I would like to thank Mr and Mrs Newsome for inviting me to judge at this years show held at Godmanchester , Also to thank Ann Mott stewarding for me, it was a lovely day working with some beautiful pedigree and Non Pedigree cats. It was great fun judging the Household pets which we both enjoyed very much. And as usual we had a very good substantial lunch. Thanks Ann for coming to steward for me, I hope you enjoyed your day as I did.

BLUE POINT BIRMAN KITTEN

1st and BOB Bennett’s MUNKCHIP MISTER BEAR (13C2) M27/4/2010

this young blue point male kitten just over 3months just old enough to be at his first show was very laid back. Skull strong broad and rounded Nose medium in length cheeks developing nicely. Good width between his tall ears at the moment which need to drop to give a good profile. Good blue eyes He was showing an overshot mouth at the moment, but I think he is teething, so this hopefully will right itself. Strong body well boned and good substance for his age. Legs medium length and thick-set paws Fairly full tail and in proportion to the body. Coat medium length, silken to touch, ruff developing round his neck slightly curled stomach Very good contrast to all his points, blue grey which showed off his body bluish white. Nose leather, slate grey. White front gloves nice and even across the paw and not passing the stopper pad just behind the legs Back socks white covering the paws gauntlets tapering up the back of the leg to finish just below the point of the hock. Excellent temperament

RED POINT OR TORTIE POINT BIRMAN KITTEN

1ST & BOB Brown’sDALTEEMA ROB RED (13C5) 5/4/2010

Red Point Birman A stunning red point boy over 4 months old. Strong, broad and rounded skull. Nose medium length. Nose leather pink Cheeks full and round tapering to a strong muzzle level bite. Ears medium in size and spaced well apart. Lovely blue eyes almost round but not bold. Long well boned body, good substance for age. Legs of medium length and thick -set, paws short and strong. Bushy tail proportion to the body. Beautiful silken coat with evident of a good ruff developing, Body pale cream showing off his points orange/red. Pure white gloves in an even line across the paw and pure white socks covering the entire paw and gauntlets tapering up the back of the leg to finish just below the point of the hock. Excellent temperament, and laid back boy.
