LANCASHIRE CAT CLUB14th March, 2009-03-16Dr BRUCE BENNETT.Such a fun Show, many thanks to Cris and her colleagues for their invitation. Thanks, too, to Gillian for stepping in to steward for my Open Classes when my booked steward had to withdraw due to injury. I do hope that you are more comfortable and recovered soon, Linda. AC ORIENTAL GRAND PREMIER.Imp Gr PC. HINCHCLIFFE’S Imp Gr Pr. MYLYNN MICKEY FINN. MN. Profile just arched, chin firm and bite level. Huge body generously proportioned, long strong limbs, sizeable feet, tail of length. Excellent length and flow to coat, texture a little dry, well furnished plume. Bright silver undercoat, well up the hair shafts, dramatic black shading, faintest tabby barring just discernible on thighs. Really looks the part. 2. Res Imp Gr PC withheld. LUND’S GR PR SMAUG TY. MN. Lovely sleek coat, lying close, clear silver under coat about half way up the hair shafts, soft red shading. AC SIAMESE/BALINESE GRAND PREMIER, MALE.Imp Gr PC WEBB’S UK GR PR APRIKAT SMART COOKIE. Even strong wedge, puffing his whisker pads to ensure our respect, super breadth between very well aligned ears of size, eyes of excellent shape and incline, good blue shade to them in spite of his years. Profile shows long straight forehead, gentle brow angle, then straight to nose, good firm chin. Body large and strong, proportionate tail. Coat of quite wonderful soft texture, lengthy and flowing, furnished plume. Excellent warm chocolate tabby patterning, forehead and mask markings, soft tail rings, leg barring faint, very good contrast to the clear ivory coat . Res Imp Gr PC. THORPE’S GR PR JOHPAS SUNNY-JIM. MN (32a) 16.3.06.Very handsome lad, somewhat reluctant to be gracious. Very good even wedge, ears of good size , spaced and flared well upon it, lovely oriental eyes of deep blue. Patrician profile, virtually straight, just the gentlest rise at the brow line. Chin firm, incisors irregular but basically meet. Excellent long strong body, balancing limbs and tail. Coat of good length close lying and fine, showing soft red points colour with good contrast to the lovely warm white body that has just a hint of tonal shading. Also considered; THORPE’S GR PR REUDENZA RAZZLEDAZZLE. MN (32 1) 3.1.06.Striking lad with a very typy wedge head, a beautiful even triangle with large ears that show excellent alignment and flare, might have just a little more space between for preference, eyes show very good oriental shape and slant, deep blue in tone. Proud profile, chin might be a trace deeper, incisors irregular but more or less level. Compact, fine body with limbs and tail to match. Coat of very good texture and length, clear tabby pattern on forehead, single cheek tracings, thumb prints, leg bars and tail rings, shady body showing faint tabby barring. Would like a little more substance and masculinity at this age. ORIENTAL BLUE ADULT FEMALE.1. CC. BoB. SAXON’S CH TIJANMEEK MERCEDES. F. 19.4.07.Attractive lady of good overall type, though seemed very timid.
