ESSEX CAT CLUB, SATURDAY, 10TH APRIL, 2010

Thank you to Helen and the committee for the kind invitation to judge. I’d also like to thank Stephanie Haynes for her help and assistance as my steward throughout the day. Stephanie I greatly enjoyed our day. Here’s to the next time!

AC PEDIGREE PET GRAND MASTER CLASSES. IMPERIAL CLASSES.

IMP. GRAND. Passifield-Taylor GMC Misty.

Stunning lady, beautifully presented. Coat a lovely texture and colouring. Smashing blue eyes. A lovely long tail, fully furnished. Grand bodyweight and condition. Outstanding exhibit, with a delightful nature.

GRAND CHAMPION PERSIAN SELF.

1 Gr. Davey Ch. Bronaba Tabitha.

Blue lady of excellent type. Bold round eyes of excellent colour. Short broad nose, full cheeks, muzzle and strong chin. Full coat with a great deal of old coat present, needed more attention to detail, otherwise a nice cat. Cobby shape on short fat legs

TORTOISESHELL ADULT.

BOB ONLY. Howard Ch. Falabella Mercie.

Absolutely stunning. Lovely lady of excellent type and colouring. Owl-like eyes full of expression deep copper in colour. Wonderful facial balance. Snub nose, scissor bite. Full coat presented to perfection. Mainly black with shades of red apparent, all of which were bright and shiny. Cobby body supported by chunky legs.

AC TABBY BI OR TRI COLOUR INTERMEDIATE KITTEN.

1 BOB. Parke Ladygem Blue Velvet.

Blue Tabby and white Bi-colour. Lovely lady of excellent type. Bold round eyes of good colour. Snub nose with small nostrils. Narrow but level bite. Fat cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Full beautifully prepared coat, pristine white, blue areas lacking tabby markings. Eye lines in evidence. Full tail blue but no markings. Grand body shape and weight.

SEAL TABBY POINT KITTEN.

1 BOB. Brind Brontti Lenny The Guvnor.

Beautiful Seal Tabby Point with the most appealing expression. Bold round eyes of good colour. Snub nose. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Level bite. Full mask, thumb prints on well tufted ears. Lines from eyes, spectacles in evidence, M on forehead. All paws well pointed with clearly defined tabby markings as is the fully furnished tail. Body coat shady but full and well prepared. TORTOISESHELL NEUTER. 1 PC Bob. Stallings Picture Book Temptress. Cracking lady. Type and expression to die for. Bold round eyes of good colour. Short broad nose, full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Concave but level bite. Full coat, slightly grey in places. Good bodyweight and conformation.

AC PERSIAN ADULT.

1 Owen Gr. Ch. Bessjet Rocawen Private Jet.

Absolutely gorgeous. Grand Persian type. Eyes to die for, colour, size and shape great. Snub nose. Full facial balance. Scissor bite. Full coat, sound to the roots and beautifully prepared. Lovely to look at and delightful to know.

2 Hannington and Hardie. Ch. Sheerbliss Nevada.

Red Shaded Silver and White Bi-colour Exotic with a lovely head. Bold round eyes of deep copper. Short broad nose with stop. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Level bite. Thick neck on strong shoulders. Muscular body supported by thick strong legs, with round firm paws. Banded tail, length in proportion to body. Coat dense, soft in texture and stands out from body. Red areas rich in colour. White areas pristine. Absolutely splendid young man.

3. Howard Ch. Falabella Mercie.

AC PERSIAN MAIDEN ADULT.

1 Hawke Zenith Jemima.

Blue-cream of excellent type. Full, rather dark coat, old coat in evidence adding to the darkness but cream showing at roots. Good facial balance. Bold round eyes of good colour. Snub nose. Scissor bite. Cobby shape on short thick legs.

2 Roberts Alaskan Blueberry Muffin.

Another blue-cream with pastel colours but very patched. Cream areas hot. .Full coat, well prepared. Eyes good for size shape and colour. Nose is unfortunate in respect of cream blaze running down it, making it appear to be without a stop. Level bite. Good Bodyweight and condition. 3. Barrell Barrkudos Keepsgettinbetter.

2. Taylor Confeticat Jelly Bean.

Blue-cream point of real quality. Really lovely exhibit. Huge head with bonnet top, ideal setting for the wee ears. Bold round eyes of excellent colour. Snub nose. Apple cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Points good, displaying the required colours. Has the most appealing expression. Grand bodyweight and conformation. Fully furnished tail.

EXOTIC ADULT.

1 Witcher Khabaqui Firecracker

Red Tabby Exotic with good tabby markings, coat colour a nice rich red. Good type with bold round eyes of deep orange. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. This little lady is very light in weight, needs to develop muscle also. Coat dense, soft in texture and stands away from body.

AOC PERSIAN NON-SELF ADULT.

1 Barrell Barrkudos Amaranta

Blue-Tortie Smoke and White, Colours dark. Contrasts Good. Fair type. Ears somewhat on top. Short broad nose. Facial balance not yet there. Level bite. Coat well prepared. Good bodyweight and condition.

AC PERSIAN DEBUTANTE KITTEN.

1 Howard Falabella Beautiful South.

Odd-eyed Cream and White Bi-colour. Eyes bold and round and of good colours. Good type. Snub nose, full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Full, well prepared coat, cream areas pastel and white pristine. Grand bodyweight and conformation. Blip on tail end.

AC PERSIAN NOT BRED BY EXHIBITOR.

1 Pearson Danmoso Honey Honey

Cream smoke with lovely type and mask. Contrasts coming in well but coat is not in show condition, my reason for withholding first. Lovely eyes and nature. Bodyweight and conformation good.

AC PERSIAN VETERAN NEUTER.

1 Stallings Gr. Ch and Gr. Pr. Barrkudos Kissme Kate.

Lovely lady with a wonderful expression and fabulous eye colour considering her age of 9yrs 8months. Wonderful balanced type. Short broad nose. Full cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Cobby shape on short fat legs. Good weight and condition

EXOTIC NEUTER.

1 Daniel Pr. Moonwalkers The Purrminator.

Black and white bi-colour exotic. Lovely type with muscular body. Small round tipped ears set well into contours of the head. Huge cheeks, firm muzzle and strong chin. Scissor bite. Thick neck on strong shoulders. Coat dense, thick and soft in texture and standing out from body.
