Many thanks to Beryl & the team for the invite to judge. I was fortunate to have my friend & colleague Mark Pearman as my steward for the day. We had a lovely day with some super cats. Many thanks for your company & expertise, Mark & for my marked catalogue. I look forward to the next time. Tabby or Tabby & White Exotic Kitten Male;1 WALKER’S MOONWALKERS RUSTY BITTS (70 12a5t, 12/12/09).Lovely Red Classic Tabby & White lad of excellent balanced type. Good width to head with fairly neat ears. Deep copper eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks. Level bite & firm chin. Lovely coat which had been expertly prepared & stands out very well from his body. Pristine white to the lower part of his face, his legs and to most of his body. Good clear patches of colour showing a pale red ground colour with rich red tabby markings. One large patch of colour to his shoulders and smaller ones to the base of his spine and to his flanks. Fully coloured tail and colour to the top part of his face. Good ‘M’ to forehead with spectacles to eyes. Clear lines over his head. His patches of colour show lines spaced well apart, and the patch at the base of his spine shows a central line & lines either side. Good rings to tail. Very cobby body of good size & weight. Short tail to balance. 2 GRETT’S BLONDBELLA MARABOU (70 8b, 27/11/09).Another lovely lad, this time a Chocolate Classic Tabby boy. Good balance overall, just needing to develop a little more width to his cheeks as he matures – at present this is making his muzzle look just a touch prominent. Good width to head with neat ears. Eyes of good size & shape, pale orange in colour, just showing a slight green rim today. Very short broad nose. Bite slightly undershot. Firm chin. Coat well prepared & generally standing out well from his body – just slightly flatter at base of spine. Pale chocolate ground colour with dark chocolate markings. Good ‘M’ to forehead with spectacles to eyes & tracings back to ears. Spotted whisker pads. Good lines over head & well defined butterfly to shoulders. The lines to his back are well defined, the side lines just showing curious zig-zagging at present. Oysters to flanks almost complete. Well ringed legs & tail. Diffused spots to tummy. Cobby body with good strong legs & well rounded paws. Short tail to balance.
