EASTERN COUNTIES CAT SHOW PAULINE ROGERS
2nd AUGUST 08
Many thanks to Audrey and her team for the invite and appreciation to John for coming on the day to steward for me. It was our first time working together and I enjoyed his company.
CREAM ADULT - MALE
1st CC & BOB HAINES' HERRAFARESIAH JACKDANIELS Young man just under two years of age with super body weight and substance. Very short coat today but his
owner has certainly made the best of it. Soft to the touch and an even pale cream
lacking in undercoat but this is a young boy and hopefully been doing what he should do. Very wide top of head and well placed round ears. Large round deep copper eyes and short wide nose. Fat apple cheeks and even bite. Strong broad chest and solid body. Lovely temperament would love to see him later in the year in full coat.
CREAM ADULT - FEMALE
1st CC WILKINSON'S DESDECADOS SUNSHINE SHADOW (IMP) This young lady is just one year of age today and very solid compact body. She was covered in a wealth
of biscuit coloured cream which was groomed to the last hair but very shady. Smooth round forehead and tiny well placed ears. Copper eyes and short nose. Round apple cheeks and acceptable bite. Very attractive feminine lass with a sweet dispostition and very easy to handle.
CHINCHILLA KITTEN - MALE
1st & BOB VILLIERS KEBA (10) M 10/04/2008 Very attractive sixteen week old baby of excellent size and body weight. Smooth round skull and well placed ears with long white
furnishings. Large round green eyes with black surround the colour settling well. Wide nose with break and brick red nose leather outlined in black. Wide even bite. Very long well groomed white coat free of any tarnishing the tipping apparent on his shoulders back and tail. Dark at the roots where his new coat is starting to show through. Cobby body on short legs with a well furnished tail in proportion. Confident little chap and very easy to handle. I nominated this baby and was pleased to see he made the final round.
BI-COLOUR NEUTER - MALE
1st PR & BOB WILLIAMS' PR RIASCATZ SIMPLY RED (12a5) Smashing boy with large round eyes of the deepest copper. Very wide smooth head and small well placed ears.
Short wide nose and fat round cheeks. Strong chin and even bite. Very well groomed long white coat. The patches on his lower back unfortunately just spoilt the picture a touch, there were a lot of white hairs in the red which was a shame because they lacked the clarity of the red on his head and face. Very large strong boy with a super temperament and very easy to handle.
2nd PALMER'S PR QUARTET CHANCE ENCOUNTER (12a7) Five year old gentleman with excellent manners. Smooth round head his ears a touch high today. Large copper eyes and short wide nose. His bite was a touch uneven. Sadly let down by his grooming he is after all in a beauty competition and his coat lacked any finish. His cream patches showed a lot of white hair and his face was stained. Sweet boy and gentle to
handle.
AC COLOUR PERSIAN NEUTER
1st PALMER'S PR QUARTET CHANCE ENCOUNTER
AC PERSIAN ADULT/KITTEN
1st LEWIS' RIASCATZ RHAPSODY IN BLUE (12a2) Young man of eight months old and very well grown for his age. Well groomed white coat his blue patches were a touch dark and his tummy was very curly today. Smooth round skull his ears well placed.
Large round copper eyes. Sweet disposition.
AC PERSIAN NEUTER MALE/FEMALE
1st PR RIASCATZ SIMPLY RED
AC PERSIAN TIPPED/TABBY M/F
1st BROWN'S ACRESWAY TREASURE (80 8b) M 19/5/08 Handsome fourteen month old Chocolate Tabby Male. Smooth round skull and small round ears placed well down on this head. Large round copper eyes and short wide nose. Round apple cheeks and even bite. Strong neck leading down to a broad deep chest. He has a cobby body just a touch high on the leg today with a short thick tail. He has a warm bronze undercoat to his face and head, shoulders and legs. It gets a little paler on his back and flanks which are showing some ticking but is showing a warm colour coming through at the roots. All covered with well defined rich chocolate classic tabby markings. He shows an M on his forehead and unbroken lines run from the edge of each eye. The lines run over the back of his head to his shoulder butterflies both wings show clarity. Strong unbroken spine
line with a parallel stripe on each side separated by pale bronze undercoat. He has a matching oyster on each flank surrounded by unbroken rings. Clear necklace markings on his neck and matching bracelets on each front leg. Several rings on his tail and the tip is chocolate. This young man is just a touch adolescent at the moment but has plenty of time to mature. He has a wonderful temperament and I think shows great promise.
2nd Barrell's CLASSTEEL LUCIANO (53) M 11/10/07 Pewter Male. Such a sweet looking young man of just ten months old with a smooth round skull his round ears a touch high today. Bold deep copper eyes and short wide nose. Round apple cheeks and even bite. Cobby body covered in a silvery white undercoat but I would reserve judgement on this boy being a Pewter to me he is a lovely example of a Classic Silver Tabby. He carried
full tabby markings to his face and head, with shoulder butterfly and oysters to each flank. I did speak to his owner after judging.Sweetest of temperaments.
AC PERSIAN NON-BREEDERS MALE
1st HANNINGTON & HARDIE'S SHEERBLISS NEVADA (70 51dw) 29/9/07 Ten month old Red Shaded & White Male. Young man showing a huge amount of promise.
Smooth wide skull and well placed round ears. Large round copper eyes and short wide nose. Round apple cheeks and wide even bite with a strong chin. Short thick neck leading down to a deep broad chest. Wide shoulders and strong thick legs. At first sight he appears to be long on the leg but in fact he is a very large well muscled boy and everything is in proportion. He has a pure silver undercoat with red tipping, showing white patches to his face and chest. His red tipped legs show white patches. His short thick tail which is tipped on the top shows silver white underneath. He is showing very feint tabby markings on his face and legs at the present. Super boy and although very large he has a stunning temperament and was very easy to handle.
2nd ARNOLD'S CH TALSHIAR MR BOJANGLES (50c) 6/5/07 Nice boy with a beautifully groomed long coat of the softest lilac just showing a touch of tarnishing on his back and flanks, but I would not penalise him for this. Smooth wide forehead and tiny well placed ears. Large round copper eyes which for perfection could have been a denser colour. Very short nose and round fat cheeks. Even bite and strong chin. This young man tended to screw his face up but once he was relaxed he was very handsome. Large cobby body and short thick legs. Lovely example of the colour.
3rd HAINES' HERREFARESHIAH JACKDANIELS (5)

well formed red nose leather. Round apple cheeks minimally undershot bite and strong chin. Short thick neck and broad deep chest. Well muscled solid cobby body standing on short thick legs. Dense plush white coat which was full of life and standing out from his body. The patches on his body, head and face were silvery red ground colour with red tabby markings at the ends of the hair. His short thick tail was fully ringed and the tip was red. Wonderful temperament to this very large chap and he was very easy to handle.

3rd STALLINGS CH FERARA HANSOMELLE (70 1)
AC NON-BREEDERS - FEMALE - NEUTER

Smooth round skull with good breadth between tiny round ears placed well down on the side of her head. Large round copper eyes and short wide nose with break. Round apple cheeks and even bite. Strong neck and broad chest leading down to short thick legs. Short cobby body covered in a dense plush white coat with rich red and black patches. The pattern was fabulous every patch was so well separated that it looked as if it had been painted. She had white on her face and head, with a pure white chest and underbelly. Patches to her legs and a fully coloured tail. This lady had a stuning temperament to match her looks and was a pleasure to handle. Congratulations to her owner for exhibiting her in such wonderful condition.
