Many thanks to Jacky for my invite to judge. I had a lovely day at this friendly show. I was ably assisted by Andrew with expert trolley pushing & cleaning, as I didn’t have a steward for the day! We had a great Mum & son weekend & I had some lovely cats to judge.
AC Birman Premier Male;
GPC LYSENG’S PR ADATELO RIVER BAY GAZER (13c1, 14/12/07). Lovely Seal Point lad of excellent balanced type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Medium nose with good dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared, just slight shading to body. Dark seal to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching gauntlets well tapered & of good length. Very well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished. Lovely temperament.
RGPC RANCE’S PR BAYGAZER COCOCAPANA (13c3, 18/9/07). Chocolate Point lad of good type. Good width to head with medium ears held well. Mid blue eyes of fairly good size & good shape. Nose showing dip, just slightly roman. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat expertly prepared of good length. Lovely clear body colour with mid chocolate to points. Mask could be slightly fuller, and tail is quite pale chocolate. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Well grown lad with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished.
Blue Point Birman Adult Male;
1 CC MLYNEK & HAYWARD’S MLYWARD MUNCHKIN (13c2, 27/6/08). Lovely young lad of super balanced type. Good width to head with medium ears set well. Deep blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Medium nose with good dip. Excellent width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of lovely texture & expertly prepared. Clear body & mid blue to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Excellent body shape & well grown. Medium tail, well furnished. Delightful temperament. A really smashing lad!
Chocolate/Lilac Birman Neuter Male;
1 KEEPING’S CH BAYGAZER BIJOUBIRMON TROY (13c3, 12/1/05). Large Chocolate Point lad of good balanced type. Quite good width to head – ears of good size, held just a fraction high. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing slight dip. Fairly good width to cheeks. Level bite. Fairly good chin. Coat of excellent length & texture & well prepared. Just fractionally shady to body. Dark chocolate to all points. Well matched gloves & socks. Matching tapered gauntlets. Very well grown with good body shape. Medium tail, well furnished.
Norwegian Forest Neuter;
BOB PORTER’S PR NOYNAROCK XANADU. 1 PC WAREING’S NORGESKAUKATT TORSTEIN (67/20, 31/5/08). Young Brown Tabby lad of quite pleasing type. Fairly good triangular head shape, just with a slight whisker pinch at present. Ears of good size held well. Pale amber eyes of fairly good size – could be better opened for better balance to his face. Almost straight profile. Level bite. Excellent chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Already showing excellent double coat throughout. Cool brown tabby markings. Excellent body length & well grown. Long tail to balance.
AC Persian Maiden Adult;
1 HIGGINS’ ALINDAS BAM BAM. Superb Black & White lad of lovely balanced type. Excellent top of head, ears just needing to close a touch as he matures. Bold pale orange eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite almost level. Superb full coat which was expertly prepared. Pristine white to body, legs & underneath. White face with black to ears. Black to tail. Very cobby body. Short full tail. Gorgeous lad!
2 HALLIDAY’S DALLIHAY ARTICGEM. Very pretty Pewter girl of lovely balanced type. Excellent width to top of head with neat ears. Bold eyes of mid orange, excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose, with slightly restricted nostrils & slightly small brick red nose leather outlined with black. Very good width to cheeks. Bite slightly undershot. Good chin. Coat full & beautifully prepared. Silvery white to chin, tummy & under her tail, with good silvery white ear tufts & fairly well developed frill. Silvery white to body, with quite a light mantle of black tipping, fairly even just slightly lighter along spine line. Slight ghost tabby markings to front legs. Black paw pads & eye rims. Super cobby shape to her body on strong legs. Short full tail.

1 THORNBURN’S RIASCATZ DREAM LOVER. Superb Red Tabby & White lad of lovely balanced type. Excellent width to head with neat ears. Mid orange eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Full coat which was groomed to the last hair. Almost all pristine white, with rich red colour to ears and tail & one patch to body. Slight rings to tail, but rather hard to define tabby markings on ears & patch. Very well grown lad with cobby body shape. Short full tail.
2 SHORT’S TILSIE ONLYTHELONELY. Very pretty Tortie Colourpoint girl of lovely type. Excellent top of head with neat ears. Very pale blue eyes of excellent size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & Firm chin. Level bite. Full coat which was expertly prepared. Clear body with good tortie shades to all points. Cobby body. Short full tail.

1 STEWART’S GR CH LAZANE ON CLOUD NINE. Well I’m not sure I can add much to what I’ve said many times about this wonderful boy. He really is a ‘cloud on legs’ and his owner really does him proud with expert grooming every time. Wonderful type & lovely show presence too. Congratulations on his well-deserved Imperial.
2 DANKS’ CH TAMOSAH FERRNANDO. Pewter lad of lovely masculine type. Good width to top of head – ears just a touch large & open but very well set. Bold eyes which are deep orange & of excellent size & shape, showing black eye rims. Very short broad nose with brick red leather outlined with black. . Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Coat full & well prepared. Just showing slight tarnishing to face & paws. Silvery white to chin & under tail with silvery white to tummy. Body showing good silvery white undercoat with good black tipping defining a clear mantle. Unfortunately showing tabby markings to flanks & to legs at present. Very cobby body. Strong legs with fat paws showing black paw pads. Short full tail.

1 ROGERS’ CH MILNUSS ELLIEANNA. Lovely Black Exotic girl of excellent type. Good top of head with neat ears. Deep copper eyes of good size & shape. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Almost level bite. Excellent coat which stands out very well from her body. Jet black & almost sound. Lovely cobby body with short strong legs. Short tail to balance.
2 THORNBURN’S ALINDAS TUPPENCE. Super Dominant Tortie & White girl of excellent balanced type. Very good top of head with neat ears. Copper eyes of good shape – I would prefer them to be slightly larger. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite fractionally undershot. Excellent full coat which was expertly prepared. Pristine white with clear patches of jet black & rich red. Cobby body. Short full tail.

1 MORRIS GR CH WESTHOLME CAPTIVATION. Wonderful Tortie lass of super balanced type. Excellent top of head with neat ears. Owl-like eyes of deepest copper. Very short broad nose. Full cheeks & firm chin. Bite almost level. Super full coat which was expertly prepared. Very well patched with jet black & rich shades of red throughout. Very cobby body. Short full tail. A lovely girl.
2 HALLIDAY’S DALLIHAY MOONDIVA. Very pretty Pewter girl of good type. Good width to head with neat ears. Bold eyes of good size & shape, slightly pale orange in colour, outlined with black. Very short broad nose with slightly restricted nostrils, brick leather outlined with black. Full cheeks & firm chin. Level bite. Coat full & well prepared. Good silvery white undercoat with excellent frill & ear tufts. Slight tarnishing to face. Fairly even mantle of medium black tipping. Slight tabby markings to legs. Cobby body. Strong legs with rounded paws and black paw pads. Short full tail, with silvery white underneath.

1 JONES’ CH GROOVICATS KOKOMO. Large Blue Colourpointed lad of good type. Good flat plane to head with ears of good size held well. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing good dip in profile. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared, just slightly shady to body. Mid blue to all points. Excellent body shape & very well grown. Well furnished tail to balance.
2 LYNCH’S CHESAWOOD BURLINGTONBERTIE. . Seal Colourpointed lad of good type. Good flat plane to head with ears of good size, just needing to drop a touch as he matures. Mid blue eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing good dip in profile, and slightly retrousse at tip. Good width to cheeks. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared, just slightly shady to body. Dark seal to all points. Excellent body shape & very well grown. Well furnished tail to balance.

AC Semi-LH Neuter which has won 1 or 2 PC’s, IC’s or Merits;
1 BURGESS’S GR CH & PR COONWARIA SHAMWARI. Brown Tabby Maine Coon lad of lovely balanced type. Good width to head with ears of good size set well, and showing good tufts. Amber eyes of good size & shape. Nose showing gentle curve in profile. Good width to muzzle. Level bite & good chin. Coat of good length & well prepared. Mid copper ground colour with very well defined tabby markings. Good ‘M’ to forehead & spectacles to eyes. Clear butterfly to shoulders & oysters to flanks. Line to back fairly well defined. Well ringed legs & tail. Excellent body length & good muscle tone. Tail of good length & well furnished.
