CENTRAL LH CAT SHOW – 23.1.10 Mrs Sally Tokens

Well done Marion and her team for a lovely friendly well run show. I had a super day especially with having Jonathan Emery steward for me. Thank you for looking after me and the cats so well and stepping in at the last minute.

AV SLH GRAND CHAMPION ADULT FEMALE;

 IMP GR CC; Watts IGR CH BRIZLINCOAT TOOMAI

usual Somali of six years old and looking in great shape for her age. Super colour to the coat. Very good moderate wedge with super curving contours. Smile to the muzzle. Level bite. Ears large and set well apart with nice tufts and furnishings. Expressive eyes of an almond shape and green colour. Very firm body standing on long legs with small tufts to the toes. Tail long and nicely covered. Coat lying close along the spine and soft texture. Very good ticking to the coat with a superb warm apricot undercoat. Very good depth of colour to the heels. Wonderful temperament and a pleasure to handle.

RES IMP GR CC; Hill UK GR CH MIDDLEMAY LILYTHEPINK

lilac birman of nearly six years old. Well developed bone structure and very good substance. Medium size ears which are well placed. Cheeks full and muzzle well shaped with a small amount of shading. Eyes almost round and showing a nice blue colour. Slight dip in profile and a level bite. Gloves evenly matched, socks level, gauntlets broad and even in length. Tail very slightly lighter in colour. Very full body coat which was soft to touch and having some undercoat. Well groomed and clear. A very nice girl who ran the winner close.

BI COLOURED ADULT;

1 CC & BOB Cook CH NYKLANI LORENZO MEDICIE

black and white bi colour of nearly three years old. Short cobby body with very good bone and substance. Super type with dinky ears and a well rounded skull. Cheeks full and a short nose with a good break. Level bite. Large round eyes of a good copper. White to the left cheek and muzzle. Patch of black to the side of the nose. White to the paws, chest and tummy. Very full coat which was jet black in colour and sound to the roots. Very well groomed as he had such a depth of undercoat and the tufts on his paws look like snow shoes. Short full tail.

EXOTIC SH TABBY OR TABBY AND WHITE ADULT MALE;

 1 CC & BOB Mallabone FINCHFIELD SGT PEPPER

black silver spotted only just over nine months old and a very impressive young lad. Wonderful type and beautifully well balanced. Very broad head with small well placed ears. Skull nicely formed. Round eyes of a good orange. Short nose with a good break. Level bite. Cheeks full and round. Spots are still breaking to his sides. Excellent coat length and texture, standing away from the body. Soft to touch and with a good undercoat. Good tail.

2 Wyatt RISINGMOON HALF NELSON

another very impressive lad of just over nine months old who was very sturdy with good bone and substance and just lost out very slightly on the coat texture to the winner. Well positioned ears just a touch open at the base. Skull well rounded. Eyes of a good shape and nice copper colour. Short broad nose with a good break. Level bite. Coat standing away from the body and of a very good length and texture. Some undercoat present. Tabby markings strong and a super red ground colour. Well defined butterfly and very nice oysters. Facial markings and numerous rings to the tail.

1 CC Barrett GR CH FINCHFIELD FASHIONISTA

a lovely lass who never changes each time I see her if anything her coat gets more depth to it with a wonderful soft texture. Standing away from the body. Very good black markings on a silver agouti ground colour. Butterfly to the shoulders and oyster markings visible on the flanks. Well defined m to the forehead and lines across the cheeks from the corner of the eyes. Small ears which are well placed. Cheeks of a good width. Eyes large and round and of a very good copper. Short broad nose. Level bite. Short nose with a good stop and large leather and nostrils. Tail balances with the body and is well furnished with some rings.

EXOTIC SH AOC NON SELF ADULT MALE;

1 CC & BOB Wyatt EXOTIQUESAMOUR VANTASTIC

 blue and white lad of just over nine months old. Another excellent strong boy with plenty of substance. Well balanced type with a good width to the cheeks and neatly well positioned ears. Round eyes of a very good copper. Acceptable bite. Short broad nose with a lovely break. Skull well formed. Clean white coat which was of a very good length and texture, standing away from the body. Soft to touch. Colour to the top of the head and a fully coloured tail. Medium blue set off by gleaming white and free from any staining. Tail well covered and in proportion to the body length.

EXOTIC SH AOC NON SELF ADULT FEMALE;

1 CC Turner-Russell VIVALDI ANNALISA

black tipped lass approaching three years old. Medium size female with nice bone and adequate weight. Ears placed quite low on the side of the head just a touch open at the base and nicely furnished. Skull well rounded. Cheeks nice and full with a short broad nose. Brick red nose leather. Eyes large and open showing a very good emerald colour outlined with black. Coat having a small amount of undercoat and nice silken texture. Lightly tipped and even all over the body. Tail very nicely furnished. Coat of a very good length and texture, standing away from the body.

AC SILVER SOMALI ADULT;

1 CC & BOB Bullivant BARANCHRI GUINEVERE

young female with silver evident to the coat and of a medium size. Fairly moderate wedge with gently curving contours. Muzzle very slightly rounded just producing a smile. Profile showing a shallow nose break, I would prefer a little depth to the break. Level bite. Large ears which are cupped in shape and having small tufts. Almond shaped eyes of a green colour. Body just needs to fill out a little more. Oval paws with small tufts. Coat soft and fine lying flat along the spine. Blue ticking along the spine much deeper in colour. Tail reaching to the shoulders and is lightly furnished with a silver underside. Silvery white base coat. Good temperament.

AC COLOURPOINTED OR MITTED RAGDOLL ADULT MALE;

1 CC & BOB Hamilton CH ADATELO PURRBLUEBUBBLE blue colourpoint lad of nearly two years old. Excellent strong bone and very good weight. A real dream to handle with a super temperament. Medium size ears which are well placed and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Cheeks of a very good width. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Level bite. Eyes with a slightly oblique shape and good blue colouring. A small amount of shading to the muzzle otherwise all the points are very well matched in the depth of colour. Clear body coat with a nice undercoat and soft texture. Very nice lad.

AC COLOURPOINTED OR MITTED RAGDOLL ADULT FEMALE;

1 CC Hamilton CH XELALUV PARSHA

 seal colourpoint lad of nearly three years old. Very good bone structure and nice weight. Well set ears which slightly tilt forward. Flat plane to the top of the head. Nice width to the cheeks just narrowing very slightly in the muzzle today. Gentle dip in profile to a medium length nose. Level bite. A minimal amount of shading to the body coat which was soft in texture and with a small amount of undercoat. Very strong seal points which are equally matched in the depth of colour. A lovely temperament and a pleasure to handle. Tail lightly furnished and reaching the shoulders.

AOC SOMALI KITTEN;

1 & BOB Watts EMANAN CHOCOLATE SENSATION

chocolate baby of five months old and very aptly named. A very bonny baby with a wonderful personality. Well developed for her age. Gently curving contours to a developing moderate wedge. Good muzzle. Slight nose break to the profile of a medium length nose. Level bite. Ears set well apart and of a good size. Tiny tufts to the ears and nice furnishings. Expressive eyes with spectacles and showing an amber colour. Elegant body with lovely long legs and nice oval paws. Tail reaching the shoulders and is nicely covered. Coat lying flat along the spine with the start of a very small ruff beginning. Coat ticked with dark chocolate and having a very warm chestnut brown made up of an apricot base. Such wonderful depths of colour even at this early stage. Wonderful temperament and a real chocolate box kitten.

MAINE COON BROWN OR BLUE TABBY KITTEN;

1 Wait SHEERCLASS SQUISHY

brown classic tabby and white girl of just over three months old. The youngest in the class but showing very good promise. Good bone and weight for her age. Large ears which are set quite high with a good width apart and having long tufts and good furnishings. Cheeks having high set cheek bones and filling out well. Square muzzle. Level bite. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. Slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Eyes with a slightly oblique aperture and set and light gold colour still coming through. White to the muzzle and on the paws, chest and tummy. Strong black markings with a warm copper agouti ground colour. Soft top coat with a limited amount of undercoat at this stage. A little nervous. Tail lightly furnished and reaching the shoulders. Butterfly to the shoulders and oysters to the flanks. Tail with the odd ring. A promising kitten.

2 Hancock JULESCOON COOL AS ICE

blue classic tabby and white of six months old. Lovely bone and adequate weight. Ears large in size and set quite high with a good width apart with small tufts. I would have preferred a little more width to the cheeks which had high set cheek bones. Slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Square muzzle. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. Level bite. Gold colouring to the eyes which had a slightly oblique aperture and set. White to the paws, chest and tummy. Undercoat yet to develop. Very long tail which was lightly furnished. Butterfly marking to the shoulders and oysters visible to the flanks. Well marked m to the forehead and lines from the corner of the eyes across the cheeks.

3 Turner MAJANCO ATHENA

 brown classic tabby and white of eight months old. Rectangular body shape with very good bone and substance. Ears placed quite high with a good width apart. Small tufts and nice furnishings. Shallow concave curve at present to the nasal bridge. Square muzzle. I would have liked a little more breadth and depth to the chin for balance. Level bite. Eyes of a good shape and light gold in colour. White to the paws, chest and tummy. Well furnished tail which reaches to the shoulder blades. Nice classic markings of a good black on a fairly warm copper agouti ground colour. White patch of colour to the nose.

AC COLOURPOINTED OR MITTED RAGDOLL NEUTER MALE;

cream mitted lad of just over two years old. A real heavy weight and excellent strength of bone. Medium size ears which are well placed and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Cheeks full and a nicely formed muzzle. Eyes with a slightly oblique shape and nice blue colour. Gentle dip in profile. Level bite. White to the chin, front mittens and back legs. Coat just lacking in depth of undercoat today but of a silken texture. Tail reaching the shoulders and well furnished.

AC COLOURPOINTED OR MITTED RAGDOLL NEUTER FEMALE;

 BOB Parkes PR KYETSI KANDELIN THE WIND

seal colourpoint girl just over five years old. Excellent bone and plenty of weight. Medium blue colouring to the eyes which was good for her age. Flat plane to the top of the head. Ears slightly tilt forward and are well set. Cheeks nice and full and muzzle well formed. Level bite. Some shading to the body coat which had quite a nice undercoat and very good lustre. Strong seal brown points which still afford to a contrast with the body coat. Tail well furnished and balances with the body. Very good temperament and easy to handle.

black exotic with bold eyes showing off a strength of copper colouring. Well rounded cheeks and good type. Coat having a small amount of undercoat and soft to touch, sound to the roots in colour.

AC ADOLESCENT ADULT;

1 Buck PALCHINNO ANASTASIA

blue tortie and white girl of eleven months old. Numerous patches of colour to t he face. Bite quite undershot at this age. Coat lacking in undercoat but well groomed. Pale cream patches to the back. Fully coloured tail.

AV SLH CH OR GR CH ADULT;

1 Hamilton CH LADYDOLL STUDMUFFIN

blue bi colour nearly two years old. A real huge heavyweight who is a gentle giant. Strong head with very good coat texture, symmetrical inverted v to the face. Balance to the type. Soft coat texture and a wonderful lad.

2 Madden CH PENBERIS DEMELZA

red birman of nearly three years old. Slight golden hue to a full coat which was set off by very good depth of red to the points. Good type which was well balanced. Very good bone and lovely substance.

3 Leppard CH KLASSYKLOGS KATRIONA

 seal birman.

AC BIRMAN ADULT;

1 Mlynek & Hayward CONANIMA SNOWDRIFT

 blue birman of ten months old. A very strong lad with wonderful bone and weight. Strong blue eye colour and a superb profile. Clear body coat which was full and very well groomed. All feet markings level. A very impressive young lad.

2 Leppard CH KLASSYKLOGS KATRIONA

seal birman approaching two years old. Super girl with very good bone and weight. Strong seal brown to the points. Well matched feet markings. Very small amount of shading to the body coat and having some undercoat present today. Tail reaching the shoulders and very well furnished.

AV SLH BREEDERS KITTEN;

1 Delaney DEENLAY SEULETUNIQUE

blue birman of five months old and very well grown for his age. Slight dip in profile with well positioned ears and good blue colouring to the eyes. Gloves, socks and gauntlets evenly marked. Clear body coat which was quite full and well prepared.

2 Hamilton PHATPAWS CLUFORT WEGWOOD

blue bi colour ragdoll another stunning cat of five months old. Wonderful temperament. Ears well positioned and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Well shaped eyes of a good blue. Well prepared coat, soft to touch with a small amount of undercoat. Cheeks and muzzle filling out nicely.

X2 Murray ISADORYOU BUTTERFLY

tortie classic tabby maine coon. Vibrant colours to the coat. Soft top coat and a small amount of undercoat at present. High set cheek bones and a square muzzle. Slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Tail reaching the shoulders with profuse and flowing fur. A lovely young lady.

red colourpoint ragdoll. Eight months old Strapping lad with excellent strength of bone and plenty of substance. Very full coat with soft texture and a minimal amount of shading. Lovely full cheeks and a well formed muzzle. Soft red colouring to the points.

 2 Adams RAGADEE FORGET-ME-NOT

bue mitted ragdoll of seven months old. Just looking a little pinched in the muzzle today. Soft body coat with white paws and chin. Seems to be going through the adolescent stage. Tail lightly furnished and balances with the body. Standing a little tall on the legs.

blue bi colour.

AV SLH ARISTOCRAT NEUTER;

1 Hardwick RUTTERKIN TUMBLEWEED TESS

brown tabby and white maine coon. Expressive green eyes. Very good breadth and depth to the chin. I would have liked a little more width to the cheeks. Square muzzle. Soft top coat with a small amount of undercoat. Black markings on a warm copper agouti ground colour. White to the limbs, collar and a blaze to the face.

 seal tortie girl of five and a half years old. Seal brown and very good red to all the points which were well matched. Clear, soft and full body coat which was well prepared. Lovely depth of blue colour to the eyes. Well matched feet markings. Strong well boned with substance.

blue lad of neary eighteen months old. Strong bone and good weight. Ears of a medium size which are well set. Medium blue colour to almost round eyes. Clear soft body coat which had a small amount of undercoat. All feet markings level. Lightly furnished tail.
