THE LONDON CAT CLUB, SATURYDAY, 12TH JUNE, 2010

Many thanks go to Maria and the committee of the London for the kind invitation to judge. My thanks also go to my steward Mark Pearman. Mark I enjoyed our day together.

AC TABBY OR TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC NEUTER

1 PC PEACHEY PR CITOXE WILLOUGHBY, Brown Tabby (70 8) (28.05.2008)

Very good top of head with neat well placed ears nicely following the contour of the skull. Large, round slightly deeps-set eyes, pale orange in colour. Short broad nose. Good muzzle, firm chin both assisting to give him overall good facial balance. Strong neck and shoulders. Cobby body sat quite low on short well formed legs ending in nicely rounded paws. Classic Tabby patterning all requirements in evidence. Brown agouti quite warm in colour. Coat is quite dense and plush but does need quite a lot more work on the old coat which is present.

Excellent top of head with every neat well placed ears. Large round eyes with good colour to blue eye and a lovely deep copper shade to the other. He has very good facial balance. Excellent cobby body sat low on well formed legs. Lovely cream colour to coat which had been beautifully prepared and presented. He has colour to his two left legs and a patch of colour to his shoulders.

Attractive young lady with a very good top of head and very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes of a good orange colour. Short broad nose. Level bite. Very good facial balance. Strong neck and shoulders. Cobby body sat low on short well formed legs. Very short tail. Coat not quite as dense or plush as it could be but the blue colour was almost sound.

Sweet young lady with a very good top of head. Very neat well placed ears. Large round eyes of a good orange colour. Lovely facial balance. Cobby body sat low on leg. Coat is prettily patched with good colour distribution. Colours are dense and vibrant. Unfortunately at the moment the old coat which is present is detracting from her overall attractiveness.

Fantastic boy with the “I’ve Got The Lot” look. Excellent top of head with excellent neat well placed ears. Short broad nose. Level bite. Bold copper eyes. Fantastic balance. Excellent neck and shoulder muscles. Super cobby body and weight. Coat is plush and dense and he was beautifully presented. It is always a pleasure to handle this gentleman.

Stunning boy with an excellent plane and width between well set ears. Large round eyes which are a stunning blue colour. Excellent facial balance and fantastic profile. Excellent inverted “v”. Super strength to shoulders and chest. Excellent body structure and weight. Coat beautifully textured and prepared. Not quite in full coat yet. White to all feet extending to under body which is white. Two small white patches to back. A lovely exhibit to handle. Super temperament.

Stunning young man. Excellent top of head with very neat well placed ears. Large, round, deep blue eyes. Excellent facial balance. Full ruff. Excellent cobby body, carrying good weight. Very good tabby markings, with points nicely matching. Some seasonal shading to coat which has lovely length and texture. A beautifully prepared and presented exhibit.

A very attractive young lady with a very good plane and with very good width between well set ears. Large round eyes. Colour could perhaps be a bit deeper. Very good profile to nose. Good muzzle and chin. Cheeks developing well. She has a nice balanced inverted “v” to her face. Super breadth to chest. Strong shoulders. Very good body conformation. She has white to all feet carrying through to her underneath. She has a spot of blue colour to her left back leg. Coat has super texture. A sweetie to handle.

Attractive lady with a good plane and good ear set. Large, round eyes of a lovely deep blue shade. Lovely profile to nose. Good muzzle and chin which is white in colour. Excellent body weight and conformation. Front mitts have slight runners on both feet. The white on her rear feet extends past the hock. White underneath. Lovely mask for colour and placement. Super soft texture to coat. Seal points are a pleasing deep seal brown shade and are evenly matched.

2ND PENFOLD & FLECKNEY PHATPAWS MR SQUIDLWORTH, Blue Colourpointed Ragdoll (66a) (06.07.2009)

This young gentleman has a good plane but at the moment his ears are held just a touch tall. Large round eyes presenting an excellent blue colour. Good nose profile. Muzzle and chin are developing well. Excellent body weight and conformation. Super coat for length and texture. Excellent preparation. A very promising young man.
