Thank you to Helen and the team for asking me along to judge at the Kentish. I had a very enjoyable day in the company of Mark Pearman. We had a very enjoyable day, super lunch and some wonderful cats to judge. Thank you for travelling with me Mark and marking the catalogue.
AC PERSIAN GRAND PREMIER MALE;
IMP GR PC; Daniels GR PR MOONWALKERS THE PURRMINATOR black smoke and white exotic. Three years old and very well developed. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Excellent substance. Small ears which are very nicely placed. Skull well rounded. Cheeks full and round. Eyes large and open and showing a medium orange colour. Short broad nose. Level bite. White chevron to the face and white to the legs and tummy. Jet black top coat with a limited amount of undercoat, soft in texture and well defined areas between the black and white. Some contrasts to the coat. Short tail nicely covered.
RES IMP GR PC; Abbott GR PR TAMOSAH DOMINIC black shaded lad of six years old. Lovely bone structure and very good weight. Well positioned ears which are small in size and nicely furnished. Skull well formed. Eyes large and open and showing a nice orange colour. Short broad nose with a nice stop. Level bite. Cheeks of a good width. Long full coat with some uncercoat present. Crisp and clear to the undercoat. Ruff to frame the face. Tufted feet and a full tail which balances with the body.
AC PERSIAN GRAND PREMIER FEMALE;
IMP GR PC; Pettit GR PR RIASCATZ LARA CROFT tortie and white female who is coming up to four yours old. Well developed bone and very good weight. Ears nicely positioned just a touch open at the base. Skull well rounded. Cheeks of a good width. Bold eyes of a very good copper. Short snub nose with a lovely break. Two or three patches of red to the back and one black patch to the back. Both colours to the head with white to the cheeks and the forehead. Full coat which was nicely groomed and soft in texture, just starting to curl under the tummy. Lightly furnished tail which is of a good length and showing both colours.
AOV SLH PREMIER MALE;
GR PC; Comer CH & PR ZELANDONII MITHRANDIR blue and white Norwegiian Forest cat with a super personality and the urge to clean the judge by licking continuosly. Not yet four years old and with very good bone and lovely weight. Standing taller on the back legs. Super length to the body. Medium size ears which are well placed. Long straight profile. Level bite. Green colouring to the eyes which were large and well opened. Coat with a coarse texture which can be felt along the sides and flanks. Medium blue colour with white paws, chest, tummy and on nose. Full white shirt front. Small knickerbockers evident. Tail reaching to the shoulder blades and is well covered. Some undercoat starting to develop.
RES GR PC; Candler PR KATTJEWELS MAIMUS blue silver tabby Norwegian Forest cat of just over a year old. Very well grown for his age with super bone and substance. Well feathered ears which are medium in size and beautifully placed. Equilateral triangular head shape with the profile having just a very minimal dip. Well shaped eyes which were green in colour. Chin just falls away slightly and a level bite. Very good length to the coat with some undercoat present. Coarse texture can be felt with some undercoat present. Tail very well furnished and reaching to the neck. Shirt front fairly full. Nice blue to the coat with tabby markings. Ran the winner close.
AOV SLH PREMIER FEMALE;
GR PC; McLeod PR PHATPAWS FOXGLOVE blue colourpoint not yet two years old and with a pretty expression. Strong bone and very good weight. Ears well set and slightly tilt forward. Flat plane. Cheeks showing a lovely width. Gentle dip in profile and a level bite. Eyes with a slightly oblique shape and medium blue colouring. Level bite. Coat has a very small amount of shading and super soft texture. Medium blue colouring to all the points which were very nicely matched. Tail lightly covered and balances with the body. Very good temperament and easy to handle.
RES GR PC; Davies CH & PR BLEUGEMS MAGICOF RAGSHAVEN blue colourpoint girl of four years old. Lovely bone and nice substance. Ears slightly tilt forward and a flat plane.. Lovely width to the cheeks. I would prefer a little more definition to the profile. Level bite. Very good blue colour to the eyes which were of a slightly oblique shape. A minimal amount of shading to the body coat which was soft in texture and well groomed. Just a little undercoat present. Large paws and a very strong female.
RED SMOKE ETC. ADULT;
1 CC & BOB Pearson DANMOSO HONEY HONEY cream smioke of just over two years old. Lovely bone and weight. Very good copper eyes which are large and round. Well developed skull. Shorbt broad nose and a good stop. Cheeks nice and full. Coa very woooly wiand very thick which must be had to keep on top of. Tipped with cream which is around a third of a way along the hair shaft. Showing a lovely lighter undercoat. Very full tail of a nice length. Large rounded paws.
TORTOISESHELL KITTEN;
1 & BOB Hawke LAFREBELLA MASQUERADE five months old and a sweet kitten. Short cobby body set low on the legs. Deep muddy eye colour developing to well shaped eyes. Short broad nose. Very well rounded skull. Level bite. Coat full and showing excellent preparation. Very well patched with rich red and jet black. Face nicely patched with black and red. Large round paws with long tufts even at this age. Short full tail which is also very nicely furniehshed.
2 Barrell BARRKUDOS KEYFASCINATION just over four months old and another stunning baby. Front right limb little solid. A smattering of small patches to the face. Well patched coat of a good red strating to come through. Small ears which are well placed. Skull a little bumpy at present. Deep eye colour starting to develop just needs to clear which it will as she grows. Very full cheeks and a short snub nose. Short legs with a compact body and nicely rounded paws.
TABBY OR TABBY AND WHTIE EXOTIC KITTEN;
1 & BOB Glover NABOO LIVIN ONAPRAYER brown spotted tabby of nearly six months old. Solid sturdy kitten which has superb bone and set low on the legs. Skull a touch bumpy at present. Round eyes just clearing in the depth of colour. Short broad nose. Cheeks full and of a good width. Very good texture to the coat which had a lovely undercoat and stands away from the body. Spots broken in areas with some still to break. Just a touch cold in colour on the body at this time. Well marked m to the forehead, lines across the cheeks. Markings to the legs. Short tail with is very well furnished and showing the odd ring.
J 2 Glover NABOO MINI-ME nearly six months old and another well grown kitten. Nicely developed bone and good weight. Ears just a touch open but well set. Skull nicely rounded. Cheeks showing a nice width just narrowing slightly in the muzzle. Level bite. Copper eyes colouri developing to large open eyes. Coat of a very soft texture and stranding away from the body. Undercoat present. Butterfly marking to the shoulders. Oysters visible to the flanks. Spine line and a tram line either side. Good facial markings and a superr rich warm copper agouti ground colour. Just lacking in the overall type and coat texture of the winner.
SEAL BIRMAN ADULT;
BOB; Townsend CH TARKUSHA CARMEN nearly two years old and showing nice bone structure and ood weight. Medium size ears which are well set. Nice depth to blue eye colouring with the eyes almost round. Cheeks quite full and muzzle well formed. Very slight bump to the nose with a slight dip in profile. Level bite. Gloves both dip iped with colour but it does not go between the toes. Very good socks and nicely marked gauntlets. Front right leg has a white which is attached to the pad. Colour on the legs is not as sound as it could be looking a littled patched. Colour on the mask and ears of a super depth. Tail lightly covered with some shading.
BLUE BIRMAN ADULT;
BOB Bush GR CH TARKUSHA SAFFIYA just over five years old and a strong female with excellent bone and weight. Well set ears of a medium size. Strong blue colouring to almsor tround eyes. Cheeks of a good width and muzzle well formed. She tends to hold her ears back but they are well positioned. Slight dip in the profile. Level bite. Very well groomed coat of a clear soft texture and showing a small amount of undercoat. Medium blue colouring to the points which were well matched.
BROWN OR BLUE MAINE COON ADULT;
1 CC & BOB Deane ZYDECO TOP GUN brown classic and white lad of just over a year old. A very large lad with super bone and weight. Rectangular body shape. Very good temperament and a pleasure to handle. Large ears bearing long tufts and set uite high with a good width apart. I would prefer a little more width to the cheeks. Square muzzle and nice depth with a otouch more breadth for perfection. Gold colouring to the eyes whichw ere of a slightly oblique aperture and set. Slifht concave curve at the nasal bridge. Super soft top coat with a limited amount of undercoat. Well marked m to the face and lines across the cheeks. White on the muzzle, tummy ,legs and chest. Very good butterfly and nice oysters. Spine line just visisble. Tail lightly covered and reaching the shoulders.
SILVER SERIES MAINE COON ADULT;
1 CC & BOB Deane ZYDECO DAYS OF THUNDER again still quite young just over a year old and I loved this boy. Silver classic tabby and white. White to the legs, chest, tummy and muzzle. A huge lad with excellent bone and substance. Rectangular body shape. Very large paws on sturdy legs. Small tufts can be seen on large ears which are set quite high with a good width apart and long tufts. Lovely cheeks and high set cheek bones. Square muzzle and very good breadth and depth to the chin. Slight conczv e curve at the nasal bridge. Coat soft in texture with a limited amount of undercoat. Nice facial tabby markings with the butterfly obvious and several lines on the nape of the neck. Tail with profuse and flowing fur and reaching the shoulders.
CHOCOLATE AND LILAC POINT BIRMAN KITTEN;
1 & BOB Bailey RYUICHI ANTONIA lilac kitten of six months old. Sturdy kitten and very well grown for a female. Laid back temperament and easy to handle. Medium size ears which are well placed. Eyes almost round and lovely blue colour. Slight dip in profile. Level bite. Front right marking goes to the stopper pad but not past. Gloves evenly matched. Socks nice and level. Gauntlets broad and even in length. Tail just slightly lighter in colour and balances with the body. Lilac to the nose with the other points all still developing.
2 Fluck Offord KAMASAKI RAGIDAN MARIGOLD chocolate baby of four months old. Back right gauntlet goes to the hock. Both front markings reach the stopper pad and it is questionable as to whether they go past. Scalloped gloves. Nice bone structure and good weight. I would prefer the eyes a touch larger but they were showing a very good blue colour. Slight dip in profile to the nose. Ears of a medium size and well set. Tail lightly furnished. Colour developing to the limbs. Clear body coat which was soft in texture and some undercoat present. Another nice temperament on a young kitten.
AC PERSIAN NON SELF ADULT NOT BRED BY EXH;
1 Johnson & Norman CH TUMBLETOES MARIGOLD love this tortie and white exotic the patching is to die for and now she has developed her undercoat it finishes her off.
2 Owen CH BESSJET ROCAWENBRIGHTLIGHT tortie with large bold copper eyes and a n excellent patched coat which was soft to touch and very well groomed.
3 Pearson DANMOSO HONEY HONEY cream smoke.
AC PERSIAN TITLED ADULT;
1 Hannington & Hardie NABOO LOOK ATME tortie tabby and white with a lovely gloss to her coat. Tabby markings evident and very good red and black areas. Deep copper eyes which are large and round.
2 Parkes CH LADYGEM BLUE VELVET white tabby and white with medium orange eye colour. Showing very good tabby markings in the patched areas. Nicely balanced type.
AC PERSIAN LIMIT KITTEN
1 Stallings PURRDREAMZ FANTASIE tortie and white kitten of five months old. Very well patched coat of super vibrant colours. Tiny ears which are well balanced a nice young kitten.
2 Glover NABOO LIVIN ONAPRAYER brown spotted exotic.
3 Barrell BARRKUDOS HOT ATTRACTION trotie and white.
AC PERSIAN JUNIOR NEUTER;
1 Williams PR FIRANTY OUTOFTHEBLUE blue lad of nearly two years old. A very large sturdy lad with super bone and weight. Very good colour to the coat which was pale blue, soft and well prepared.
AC PERSIAN VISITORS NEUTER;
1 Daniels GR PR MOONWALKERS THE PURRMINATOR black smoke and white.
2 Potter CH PRIMISSION BEQUILED cream and white with well balanced type. Thick coat which was well prepared.
3 Pettit GR PR RIASCATZ LARA CROFT tortie and white.
AV SLH MAIDEN ADULT;
1 Lockett KASSARO TAHOE red silver shaded maine coon only nine just months old. Huge lad with a nice profile. Square muzzle and good breadth and depth to the chin. Super coat colour.
2 Steward CHOAS JEZABEL black smoke and white Norwegian. Lovely positioned ears of a good size and set. Super length to the body. Coat texture yet to develop.
3 Davies CHICCATS ADORING ROMEO blue mitted ragdoll.
AV SLH RADIUS ADULT;
1 Geary LYNDONGRAEY GRIGORI brown tabby Siberian just over a year old. Lovely rounded contours to the head. Super warm colours to the coat and expressive green eyes.
2 2 Finch CH SNOWWITCH SNOW CLOUD blue birman. Very good weight and medium bone structure. Needs her claws clipped. Eye colour a little two tone. All feet level.
3 Finch CH SNOWWITCH KINGDOMOFSUMMER blue birman.
AV SLH BREEDERS KITTEN;
1 Douglas VIEUXTEMPS VELCRO black and white Norwegian. Pretty expression. Triangular head shape developing. Very minimal dip to the profile.
2 Terry SONNYWOOD MISTERKISMET blue bi colour ragdoll who is a huge lad and almost an adult. Full coat which was pale and soft. Nice type.
3 Powell & Wells CHEHAM AGAINST ALLODDDS cream tabby and white ragamuffin.
AV SLH BREEDERS KITTEN;
1 Comer ZELONDONII VLADIMAR blue silver tabby and white Norwegian. Super profile. Very slight pinch in the muzzle. Medium size ears which are well set.
2 Powell & Wells CHEHAM FLORENCE brown and white ragamuffin. Contours to the face developing well. Green eyes and a very good coat with a super undercoat and lovely texture.
3 McLeod Mcleod Sale RAZDEE BLUEBERRY PIE blue eye Vankedisi.
AV SLH VETERAN NEUTER;
1 Tarr GR CH & PR TARKUSHA HELENOFTROY seal birman of seven years old. Excellent bone and weight. Minimal shading to the body. Soft in texture. Lovely full cheeks and muzzle.
2 Semos CH & PR PRIDNJOY SARABANDE blue birman of twelve years old. Some slight shading to the muzzle today. Super blue colouring to almost round eyes which is good for her age. Soft coat texture.
