BUCKS, OXON & BERKS CAT SOCIETY, SATURDAY, 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2010.

My thanks to Barbara and the committee for the kind invitation to judge. I’d also like to thank Stephanie Haynes for her help and assistance as my steward throughout the day. As always I had a lovely day in your company.

A.C. SELF PERSIAN PREMIER. Grand Premier

1 Gr. Premier. Saunders. Pr. Mystere Turbulance.

Black with superb expression and bold round eyes of excellent colour. Broad top with neat well placed ears. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Snub nose. Coat short beautifully prepared, quite a lot of grey hair apparent, seasonal shading. Coby body supported by thick short legs. A worthy winner.

A.C. TORTOISESHELL COLOURPOINT ADULT

3 C.C .W/H. Taylor Ch. Confeticat Jelly Bean.

Large lady, points good to face, although temperament not good today. Very feisty so unable to judge additional relevant points. Sorry about this as I have judged this lady before and she has been very sweet natured.

BLUE OR LILAC TORTIE AND WHITE INC. ODD-EYED AND BLUE –EYED KITTEN

1 B.O.B. W/H. Rafferty Falabella Aphrodite

Baby with good type. Unfortunately eye gutters packed with powder, therefore eyes looking sore and had yellow stains beneath. Short broad nose, good facial balance. Level bite. Full coat, high white with pale cream, blue rather dark. Good bodyweight and conformation. Needed more attention to presentation details.

A.C.TABBY OR TABBY AND WHITE EXOTIC KITTEN MALE

1 Hannington and Hardie Sheerbliss Starlite Dancer.

Lovely Black Silver Spotted with incredible spots, very definite. Ears rather large and open. Eyes good for size shape and colour. Short broad nose. Apple cheeks, firm muzzle and ample chin. Scissor bite. M displayed on forehead and lines from corner of eyes very evident. Coat dense, plush, soft in texture, standing out from body. Muscular body supported by short thick strong legs.

2. Tonks Zendique

When’ll IbeFamous Brown Tabby and White. Very leggy at the moment [Teenager]. Ears rather large and open. Large round eyes colour coming in well. Short broad nose. Scissor bite. Sporting specs. Lines from eyes. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and ample chin. Coat dense, plush and soft in texture, standing away from body. Body coat spotted, white areas pristine.

A.C. TABBY OR TABBY AND WHITE EXOTIC KITTEN FEMALE

1 BOB. Hanningtons and Hardie Look at me.

Tortie Tabby. What a beauty. An absolute cracker. Lovely balanced type in one so young. Ears nicely rounded and following the contours of the head. Bold round eyes of good colour. Short broad nose. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and ample chin. Scissor bite. Teething. Coat beautifully presented, colours bright and white pristine. Dense, plush, soft in texture and standing away from body. Short thick strong legs supporting a muscular body. Lovely exhibit.

2. Basey-Fisher Biboukatz Sybarqueen.

Blue Tabby Exotic. Ears well positioned but open at base. Large round eyes of good colour. Good type. Full cheeks, strong muzzle and ample chin. Markings excellent. M on forehead, spectacles very evident as are the lines from corner of eyes. Tail well marked. Coat dense, plush soft in texture. Very attractive exhibit.

3. Basey-Fisher Biboukatz Minardi

Brown Spotted/Mackerel Tabby Exotic. Lovely type. Huge bold round eyes of excellent colour. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Level bite. Markings very good but difficult to ascertain if she is a spotted or a mackerel as she is displaying both patterns. Good bodyweight and conformation. Forehead showing a slight bump. Coat dense, plush and soft in texture. Nicely presented.

1 BOB. Prestidge Portia Pussycat Doll.

Pretty lady with all the necessary attributes. Points good, body coat excellent. Very good type, bold round eyes of deepest blue. Wonderful expression. Neat well placed ears on a bonnet top. Good bodyweight and conformation.

A.C. PERSIAN ADULT

1 Bangs Lafrebella Keira.

Stunning white with bonnet top of head, ideal setting for the wee ears. Bold round orange eyes. Short broad nose. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Full coat presented to perfection. Good bodyweight and conformation. Very pretty cream lady. Bold round eyes of superb colour. Very good balance to head. Snub nose. Level bite. Full coat, well prepared, seasonal shading evident. Good bodyweight and conformation.

3. Davey Palchinno Pineapple Poll. Blue.

A.C. PERSIAN NOVICE ADULT

1. Owen Heathrose Romany Fyre.

Red, with definite tabby markings. Coat rich red in colour and beautifully prepared really shone. Type good. Bold round eyes of good colour. Short broad nose. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Good bodyweight and conformation.

A.C. PERSIAN KITTEN

1. Howard Falabella Teegan.

Very attractive kitten with the most appealing expression. Great facial balance. Bold, round copper eyes. Snub nose. Cobby body sat low on leg. M on forehead, lines over back of head, three lines down back, somewhat diffused. Oysters trying hard to become evident. Bracelets round neck. Agouti ground, good background for the really warm coloured coat, which was beautifully presented. A real purr-box.

2 Potter Primission Embellished.

Little beauty. Beautifully presented. Good type. Eyes good for size, shape and colour coming in well. Snub nose. Scissor bite. Full coat, rich red and pristine white. Good bodyweight and condition.

3. William Firanty Outoftheblue. Blue with lovely coat, not pastel but sound. Good top of head, ears rather open. Bold round eyes of excellent colour. Short broad nose, full cheeks, firm muzzle, lacking chin for balance. Cobby body on short fat legs.

A.C. PERSIAN VISITORS KITTEN

1. Bangs Lafrebella Lucifer.

Got the lot. Superb. Choc Box on legs. Bonnet top of head, ideal setting for the wee ears. Eyes good for size, shape and colour. Level bite. Full coat, sound and presented to perfection. Cobby body supported by short fat legs. Just lovely. Is he really a little devil Isabella.

2 Cooke Firanty Felicia.

Dominant Tortie and White. Full white. Colours bright. Type good, Eye shape and size good, colour coming in well. Scissor bite. Cobweb coat, presented to perfection. 3. Hannington and Hardie Sheerbliss Starlite Dancer.

A.C. PERSIAN NOVICE NEUTER

1. Prestidge Portia Pussycatdoll.

As reported above.

2. Davis Naboo Phoenix Rising.

Red silver tabby and white exotic. Nice head, excellent eyes for size, shape and colour. Fat cheeks, firm anmd strong chin. Level bite. Coat well marked, white pristine. Muscular body supported by thick strong legs. Coat dense, plush, soft in texture, standing out from body.
