SHROPSHIRE C C SHOW 6TH.FEBRUARY 2010. JUDGE BETTY SHINGLETON

My thanks to Janet, Jill and the Committee for my invitation to judge. I had an enjoyable day helped by Irene Walsh, many thanks Irene, look forward to the next time.

AC PERSIAN IMPERIAL GRAND PREMIER MALE.

IMP.GRND.PREM.CERT. WHITE’S CH & GR PR SHARISHIMA THE GUV’NOR. 4. 130106.

Broad strong head with rounded scull, neatly placed ears, short broad nose good break, well developed cheeks, strong rounded muzzle, firm chin, slightly heavy browed just spoiling eye shape a little, eye colour strong. Cobby body, short strong boned legs, balanced tail. Coat very well presented, fairly sound rich colour. Lovely temperament, a really sweet natured boy.

BLUE ADULT MALE.

BOB. PRIESTLEY’S GR CH PANDARUS ULTRAUNIQUE. 291203.

A very impressive mature boy. Strong rounded scull, neatly placed ears, short broad nose good break, large expressive eyes of good colour, well developed cheeks, strong chin. Cobby body, short strong boned legs, balanced tail. Beautifully presented coat, pastel blue. Very good temperament.

BLACK KITTEN. MALE.

1ST. BOB.HIGGINS HEATHROSE BARNEY RUBBLE. 260509.

Strong rounded scull, neatly placed ears, short broad nose good break, cheeks well developed, strong muzzle good bite, eyes very good shape and deep copper colour. Cobby body in lovely condition, strong bone, balanced tail. Coat very good texture, presentation showing almost every hair in place – lovely. Fairly sound black, still carrying some “kitten” coat.

SELKIRK REX NEUTER MALE.

1ST. PC BOB. NOBLE’S WYREWOOD MR CHRISTIAN. 79S 15. 060707.

Head round, broad and showing well developed cheeks with round underlying bone structure, forehead rounded with slightly curved top of head, medium width muzzle with good whisker pads, chin just slightly shallow, level bite, broad nose straight with downward slant, in profile showing a convex curve. Medium size ears broad at base and set well apart, expressive eyes of good shape, good colour. Cobby body in lovely condition, substantially boned legs and balanced tail. Very good coat texture and presentation, uniform length over the entire body, random unstructured coat, soft and plush. Very sweet personality.

2ND. LEE’S SEWNSEW WOTSITABOOTALFIE. 79S 16. 140408.

Round , broad head, medium sized ears broad at base and well set, cheeks quite full with round underlying bone structure, heavy browed which made the eyes appear a little deep set, medium muzzle with well padded whisker pads, firm chin , level bite, nose showing slight convex curve in profile. Very god conformation and condition, substantial bone, balanced tail, thick medium length, thicker at base. Fairly uniform length of coat, texture not as soft as I would like, and lower area of the back the coat curls a little “clumpy”. A young boy enjoying his day out.

SNOW SPOTTED BENGAL ADULT MALE.

A young boy only just in adult class and showing excellent maturity. Very nicely balanced head, broad medium wedge with rounded contours, profile showing gentle curve from the forehead to bridge of nose, nose large and broad with slightly puffy nose leather, broad rounded muzzle, firm chin even bite. Ears medium size wide at the base and rounded tips, lovely eyes for shape and expression with a deep blue colour. Very good conformation and condition, very well muscled, medium length legs and balanced tail, medium length and thick with rounded tip. Short coat, dense and luxurious very well presented, ground colour ivory/creamy, and charcoal facial markings, body showing spotting, the overall appearance of pearl dusting. Such a sweet young boy, very happy to be judged.
