Report Notts and Derby Cat Show on 23.1.10. Judge Mrs L Fryer.

I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge and my steward Jane Harvey who did a wonderful job. Hope you enjoyed yourself.

AC Burmese Imperial Male

2 entered two lovely boys.

Imp Prof Bradleys GRCH AUREUS CHAMPAGNE CHARLIE (27b) M dob 3.11.07.

This really was a lovely large mature well-balanced lad with excellent width between the ears, gently rounded top. Good profile with good nose break, medium length nose with very good depth of chin. Wide short wedge with very good width at the cheekbones. Ears medium in size well balanced on the head. Eyes large and lustrous with that wonderful expression. Body firm and muscular with elegant legs and neat paws all proportionate with the body. Tail balanced with paintbrush tip. Coat short and close lying with silky texture showing an overall glossy shine. An even milky chocolate. He had a wonderful temperament purring all the time.

Res Imp Mrs Kennards GRCH MAINMAN KISSANOVA (27) M dob 6.4.07.

Another lovely medium sized muscular lad, good width between the ears and gentle rounding to the top of the head, good profile with good nose break, medium length nose prefer slightly more depth of chin, Ears well spaced of good shape and size. Eyes large and lustrous although he looked a bit startled today making his eye shape look a little round, he was a little bit nervous. Pale chartreuse green in colour, Body of good weight and size with that heavy feel good muscle tone, elegant and slender legs ending in neat oval paws. Tail just balanced. Coat short and close lying with excellent texture, overall colour of warm mahogany brown with a healthy sheen, few white hairs along the top of the neck/shoulder area.

This 9 year old girl was amazing beautifully balanced overall medium in size, compact muscular in wonderful condition. Excellent width to the top of the head with gentle rounding between the ears. Good profile with good nose break, good depth of chin, level gums. Short wide wedge with good width at the cheekbones. Ears well spaced of medium size. Eyes large and lustrous with that wicked look, pale chartreuse in colour. Body firm and muscular with elegant legs and neat oval paws. Proportionate with the body. Tail just balanced. Coat short and close lying with good texture. Overall even milky chocolate. Well presented.

Attractive young lady with gentle rounding to the top of the head and good width between the ears. Good profile good nose break with good depth of chin. Short wdie wedge. Ears medium size good shape and set. Eyes large and lustrous, pale chartreuse in colour. Elegant body just needs to mature, muscle developing. Elegant legs neat oval paws all in proportion with the body. Tail balanced with a paintbrush tip. Coat short and close lying with a silky texture and a lovely glossy shine. Well mingled chocolates and reds. Well presented.

Very large lad a little more compact than his brother. Good width to top of the head with gentle rounding between the ears. Profile good with acceptable nose break, medium length nose, prefer little more depth of chin. Good width at the wedge being short and good width at the cheekbones. Ears well spaced of good shape and size. Eyes large and lustrous with that typical expression pale chartreuse in colour. Large body but good muscular feel. Legs slender with neat paws all proportionate with the body. Tail balanced. Coat short and close lying of good texture, darker blue in colour with some silvering evident on rounded areas. Very good temperament.

2nd Miss Jacksons MILLGILL ZAPATEADO (27a) MN dob 28.6.08.

Large rangy lad, gentle rounding to the top of the head but would prefer more width. Slight flattening in profile with acceptable nose break. Prefer more depth of chin. Short wide wedge good width at cheekbones. Ears medium to large well spaced. Eyes good shape and set, chartreuse in colour. Body long and rangy but of good weight and feel. Long slender legs ending in neat paws. Proportionate with the body. Tail balanced with a little kink at the end. Coat short and close lying of very good texture, overall dark blue with some evidence of silvering. Well presented outstanding temperament.

Lovely well balanced medium sized compact girl. Good width between the ears with gently rounded top of head, good profile with good nose break, short to medium length nose would prefer slightly more depth of chin. Short wide wedge with good width at the cheekbones. Ears medium to large well spaced of good shape. Eyes Large and lustrous with that wicked look, chartreuse in colour. Body firm and muscular with elegant slender legs neat oval paws, proportionate with the body. Tail a little fine but balanced. Coat short and close lying with excellent texture. Overall blue grey on colour with silvering on rounded areas. Well presented. A very attractive lady with lots to say.

Large adolescent lad, with gentle rounding to the top of the head good width between the ears, acceptable nose break with medium length nose prefer slightly more depth to the chin, short wide wedge good width at cheekbones. Ears medium in size well spaced of good shape, Eyes of good shape and size chartreuse in colour. Body still maturing but of good weight. Elegant legs and neat paws all in proportion with body. Tail balanced. Coat short and close lying overall warm cream with powdering in evidence on rounded areas. Good temperament.

Lovely large lad with a medium wedge good profile broad muzzle, strong chin. Ears medium wide at the base rounded tips of good set. Eyes almost round spectacles around the eyes. ‘M’ on forehead. Body sleek muscular with medium length legs and large paws. Tail of good length short to medium in length of excellent texture. Evenly spotted some rosettes down sides, broken lines on legs and rings on the tail. Lovely temperament.

1st Messars S Crow& T Goss GRCH KAGURA SAPHIRA (68 43a) F dob 7.10.05.

Full expression blue Tiffanie. Attractive mature elegant lady with gentle rounding to the top of the head and good width between the ears. Good profile with short to medium length nose, good nose break and very good depth of chin. Short wide wedge with good width at the cheekbones. Ears medium in size broad at the base with rounded tips streamers from the inside of the ears and ear tuffs at the tips. Eyes large and lustrous , pale spectacles around the eyes, pale chartreuse in colour. ‘M’ on forehead, full ruff around the neck. Body of good size with a muscular feel, gently rounded chest and straight back, elegant and slender legs ending in neat oval paws, proportionate with the body. Tail balanced which had a lovely plume. Overall the coat was evenly shaded of medium length being fine and silky to the touch when I stroked her. The coat lengthened down the body to form frills, full breeches also evident on the legs. Coat colour was and overall medium blue with some silvery sheen on the rounded areas. This elegant lady was beautifully presented she had an excellent temperament and of very good type.

Mature medium sized muscular girl, The head had that lovely heart shaped look with good breath between large eyes of very good shape, green in colour. Short nose with slight stop and downward curve. Strong chin. Ears large high on the head of good shape. Body firm and muscular with well proportioned legs and oval paws. With the correct number of toes. Tail well balanced medium length. Coat short glossy and fine lying close to body, darker blue in colour with silvering in evidence. Wonderful temperament. Well presented.

Attractive young lady of very good size for her age. Head well balanced of good shape with moderate wedge, slight bump on the nose, slight nose break, Ears would prefer slightly more apart but in line with the head. Eyes of good shape and size, green in colour. Body of good weight and size elegant and slender legs proportionate with the body oval paws. Tail balanced when bought gently round to the shoulders. Coat short and fine good ticking of a warm pinky dove grey, pinky cream base colour. Lovely temperament. Well presented.

Lovely little kitten elegant in type with good profile and strong chin, slightly rounded in the top of the head, large ears wide at the base well set of good shape. Eyes set apart almond in shape of good size and colour. Graceful body of good weight muscle developing, long legs with small oval paws. Tail in proportion , coat fine and short of good texture, overall pure white in colour with dark mark on the head, outstanding temperament well presented.

Head of medium size with gentle rounding to the top of the head, good profile with high cheekbones, medium muzzle, ears medium in size broad at the base with rounded tips, Eyes of good shape and set blue in colour. Firm long body of medium size still maturing, legs proportionate with the body of medium bone and oval paws. Tail balanced of medium length, coat short and close lying of good texture. Coat colour v shaped white on the face with white on the chin, white mittens evenly matched white boots on back legs with darker brown on the ears, lovely temperament well presented.

Golden orange ground colour with evenly marked spots, outstanding temperament. Well presented.

Wonderful temperament well presented.

Ears medium in size of good shape and set with the desired forward tilt. Eyes large and lustrous with that typical expression found in Asians and Burmese, Body of good weight and size with good muscle tone. Elegant and slender legs in proportion with the body, neat oval paws. Tail balanced when bought gently round to the shoulder. Coat short and close lying with a silky texture. Overall evenly shaded a cool toned fawn marking with a paler silvery ground with a metallic sheen, this lad had a wonderful temperament and was well presented.

well balanced young lady with gentle rounding to the top of the head good width between well spaced ears of medium size, good profile good nose break, medium length straight nose which tapered to a point and was not level with the chin, although bite was ok. Short wide wedge good width at cheekbones, eyes good shape and set, golden chartreuse in colour. Body developing muscle tone, good weight and size, elegant legs neat oval paws. Tail balanced but looked like hair not on the end of the tail. Coat good texture short and close lying well presented.

Tail balanced. Still in kitten coat but overall pale milky chocolate in colour of good texture, promising baby, well presented.

Coat short and close lying of excellent texture, overall even tangerine in colour, well presented.

Well presented.

Silver chocolate tortie Tiffanie with bcr. Adolescent young lady with gentle rounding to the top of the head and good width between the ears. Good profile and nose break, medium length nose but would prefer more depth of chin. Short wide wedge. Ears medium in size of good shape being broad at the base with gently rounded tips, streamers developing from the ears. ‘M’ on forehead. Eyes of good shape and set but would prefer a little larger, greeny chartreuse in colour. Spectacles around the eyes. Some evidence of the ruff developing. Body of medium size good weight although muscle still developing. Slender elegant legs in proportion with the body neat oval paws. Tail balanced, plume beginning to develop. Overall short to medium length coat being slightly longer down the sides. Although evenly shaded the shading was light giving a tipping effect, overall warm milky chocolate with shades of red on a pale red silvery ground colour. Outstanding temperament. Well presented.
