Q: Who should I contact with any queries for the Cat Planet Top Breeder and Top Exhibit Competition?A: Contact in the first instance Cat Planet - by email - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Q: If my cat is awarded Best Overall Adult at a breed show do I claim for Best Adult (30 Points) or Overal BOV (40 Points)?A: You claim for Best Adult (30 Points). Q: I have the same amount of points as the breeder in position one - why am I second?A: In the event of a tie break, the cat or breeder who have achieved their score in the least amount of shows is the winner. Q: How do I know my points claim has registered?A: After clicking on submit, a confirmation page displays with details of your claim including the show and the amount of points you have claimed, you need to keep a copy of this page for your records as proof of the submission. Q: I am entered into the Top Breeder Competition, can I claim for my prefixed cats shown by others at shows I am not showing at as with the previous competition?A: You can submit points for all cats carrying your prefix under the new competition rules - you do not need to be entered at the same show. Q: I am listed as a Breeder and also have one of the cats I own with my prefix in the Exhibit competition, do I have to enter the points twice?A: Yes you do need to submit the points seperately on the Breeder Form and again on the Exhibit Form Q: I havent yet received a confirmation email for my points being submitted, how long should I wait before emailing to chase this?A: Please give a full 48 hours before chasing Cat Planet after any query. Q: Is it possible to enter my pedigree cat that I am showing in the household pedigree pet section in to this competition?A: If his is listed in the catalogue by his full pedigree name, then use that but if the catalogue lists him under his pet name, then use that.Q: Can I Claim points from shows prior to the 1st June 2010A: No - Only shows dated from 1st June 2010 - 30th May 2011 will be eligible for points. Q: Do I fill out one form per cat/kitten I want to enter for the Top Exhibit Competition?A: Yes. Q: Can I claim points for shows I enter with TICA or FB?A: After the competition being away for 2/3 years we felt that we needed to get things running steadily before we included 2 other registeries, we hope to bring the competition to TICA and FB next year. Q: Can I enter both the Top Breeder and Top Exhibit Competitions?A: Yes Q: How long do I have after the show to claim my points?A: You have until the 14th of the Month Following the date of the show - for example, if you enter a show on the 13th June 2010, you have until the 14th July to claim your points, no backdated claims will be accepted.
