well & displaying tortie colours, body coat is cream with slightly paler roots, clear tummy. A pretty baby that handled well.

1 STEWART’S BARLEYFIELDS RIVER DANCE, 70 2a, M, 29.4.08. Orange eyed white. At almost 6 months this boy has good size & weight, he is cobby in shape on short fat legs with a tail in proportion. Good top of head, neat well set ears, skull needs to smooth out, round copper eyes, short nose, full cheeks, firm chin, undershot bite that is currently acceptable. Pristine white coat with excellent preparation, stands well, feels plush & soft, neck developing well, shoulders showing strength for a youngster, rounded rump. A very attractive kitten.

1 & BoB BIRBECK’S KHANATE CASSIOPIA, 70 3, F, 29.3.08. Blue Self. This young lady has good weight with cobby shape standing on medium tall legs, tail in proportion to body length. Good top of head, well set ears, smooth skull, round copper eyes, short nose with reduced leather & small nostrils, full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite with concave top teeth, top left canine angled wrong. Coat is medium to dark blue, short & well prepared but not as soft as the male kitten’s coat, standing well with a plush feel. Good neck & shoulders with a rounded rump.

Excellent top of head, neat well placed ears, very slight bump to top of skull, round deep copper eyes, short nose with deep stop & red leather, full cheeks, firm chin. Cobby shape on short fat legs with tufted feet & short tail. Excellent preparation to her full pale red coat, displaying minimal tabby markings, tail is paler than body coat. A very feminine young lady with a lovely temperament.
2 PEARMAN’S JOMARK WHERESMY MOJO, 70 15, M, 24.5.06. Black self of 2.1/2 years. Excellent top of head, neat well set ears, smooth skull, large pale copper eyes, short nose, full cheeks & firm chin, slightly undershot bite. Good cobby shape with a thick neck, strong shoulders & rounded rump, tail rounded & in proportion to body. Preparation good, coat laying slightly flat & lacking in undercoat, black fairly sound to all areas.
3 HOLDEN’S SEMNI STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE, 4, F, 4.7.07. 13 months. Good top of head with well set ears, smooth skull, small round copper eyes which today looked to be sore with red rims. Short nose, full cheeks, firm chin with undershot bite. Good shape, conformation & weight on short fat legs with short tail, quite deep red coat displaying classic tabby markings in all areas, very good preparation. Handled well.

1 RAWLINGS TRACYLOOE TY-PHOO, 8, M, 1.11.07. Brown Tabby. A beautiful brown tabby young male of almost 12 months. He has an excellent top of head, small well set ears, smooth skull, round copper eyes with a hint of a green rim, short nose with brick leather outlined in black, eye rims, lips & paw pads black. Full cheeks, firm chin & scissor bite. Lovely cobby shape supported by tree trunk legs complete with a short tail. Full soft coat with excellent preparation, classic tabby pattern displaying M to forehead, eye lines with spotted whisker pads, tummy & paws, lines going over head down to butterfly area. Spine line in place although not as dense as I would like, oysters present but not fully complete, legs displaying tabby bracelets, tail ringed. Black tabby markings developing well over a bronze agouti background. Excellent tabby markings for time of year.

1 SIGNEY’S GR PR YANKIDOODLE CALYPSO, 10, FN, 4.12.01. 2 EDWARDS CH DELAVALE DREAMMAKER, 12 1, F, 15.9.03. At 5 years this is a mature girl of good weight & conformation. She has a good top of head, smooth skull, well set ears, large round pale orange eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & level bite. Today she is very nervous so not easy to assess. Coat is profuse but needs much more preparation, didn’t help that she was hiding under her blanket, litter tray or anything else she could find including her water pot. Right side of face is black with small red patch, white V going up nose & between ears. Small red patch to left side of face, minimum white to face, red with black patch between ears, black & red ears, black going over head to saddle area, black, red & white on back, black & red tail, red chin with white chest & tummy. Sound colour to black & red, white is clear but the coat looks dull, she was terrified & obviously not enjoying herself today.

1 VAUGHAN’S UK GR CH PEGALMO LATEARRIVAL, 6, FN, 19.5.01. A lovely mature girl of 7.1/2 years. She has a good shape & weight on short fat legs with tail in proportion. Good top of head, neat well set ears, short nose with black leather, round pale copper eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & level bite. Quite good preparation to her black topcoat, undercoat ash white but very slightly diffused.
2 ILLSLEY’S MOONWALKERS SONNYDAZE, 70 31f, MN, 10.3.06. Cream & White Exotic. At 2 years & 7 months this is an attractive male with good weight & conformation. He has a good top of head, ears need to drop, smooth skull, round orange eyes, full cheeks, firm chin & level narrow bite with a short nose. Coat is quite plush & standing well, cream is medium in colour, white chin & chest, faint tabby markings showing, tail in proportion to body. Thick neck, strong shoulders & rounded rump.

1 SMITH’S COLOURDALE HARLEY, 64 41, M, 13.9.07. Huge brown tabby boy of 13 months. This male has excellent shape, length & boning. Medium length head with width slightly less than the length, square muzzle & firm chin, perpendicular line for nose & chin, fairly full cheeks with high cheekbones, level bite, uniform width to nose with shallow concave curve in profile. Ears quite large & tall, width at base, high set but well apart & tufted. Round eyes set well apart, oblique set. Body is medium, solid & showing muscular appearance with good width to chest. Shape is rectangular with square rump, neck moderate length & quite thick. Substantial legs with large round paws, carrying toes close, 5 in front & 4 behind. Good length tail tapering towards tip. A very nice boy that is maturing well.
2 GIBSON’S HAZELDOLLS KINGCARLOS, 66, M, 2.6.07. Seal Colourpointed Ragdoll of 17 months. Young male that still has some developing to do. Today his coat is short but well prepared. Head is broad with a flat plane, wide between ears, cheeks fairly well developed, firm chin & level bite, medium length nose with gentle dip & slightly retrousse at tip. Medium size ears set wide, slightly oblique set eyes set well apart with good blue eye colour. Body quite long & muscular, medium length paws, long bushy tail in proportion to body. Coat feels silky, matching seal points with a brindled tail.

1 PEAKE & SAVILLE’S DIZZIPAWS KRUG, 66, MN, 25.9.07, Seal Colourpointed Ragdoll. Good weight, bone, & shape to this 13 month old male. He has a broad head with flat plane, good width between ears, fairly well developed cheeks & muzzle, chin is firm with a level bite. Nose is medium length with a slight dip in profile, large eyes of medium blue set slightly oblique & well apart. Long & quite muscular body, fairly well developed for age, tail is long & in proportion to body length. Medium length legs with large round tufted paws. Excellent preparation, matching points of seal, body coat medium length with silky texture & of medium beige colour.
2 HOLMES SHEMOLCOONCATZ SQUEAK, 64 41, MN, 9.10.07. Brown Tabby Maine Coon of almost 13 months. This male is small in stature with a feminine look. Head is small on average size body, looking very kittenish. Coat well prepared displaying good classic tabby pattern, ears medium in all aspects complete with tufts to tips. He has a slight dip in profile & level bite. Tail is long & well furnished. He has much developing to do before he can compete with the big boys.
