CAMBRIDGE C.C. CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW

28th March 2009.

I congratulate Sally and her assistant Paul on a very enjoyable show – and send good wishes to Sally for a speedy recovery after suffering a break in her leg. I thank Paul Esterford Howard who came to steward for me, and as usual handled all the exhibits with great care and gentleness.

IMPERIAL – A.C.SIAMESE/BALINESE GR.PR.NEUTER MALE

IMP.GR.PR. SIMPSON’S IGR PR.SHERMESE TOO TOO PATOU 24a 1yr.11mnths 3wks.

Well grown boy of very good type, with strong head and profile, small bump at start of profile. Good chin, and very good top of head. Large well set ears. Eyes oriental and of very good colour. Long firm body, long fine legs, neat paws, good tail. Coat of good texture, showing shading now to tone with his points which are a touch dark. Superb temperament, beautifully present.

PC BOB LOWELL’S SUSPIRIA WILLIAM BECKFORD 21.4.07

Huge well grown boy with medium well balanced head, very slight dip in profile, good top of head, good chin. Large ears of good set. Eyes of good shape, olive green in colour. Medium length well nourished body, long legs, neat paws. Tail could be longer for balance. Coat of good texture and colour. Delightful boy – beautifully presented.

RED POINT SIAMESE ADULT.

CC BOB ARMSTRONG’S CH. JOPHAS RED RUE 19.10.07

Handsome boy whose points are of a beautiful rich red. Strong head and profile, good chin, excellent top of head. Large well set ears. Eyes oriental and of a very good colour. Long well muscled body, long fine legs, neat paws, tail of good length. Coat clear, a touch long. Shy boy today, but super temperament, and handled beautifully.

A.C.BALINESE (Inc.Apricot) ADULT - FEMALE

CC BOB READ’S CH.ADAJAN VANILLA SKYE 61bt 6.8.06.

Compact lady with medium wedge, good profile and top of head, good chin. Ears of good size and set. Eyes of very good shape and colour. Medium length firm body, firm legs and paws, good tail, fair plume. Coat silky in texture and of good length. Points of good colour. All points broken. Lovely temperament, beautifully presented.

APRICOT POINT SIAMESE NEUTER INTERMEDIATE.

Well grown boy of good type with strong head and profile, good top and chin. Large ears of good set. Eyes oriental and of a good colour. Good length firm body, long legs, neat paws, good tail. Coat of very good texture, showing shading to tone with his points which are of good colour. Delightful temperament, beautifully presented.

2.CROWLEY/LAMBERT’S JOPHAS RAFAEL MN 9.5.08

Another boy with strong head and profile, good chin and top of head. Large ears of good set. Eyes of good shape, colour a touch dull. Good length firm body, long legs, neat paws, good tail. Coat of good texture, points of good colour. Lovely temperament and beautifully presented.

A.V. NOVICE ADULT

1.SIMPSON’S SHERMESE MERCEDES 24n F 9.4.08.

Fine boned girl with strong head and profile, chin slopes, bite level. Good top of head. Large ears well set, tending to hold them forward today. Eyes of very good shape and colour. Medium length firm body, dainty legs and paws, good tail. Coat of good texture, some shading to tone with her points which are of a good colour. Delightful temperament, beautifully presented.

2.KELLY’S THAIANTIA WHAT THEDILLIO 19,12.07 37h F

Medium wedge, good profile and chin, good top of head. Large ears of good set. Eyes when relaxed of good shape, olive green in colour. Good length body, dainty legs and paws, good tail. Coat of good texture, chocolate dark, showing beautifully breaks in colour. Again delightful temperament, beautifully presented.

Well grown boy of very good type and balanced. Very strong head and profile, very good top of head, good chin. Large ears well set. Eyes of very good shape, set and colour. Good length well nourished body, firm legs and paws. Good tail with very good plume. Coat of very good texture, silky, beautifully marked. Wonderful temperament, beautifully presented.

Compact girl with medium wedge, very slight dip in profile and bump at start. Good chin and top of head. Large ears well set. Eyes full in shape, of good colour. Good length body, dainty legs and paws, goodtail. Coat of good texture, some shading, points of good colour, all showing breaks. Delightful lady – beautifully presented.

Young boy of good type and colour. Medium well balanced head, very slight dip in profile, good chin and top of head. Large ears of good set. Eyes of very good shape, set and colour. Medium length firm body, fine legs, neat paws. Long tail. Coat short and of good texture, showing shading, points colour OK. Lovely temperament, and beautifully presented.

2.SMITH’S MOUSTACHES CARAMELLE TWIST 37n MN 13.9.03.
