THE BUCKS, OXON, BERKS CAT SOCIETY, SATURYDAY, 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2010

Many thanks go to Barbara and the committee of the BOB Cat for the kind invitation to judge. It was a lovely show and I thoroughly enjoyed my day.

CREAM ADULT

1 CC & BOB RAINBOW-OCKWELL HERRAFARESIAH CHIAROSCURO, Female, (07.08.09)

Sweet young lady with a very pleasing expression. Very good top of head with very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes of a deep orange shade; used to their full advantage. Short broad nose. Level bite. Pretty balanced facial features. Cobby body sat quite low on leg. Coat has good length and a pleasing texture. It is mid-cream in colour, a little hot to her back, and it is not sound yet but she is still very young.

TORTIE OR CHOCOLATE TORTIE & WHITE (INC ODD-EYED & BLUE-EYED) KITTEN

1ST & BOB COOKE FIRANTY FELICIA, Dominant Tortoiseshell & White, (12 1) Female, (30.05.10)

Lovely young lady with an excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes. Copper colouring is developing well. Short broad nose. Level bite. Strong muzzle and chin. Cheeks need to fill out a little more to give overall balance. Super cobby body sat low on short fat legs. Full soft coat; looks like a powder puff and is beautifully patterned. Red colour is developing into a rich shade. Black is becoming dense. Fantastic preparation.

BI-COLOURED (INC ODD-EYED & BLUE-EYED) KITTEN, MALE

1ST WH 2ND PAYNE ROSEBRIDGE CENTURIAN, Black & White (12a1) (28.01.10)

Absolutely stunning young man with an excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears. Excellent facial balance. Short broad nose. Unfortunately, and I was devastated to find, he has a slight mal occlusion to his bite. Confirmed by the duty vet. Excellent body shape sat low on short fat legs. Short tail, well muscled and very well furnished. Super coat for length and texture. Black colouring is a dense shade and the white is pristine. Excellent distribution of colour. Super presentation, a real credit to his owner. A really lovely boy.

BI-COLOURED (INC ODD-EYED & BLUE-EYED) KITTEN, MALE

1ST & BOB POTTER PRIISSION EMBELLISHED, Red & White, (12a5) (05.04.10)

Very pretty young lady. Very good top of head with very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes of a good orange colour. Short broad nose. Level bite. Very good facial features but does just need a touch more fullness to her cheeks to achieve overall balance. Cobby body sat low on short fat legs. Lovely rich red coat colour developing well. White pristine. Colour distribution very pleasing. Coat soft in texture, full and has good length. Very nicely presented.

TABBY COLOURPOINT KITTEN

1ST & BOB WILLIS TALSHIAR IRIS-KATRINA, Cream Tabby Colourpoint (13b17) Female (01.03.10)

Width to top of head still developing. Ears are neat and well placed, but are held just a touch open at base. Thumb prints to her ears are nicely edged in white. Large round eyes. Colour is still developing. Strong muzzle and chin but needs more fullness to her cheeks to achieve overall balance. Mask is not yet fully formed and tabby markings are difficult to detect. Some staining present to cheeks around eye area. Super cobby body shape sat low on leg. Super body coat colour. Markings to legs are also diffused. Rings to tail. Soft full coat with super creamy-white colour. Nicely prepared.

AC PERSIAN SELF BREEDERS, ADULT

1ST BANGS LAFREBELLA KEIRA, Orange-Eyed White (2a), Female (18.09.09)

Very pretty young female with a very good top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large round copper eyes. Short broad nose. Level bite. Excellent facial balance. Excellent solid cobby body sat low on short fat legs. Wealth of soft full coat with very good length. Pristine white. And outstandingly presented.

AC PERSIAN VISITORS ADULT

1ST KEW FIRANTY AZTEC PEARL, Dominant Tortoiseshell & White (12 1), Female (09.07.09)

Lovely young lady with a very good top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large, round, bold eyes orange in colour. Short broad nose. Level bite. Excellent facial balance. Super cobby body sat low on short fat legs. Coat rich red and dense black, almost sound to the root. White pristine. Some old coarse guard hairs to tail. Lovely colour distribution. Coat, soft, full and flowing. Nicely presented.

2ND COOKE FIRANTY BOOGIE NIGHTS, Red & White Bi-Colour (12a5) Male (13.09.09)

Excellent top of head with very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes of a good orange shade. Short broad nose. Bite is slightly grinding and very slightly undershot and appears to be sore which might to the cause of the issues. Excellent facial balance. Excellent cobby body sat low on leg. Excellent full flowing coat. Colour distribution and patterning good. Strange colour to the end of his tail?

3rd HOWARD FALABELLA BEAUTIFUL SOUTH, Cream & White Odd Eyed Bi-Colour, (12a7od) Male (25.08.09)

AC PERSIAN SELF BREEDERS KITTEN

1ST BANGS LAFREBELLA LUCIFER, Black (1), Male (15.05.10)

Absolute sweetie, real little poppet. Excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears. Round eyes, I would like to them a little larger and bolder. Colour developing well. Excellent facial balance. Super cobby body sat very low on short fat legs. Full flowing jet black coat. Beautifully prepared and presented.

AC PERSIAN LIMIT KITTEN

1ST BASEY-FISHER BIBOUKATZ MINARDI, Brown Tabby & White Exotic (70 12a1t), Female (05.03.10)

Very pretty young lady with an excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears nicely following the contours of the skull. Large round deep orange eyes. Short broad nose. Level bite. Excellent facial balance. Thick well formed neck and shoulders. Excellent cobby body sat very low on short fat legs. Lovely coat, dense and plush. Agouti colour developing nicely. Markings clear and dark in colour. Good “M” and lines from eyes and over the back of her head, ¾ white collar. White to abdomen. Nicely presented.

Stunning Tortie with an excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large round orange eyes used to their full potential. Excellent facial balance. Excellent cobby body sat low on short fat legs. Wealth of beautifully patched black and red coat. Soft, full and flowing. Prepared to perfection. A real stunner. I fell in love with her. She has real tortie attitude!

Large mature boy with an excellent top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes slightly deep-set. Excellent facial balance. Fantastic cobby body sat low on leg. Wealth of pristine white and red coat. Beautiful distribution of colour to white. Red vibrant in colour and sound to the root. Prepared to perfection.

Stunning black neuter with a fantastic top of head, wee wee beautifully placed ears. Fantastic large bold deep orange eyes. Excellent facial balance. Short broad nose. Level bite. Excellent cobby body, super weight, all sat low on short fat legs. Coat almost sound just a hint of some rustiness here and there. Beautifully presented. A real credit to his owners. A lovely boy.

2ND HEATH CH SIMBA JUBILATION, Blue (3) Male (14.06.06)

Large mature boy with a very good top of head. Ears are well placed but are held a touch open at base. Large round eyes of a good orange colour. Bite is slightly undershot. Short broad nose. Good muzzle and chin. Needs more fullness to cheeks to achieve overall balance. Large boy good body shape. Coat is mid-blue in colour and almost sound. Needs more preparation to withstand the rigours of a show day.
