Many thanks to Beryl & the team for the invite to judge. Anita Platt kindly stepped in to steward for me and was a great help on a busy day. Thanks for your help & company Anita & for the marked catalogue – I look forward to the next time. Seal Point Birman Adult Female;1 CC BOB HOBSON’S TWINKLETOES JASMIN (13c1, 16/4/08).Young girl of good type – just still slightly adolescent. Quite good width to head – ears still needing to settle a little as she matures. Deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile, just slightly roman. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good depth to chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Just slightly shady to body at present. Mid seal to her points – the lower part of her face is still to fill in completely. Well matched gloves – the right one goes to the stopper pad at the back, but not beyond. Well matched socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Fairly well grown body of good length. Medium tail, well furnished. Blue Point Birman Adult Female;BOB ENSOR’S GR CH KITTAH THALIA (13c2, 4/7/05).1 CC CHAFFE’S POLAPAWZ PUSSYGOLIGHTLY (13c2, 28/3/09).Young girl but already showing excellent balanced type. Good width to head, with medium ears set well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape – they looked a touch bold when she was in the pen, but were much better when out. Medium nose showing good dip in profile, just slightly roman. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared, just fractionally shady to her body today. Mid blue to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown girl with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. 2 JOHNSON’S CH MAYSULA MISTY MITTENS (13c2, 3/4/07).Girl of good type. Good width to head, with medium ears set well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape – rather bold. Medium nose showing good dip in profile, just slightly roman. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared, just fractionally shady to her body today. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip, just slightly roman. Good width to cheeks. Level bite. Chin could be just a touch stronger for better balance – he’s still adolescent, so hopefully this will develop as he matures. Excellent coat of good length which was well prepared. Still at the adolescent stage and her ears just need to settle a little as she matures. Mid blue eyes of fairly good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat well prepared and of good length. Quite clear to body & good tabby markings to all points. Showing good tortie shades to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Fairly well grown girl with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. AC Bi-Colour Ragdoll Adult Male;BOB DAVIES’ GR CH RAGSHAVEN BUSTERS LEGACY (66 31a, 27/3/05).Tabby/Tortie Tabby Point Birman Kitten Male;1 BOB DOBSON’S MAYSULA ANDALUSITE (13c11, 25/4/09).Super Seal Tabby point lad of very good type. Good width to head with medium ears that are well set. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & fairly good chin. Coat quite well prepared – just needing a little more attention to his feet and underneath. Slight shading to body at present. Excellent mid seal tabby markings to all points. Well matched gloves. His socks are a little uneven. Gauntlets well matched & tapered, just a fraction short. Very well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. 2 BROWN’S SARMOYAH DALTEEMA ZIRCON (13c17, 2/8/09).Cream Tabby point lad of super type who ran the winner very close in this class. Good width to head – ears just held a touch tall at present. Excellent deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & fairly good chin. Coat well prepared & of good length. Clear to body & good mid cream tabby markings to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. Lovely show temperament. Very promising – only lost out to the winner on balance today – once his ears settle he’s going to be hard to beat! Norwegian Forest Kitten Male;1 BOB BAVERSTOCK’S MOONKIST SCALLYWAG (67 31t, 25/5/09).Well balanced Brown tabby & White lad of good type. Good triangular head shape with ears of good size set well. Well opened green eyes of good size & shape. Excellent straight profile. Level bite – some incisors still to fully develop. Good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Good ruff & knickerbockers. Double coat developing well, especially along spine line. Attractive inverted ‘V’ to face. White underneath & white tip to tail. Cool bronze to back with diffused tabby markings. Very well grown with good body shape. Long bushy tail to balance. Norwegian Forest Kitten Female;1 DOBSON’S MAYSULA OBSIDIANE (67 31s, 2/5/09).Sweet Black Smoke & White girl of quite pleasing type. Her muzzle is a touch square at present, which spoils the balance of her head shape a bit – hopefully this will improve as she matures. Ears of good size held well. Well opened eyes of good size & shape, greenish yellow in tone. Almost straight profile. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Still slightly soft in texture at present. Jet black with a clear white undercoat. White to paws, chin & bib. Well gown girl with good body shape. Long bushy tail to balance. Coat of good length & well prepared. Jus fractionally shady to his back. Mid cream to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. 2 ENSOR’S PR KITTAH ODYSSEUS (13c5, 25/10/07).Red point lad of lovely type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile, just slightly roman. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Rather shady to his body at present. Deep red to all points, just showing slight tabby markings. Well matched gloves & socks. Nicely tapered right gauntlet. Unfortunately the white from his left gauntlet trails off around the side of his leg. Very well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & fairly well prepared. Rather shady to body at present. Mid blue tabby markings to face, legs & tail. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Well grown lady with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. Norwegian Forest Neuter Female;1 PC BOB FISHLOCK-LOMAX’S PR ADATELO EMPRESS ELIZABETH (67 31et, 15/4/08).Tortie Tabby & White girl of lovely balanced type with a super expression. Excellent triangular head shape with ears of good size held well. Well opened green eyes of good size & shape. Profile almost straight. Level bite. Good strong chin. Coat expertly prepared & showing a very attractive patchwork of deep shades of red & jet black overlaying diffused tabby markings, all against pristine white. Coat texture just a fraction soft at present. Well grown body of good length. Long bushy tail to balance. A lovely showy girl – just a bit of a diva in her personality today! 2 TRICKETT’S GLEDEKATT SKULD (67 31ts, 9/10/08).Sweet young Silver Tabby & White girl of good type. Quite good triangular head shape, just showing a touch of an adolescent pinch to her muzzle at present. Ears of good size held well. Pale green eyes of good size & shape. Almost straight profile. Level bite. Quite good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Good double coat. Well grown body of good length. Long tail, well furnished. Promising girl who ran the winner quite close – I look forward to seeing how she develops. 3 TAYLOR’S JOTUNKATTS EUCHARIS (67 31dt, 26/3/09).Young Red Tabby & White lass – only just into the adult classes, and still looking very much the teenager at present. Slight squaring to her muzzle combined with a whisker pinch spoil the balance of her head shape a little today. Well set ears of good size. Amber eyes of good size & shape. Almost straight profile. Level bite. Chin needs to strengthen a little as she matures. Coat of good length & well prepared. Good double coat. Rich red tabby markings to body. Attractive inverted ‘V’ to face. White to paws. Fairly well grown body of good length. Well furnished tail of good length. 4 BISHOP’S CH & PR TIGANLEA LADY FANTASIA (67 31ets, 9/6/05).Mature Tortie Silver Tabby & White lady of fairly good type. She is rather broad in the muzzle which spoils the triangular balance a little. Ears of good size held well. Well opened mid amber eyes of good size & shape. Almost straight profile – her nose is quite broad & rather flat to her face, which gives a slightly odd expression. Level bite. Chin could be a touch stronger for balance. Coat of good length & fairly well prepared. Good double coat. Attractive inverted ‘V’ to face. Mid blue & cream patches to body with diffused tabby markings. Huge frame with body of good length. Long bushy tail to balance. AC Colourpointed/Mitted Ragdoll Neuter Male;1 PC CLARKE’S RAGSHAVEN MR SWEETBEASTIE (66a, 17/4/09).Lovely Blue Colourpointed lad of good type. Still just a touch adolescent, but very promising. Good flat plane to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue eyes of good size & shape. Good width to cheeks. Nose showing slight dip in profile. Level bite & good chin. Excellent coat which was very well prepared. Clear to body & pale blue to all points. Very well grown body of good shape. Long, well furnished tail to balance. AC Colourpointed/Mitted Ragdoll Neuter Female;BOB DAVIES CH & IGR PR SONNYWOOD NUTMEG (66ew, 20/5/02).AC Novice Persian Kitten;1 MERCHANT’S SOOPURRKITS ALPHA ROMEO (53, M, 20/6/09).Very well-grown Pewter boy of good type. Broad top of head with neat ears, showing good silvery white ear furnishings. Eyes of good size & shape, a good muddy shade of copper developing well. Very short broad nose with a brick red leather. Good width to cheeks. Bite just a fraction undershot. Firm chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. His chin, frill, tummy & under his tail are all sparkling silvery white. Good dusting of black to his face. Black mantle developing well to his shoulders & back, just a fraction uneven. Light shading to his legs – just showing a hint of ghost tabby barring at present. Black shading to top of tail. He was well shown and with a very laid back nature. Solid cobby body with short thick legs. Short full tail to balance. Lovely show temperament. AC Maiden Persian Kitten;1 MERCHANT’S SOOPURRKITS BLONDIE (51f, F, 28/6/09).Cream shaded Cameo lass of just over six months. Very pleasing balanced open type with a lovely feminine expression. Good width to top of head. Ears of good size, just needing to settle a touch as she matures. Excellent deep copper eyes of good size & shape. Short broad nose, with just slightly restricted nostrils. Good width to cheeks. Bite minimally undershot. Firm chin. Coat fairly well prepared, just needing a little more attention underneath – she also hadn’t been helping as she’d decided to lick her bib for some additional curl! Mid cream tipping to about a third the length of her coat. The tipping is generally very even throughout. Just showing slightly denser tipping to base of ears and underneath her eyes at present. Faint ghost markings to her front legs. Good creamy white undercoat. Good white tufts to ears & white frill. Very clear white to the underside of her tail. Very well grown girl with good cobby body shape. Strong legs with good rounded paws. Short full tail. Lovely show temperament. AC Non-Breeders Persian Neuter;1 LEES’ CH SHEERBLISS OHSO THEO (70 12a7, 14/04/2007).Cream & White neuter lad of almost three years. Strong masculine type with a wonderful breadth of head. Excellent top of head with neat ears. Bold copper eyes of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Very full cheeks. Level bite & firm chin. His coat is rather woolly in texture at present and not really as well prepared as I would like to see. He is also moulting very heavily, which doesn’t help. As a result, the coat doesn’t stand out very well from his body. The colour of the cream is a very dark sandy tone, and it is also very shady at present. The coat is predominantly cream with a cream body, head & tail. The tail is showing very heavy tabby markings. He has a small white patch under his nose, and an almost full white collar. His legs show some cream patches and he has white paws, together with a white bib and underneath. Slight staining to paws & bib today. Very well grown cobby body. Strong legs with fat paws. Short tail to balance. AC Non-Self Persian Neuter;1 McENTEE’S GR CH & GR PR ICEMOOR TORANDOT (70 31ft, MN, 23/8/06).Lovely Cream Spotted Tabby & White Exotic lad of excellent balanced type. Very broad top of head with neat ears. Mid orange eyes which are bold & of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Excellent coat of super texture which was expertly prepared & stands out very well from body. Clear white to around 80% of his body, with large coloured patches to his flanks. The patches show linked spots of mid cream against a paler cream ground colour. White tips to ears with a white patch behind his left ear. Inverted ‘V’ to face. Faint mid cream lines over his head & slight tracings back to his ears. Well ringed tail. Very cobby body, with strong legs & good rounded paws. Short tail to balance. AC Semi-LH Breeders Adult;1 SAYE’S ESAYA CZARLovely Brown Tabby Siberian lad of super balanced type. Super breadth to his head with medium ears set well. Pale hazel eyes of good size & shape. Medium nose showing slight dip. Excellent rounding to his cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Good mid seal tabby markings to body against a pale bronze ground colour. Excellent body shape & strong legs with huge paws. Medium tail to balance. A very impressive lad. 2 WHITBY’S GR CH SUCETTE PRINCE VALIANT.3 CHAFFE’S POLAPAWZ PUSSYGOLIGHTLY.Ac Semi-LH Non-Breeders Adult;1 GARDINOR’S GR CH PANJANDRUM FUEGO.Super Red Point Birman lad of excellent balanced type. Wonderful expression with lovely deep blue eyes. Super boning on this boy. Deep red to his points contrasting well with a clear body colour. Smashing lad. 2 WHITBY’S GR CH FELONIE SUCETTE PLAYBOY.Chocolate Tabby point Birman lad of lovely type. 3 JOHNSON’S CH MAYSULA MISTY MITTENS.AC Semi-LH Non-Breeders Kitten;1 INSTONE’S KITTAH HECUBA.Lovely Blue Point Birman girl of excellent balanced type. Good width to head with ears of good size set very well. Very deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Nose showing good dip in profile. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & quite well prepared. Just slightly shady to body today. Mid blue to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Gauntlets tapered & fairly well matched – the left gauntlet has a slight hook at the end. Well grown girl with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. 2 WHITBY’S TAMANDRIA SWEET TINA.Seal point Birman girl of lovely type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue yes of good size & shape, just a little two-tone at present. Nose showing dip in profile, just slightly roman. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & fairly good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Body rather shady at present and quite a cool dark seal tone to the shading. Dark seal to points. Quite well matched gloves, the right glove is slightly scalloped. Well matched socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Quite well grown body of good shape. Medium tail, well furnished. 3 McHUGH’S FELLPURRS INCA OF LEWSHAN.AC Semi-LH Non-Self Kitten;1 WHITBY’S KRYSTALTOZE VICTORIA PLUM.2 NUTTER’S LUNARIS MISS DIVINE.Sweet Brown Tabby Maine Coon girl of quite pleasing type. Quite good width to head with ears of good size held well. Amber eyes of good size & shape. Her nose has a very strong dip in profile, which is bordering on a break. Quite good width to muzzle for her age. Level bite. Good chin. Coat of good length, which was well prepared. Good width to muzzle. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Rather a cool beige tone to her ground colour at present. Clear ‘M’ to forehead, with spectacles to eyes & tracing s back to her ears. Lines over her head with a slightly diffused butterfly to her shoulders. Back is rather solid at present. Diffused oysters to her flanks. Quite well ringed tail & legs. Body quite well grown & of good length. Long, well furnished tail. AC Semi-LH Debutante Neuter;1 CLARKE’S RAGSHAVEN MR SWEETBEASTIE.2 HOOTON’S MOONENCIA JORGE LORENZO.Young Brown Tabby & White lad of promising type – just at that awkward adolescent stage at present. Quite good breadth to head with ears of good size held well. Amber eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing gentle curve in profile. He needs to develop a little more width in his muzzle as he matures. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. White to face, Paws & underneath. Mid bronze ground tone & good black tabby markings. Just a touch solid to his back at present. Well ringed tail. Quite well grown for his age with good body shape.
