ERIN CAT CLUB SHOW – 4.9.10 Mrs Sally Tokens

I would like to thank David, Sam and the committee for inviting me to their show. The hospitality was first class and I hope the show was a great success. I had the pleasure of working with Donna McWilliams who worked tirelessly in looking after me and the cats. I do hope we can work together again in the not too distant future.

PERSIAN GRAND CHAMPION FEMALE;

IMP GR CC; Craig & Bell GR CH SHEERBLISS MIRROR IMAGE

tortie tabby and white exotic of three years old. Short compact female with good bone structure and lovely weight. Ears just a touch open but nicely positioned. Skull well formed. Super deep copper eye colour to large round eyes. Short nose with a good break. Level bite. Very full cheeks. Super red colouring to the coat and nice black markings showing tabby. Colour to all the legs. White to the legs and under parts. Very good coat length and texture, standing away from the body. Soft in texture and with a small amount of undercoat.

AC NON SELF PERSIAN PREMIER MALE;

GR PC Hawthorne PR SHEERBLISS LEONARDO

black silver spotted exotic of sixteen months old. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Well developed bone and nice substance. Ears set low on the side of the head. Skull well rounded. Eyes of a very good copper although he is sometimes reluctant to show them off. Small amount of tarnish on a short broad nose with a break. Level bite. Some broken spots on his sides closer to the spine line. Very full tail which balances with the body and showing a few rings. Some undercoat present. Coat soft to touch and standing away from the body, very good length. Medium black markings.

brown tabby and white maine coon of almost five years old. Good bone structure and adequate weight. Rectangular body shape. Large ears set quite high with a good width apart. Cheeks a touch narrow. Eyes with a slightly oblique aperture and set and light gold colouring. Slight concave curve to the nasal bridge. Square muzzle. Level bite. Just a little more breadth to the chin to balance. Coat of varying lengths but lacking in any undercoat today. Butterfly marking to the shoulders. White to the legs, tummy and chest. Soft texture to the top coat. Tail very lightly covered and reaching the shoulders. Unfortunately today she was not in tip top condition to award the Imperial.

GR PC; Bunce IGR PR COONTASTIC THE MINSTREL

brown tabby and white maine coon of nearly five years old. Huge lad with excellent strength to the bone and wonderful substance. Rectangular body shape. Large ears set quite high with a good width apart. High set cheek bones with the cheeks fairly full. Square muzzle. Level bite. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. Green colouring to well shaped eyes. Slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Coat very full with a super depth of undercoat. Soft top coat. Strong black markings on a warm copper agouti ground colour. White to the paws, chest and muzzle. Butterfly to the shoulder and oysters on the flanks. Tail with profuse and flowing fur and reaching the shoulders. Very good show preparation with the coat showing a super gloss.

GR PC; Bunce GR PR KEVERSTONE CHICORY

blue tabby and white maine coon of three years old. A very heavy girl with sound bone. Nice length to the body. Well positioned ears which are large in size and set quite high with a good width apart. Cheeks fairly full and high set cheek bones. Profile with a slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Level bite. Square muzzle. Nice breadth and depth to the chin. A very full coat with a soft top coat and lovely depth of undercoat. Some of the tabby markings were diffused on the body due to the length of the coat. Well marked m to the forehead and lines from the corner of the eyes across the cheeks. White to the paws and chest. Tail reaching the shoulders with profuse and flowing fur. Well groomed considering it is such a big coat.

AC SELF EXOTIC KITTEN;

1 & BOB Murtagh CHARLORIAN JENIFIQUE

black exotic female of four months old. A wee sweet baby. Well developed for her age and quite sturdy with very good bone already developing. Ears well set just a little open at the present time. Skull well rounded. Cheeks of a good width. Eyes large and round and a nice deep copper colour coming through. Level bite. Short broad nose with a lovely break. Soft texture to the coat which has no undercoat as yet. Very good black which was sound and even to the roots. Short well furnished tail. Lovely personality, a little sweetie.

AC TABBY OR TABBY AND WHITE EXOTIC NEUTER;

1 PC & BOB Sattar CH SHEERBLISS NEMO

black silver tabby and white of sixteen months old. Superb bone and very good weight. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Ears just a tiny bit open but well set. Skull nicely rounded. Deep copper eye colour but he is reluctant to open them and show them off. Lovely width to the cheeks. Level bite. Short snub nose with a good break and nice size leather and nostrils. White to the paws and tummy with not quite a full white collar. Butterfly marking to the shoulders and good m to the forehead with lines from the corner of the eyes across the cheeks. Coat with some undercoat, soft to touch and standing away from the body. Short well covered tail.

AOC NON SELF EXOTIC NEUTER MALE;

1 PC & BOB Morris PURRFICGEMS GABBANA

seal tabby colourpointed of a year old. Very well grown with large feet and super bone structure with lovely substance. Ears well placed just a smidge open at the base. Skull well formed. Cheeks full and round. Eyes large and round and showing a medium blue colouring. Short broad nose. Level bite. Seal tabby markings to the head just a little cold in colour today. Some shading to the body but still affording to a good contrast. Soft textured coat and some undercoat present. Tail full and balances with the body, showing the odd ring. Tabby markings to the legs.

AOC MAINE COON ADULT;

1 CC & BOB Saville CH COONTASTIC TANGERINE DREAM

red classic tabby and white lad of just over a year old. A young lad who is very well developed with excellent bone structure and very good weight. Large ears which are set quite high with a good width apart bearing long tufts. Rectangular body shape. Green colouring to the eyes which had a slightly oblique aperture and set. Profile with a slight concave curve at the nasal bridge. Square muzzle. Level bite. Cheeks quite full with high set cheek bones. Just a little more breadth to the chin to balance. Huge feet! Butterfly marking to the shoulders. White on the muzzle, legs and up the flanks. Soft top coat with a limited amount of undercoat. Very well prepared with a rich red to form the tabby pattern. Tail well furnished and reaching the shoulders.

blue tabby birman of two years old. Very strong female with lovely bone and weight. Very good profile and width to the cheeks. Super tabby markings.

2 Gillmore CARRICKFERN INSIGNIA

lilac birman lad of sixteen months old. Very good eye colour to well shaped eyes. Slight bump to the nose. Clear body coat of a soft texture. Pinkish grey lilac points.

3 Saville ISHCUS ASTRALE

brown classic tabby maine coon.

1 McCarthy SHEERBLISS HAYLEYS COMET

black silver spotted of a year old. Super coat with spots visible. Very good well balanced type and strong eye colour to large round eyes. Coat standing away from the body with lovely silver agouti ground colour.

2 Kernaghan HINCHKITZ BEAUTIFULDREAMER

seal tabby colourpoint almost a year old. Very good bone and weight. Medium blue eye colour. Full coat which had been well groomed. Some slight shading to the body, but affording to a very good contrast. Full tail.

AV PERSIAN OR SLH DEBUTANTE ADULT;

1 Caughey HINCHKITZ SECRETOBSESSION

black smoke of a year old. Ears just a touch open at present. Contrasts to the coat still developing. Medium black to the coat. Very good type and nicely balanced.

2 McConaghie & Iannalli RIADAGRAS BABY LILI

seal tabby ragdoll of nearly a year old. Profile a touch shallow. Medium eye colour to nicely shaped eyes. Almost clear body coat which was full and soft to touch.

AC PERSIAN JUNIOR ADULT;

1 Craig & Bell CH SHEERBLISS MYSTICAL CHARM

tortie tabby and white of sixteen months old. Strong bone and lovely weight. Skull just a touch bumpy. Very good coat which was soft in texture and showing some undercoat.

2 Caughey HINCHKITZ MRMOONLIGHT

red tabby colourpointed exotic with lovely bone and weight at sixteen months old, obviously a working lad. Medium blue colouring to the eyes. Coat just lacking in undercoat today. Soft texture and some tabby markings can be seen. 3 Caughey HINCHKITZ UPTOWNGIRL blue cream colourpoint exotic.

AV SLH JUNIOR ADULT;

1 Maxwell KAJENSU MIDNIGHT ROSE

seal birman of fifteen months old. Some shading to the muzzle at present. Good width to the cheeks. Clear body coat which was soft in texture with a limited amount of undercoat. Medium blue eye colouring.

AC PERSIAN SENIOR ADULT;

1 Caughey HINCHKITZ UNFORGETTABLE

brown tabby exotic over two years old. A very strong head with excellent type and deep copper eye colouring to large round eyes. Just in need of some more undercoat to give him the finishing touch.

2 Craig & Bell GR CH SHEERBLISS MIRROR IMAGE

tortie tabby and white exotic.

AV SLH RADIUS ADULT;

1 McConaghie & Iannalli RAGATAGE TOMPUSS

blue colourpoint ragdoll over two years old. Good width to the cheeks just narrowing at present in the muzzle. Coat soft in texture with some shading and very limited undercoat.

PERSIAN RED, AC TORTIE AND WHITE OR BI COLOUR ADULT;

1 Morris PURRFICGEMS GIO

blue and white bi colour exotic of a year old. White chevron to the face, white to the legs and tummy. Very good bone and super large paws. Coat in moult today and very limited undercoat. Super type.

tortie silver tabby and white exotic with a very dense coat and only eight months old. Ears just a touch open but well positioned. Very good eye colour.

2 Caughey HINCHKITZ THE CHARMER

blue silver tabby and white exotic of four months old. Level bite, teething badly today. Some tabby markings and a medium blue colouring, very difficult to tell at this age as it may be a shaded.

AV SLH BREEDERS KITTEN;

1 Harkness MOURZOUK FIRENICE

red silver Somali of four months old. Very good bone and substance. I would prefer more break to the profile. Soft coat close lying to the spine.

AC PERSIAN NON SELF KITTEN (NOT BRED BY EXH);

1 Matchett RISETTA CHILLIPEPPER

red tabby colourpoint kitten of four months old. Wonderful type which is well balanced. Clear body coat which was long and full and I was pleased to see he won best in show Persian.

2 Morton SHEERBLISS WACKO JACKO

black silver tabby and white of seven months old. Wonderful bone structure, excellent type with the ears just needing to settle. One of the best exotic coats at the show today and a credit to his owner for all the hard work.

3 Hutchison HINCHKITZ HELLODARLIN

tortie tabby exotic.

AV PERSIAN OR SLH LIMIT KITTEN;

tortie tabby exotic seven months old. She does not show off her eyes, medium blue colour. Soft body coat which was clear. Slight bump to the skull. Tabby to the legs.

red classic tabby and white maine coon of over two years old. Large lad with a very good tabby pattern. Excellent bone, large ears with long tufts. Very good cheeks and nice profile.

black and white exotic. Very good black coat with a gloss lacking in undercoat. Unfortunately the bite is off centre. Lovely soft texture to the coat.

SEAL OR BLUE POINT BIRMAN NEUTER;

1 Meaker CARRICKFERN INDIGO

blue birman of seventeen months old. Some shading to the body coat. Slight bump to the nose. All feet markings level. Just a touch pinched in the muzzle.
