DAVID BARRETT SOUTHERN COUNTIES CAT CLUB 30/1/2010

AC BURMESE CHAMPION MALE

GR CH – DELL’S CH KUPRO CREAM SALIX (27f)

Younger male – but well made for age. Good size and overall feel. Good tail. Good coat texture, colour even but looking a touch hot under the hall lighting. Good top of head with well set and shaped ears. Good eye shape, set and colour. Good break, chin level. Good short wedge with good Burmese expression.

2nd - RES GR CH with-held – ALGER-STREET’S CH TYPHA BUFFOONBILLY (27c)

Fairly good weight and feel - some middle aged spread. Tail only just balances. Slight dip behind shoulders with slight flattening over the top of the rib cage. Coat a touch open, fairly good colour. Good top of head and ears. Fairly good eye shape and set. Good break with fairly good chin. Short wedge.

AC BURMESE CHAMPION FEMALE

A large class with some real quality.

GR CH – ORTON’S CH CHAMSTRAW PEBBLES DELITE (27e)

Very good muscular feel, good weight. Good tail. Very good coat texture and mix of colours. Very good top of head with well set and shaped ears. Good eye shape, set and colour. Good break and chin. Very good short well balanced wedge. Felling a bit upset on the day – typical tortie !

RES GR CH – BONE’S CH SYKRIS DEJA VEUX (27c)

Good feel and muscle. Tail just balances. Good coat texture and colour. Fairly good top of head between well set and shaped ears. Good eye shape, set and colour. Good break with fairly good chin. Short well balanced wedge

TONKINESE NEUTER

1st & PC – MACEY’S CH FECHELDEE VENUS (74c) – FEMALE

Good size and muscular feel. Good tail. Coat just a touch open but good colour. Good top of head with well set ears. Good eye shape and set. Fairly good profile with good chin. Even wedge. Very gentle

BOB – RICHARDS’S GR CH & I GR PR TONKAHOLICS ISLA TANIKA (74e) – FEMALE

Very good size and feel. Good tail. Very good coat texture with good mix of colours. Good top of head with well set and shaped ears. Good eye shape and set. Fairly good profile with good chin.

BROWN BURMESE NEUTER – MALE

1st & PC – MILLER’S PR ADATEBU BOBTHEBLOB

Super temperament. Very good size and feel. Good tail. Good coat texture and colour. Fairly good top of head – just a touch flat – with good ears. Good eye shape and set. Good profile.

BOB – BUIST’S GR PR ADMEWBU BILBO BAGGINS

Big boy – well made. Very good size and feel. Good tail. Good coat texture and colour. Very good top of head and ears. Good eye shape and set. Good profile. Very close between this boy and the other male BOB only entrant for the BOB

1st – ALGER-STREET’S GR CH TYPHAST HURRICANE (76 30) – MALE

Lovely big boy – well muscled and very much in proportion. Good tail. Lovely coat texture with good spotting. Good hspa eto head with well set and shaped ears. Good eye shape and set giving lovely expression.

2nd – SHAMMAS’S GR CH MIKKAR ASHANTI WARRIOR (23) – MALE

Good size and feel. Good tail. Very good coat texture with good ticking. Good top of head and ears. Fairly good eye shape and set. Good profile.

3rd – HEDLUND’S SPRINGMEADOW GOLDUST (76 20) – MALE

AC BURMESE ARISTOCRAT ADULT

1st - KING’S KATSACUTE DREAM (27c) – MALE

Good size overall with good muscular feel. Good tail. Good coat texture with good colour. Good top of head with well set ears. Fairly good eye shape and set. Shortish balanced wedge with fairly good break and chin.

BURMESE BREEDERS KITTEN FEMALE

1st - WEALE’S HERBATIOUS WITCH HAZEL (27b)

Pretty young female. Good size and feel for age. Good tail. Coat of good colour but texture as yet still kittenish. Lovely top of head and ears. Good eye shape and set. Short well balance wedge. Lovely temperament.

2nd – KEMPE’S OAKENSHIELD JULIETTE (27f)

Playful baby. Good size for age with good feel. Tail OK. Good coat colour and texture. Good top of head but holding ear slightly upright. Fairly good eye shape and set. Good profile.

3rd – WEALE’S HERATIOUS SWEETPEA (27c)

1st – POWER’S UK & IMP GR PR MAINMAN RAJAH (27b)

Lovely big boy with super feel and muscle. Good tail. Very good coat texture and colour. Good top of head with well set an dshaped ears. Good eye shape and set. Good profile. Head is very pleasing.

2nd – BOWSER’S GR PR KIMARLIM SAMBIKAN VELVET (27b)

Good size and feel – well muscled. Good tail. Mid range, even coat colour with good texture. Fairly good top of head and ears. Good eye shape and set. Good break and fairly good chin. Medium wedge

3rd – GLANVILLE-MORRIS’S PR TYPHA FABERGE (27c)

Close call between two good cats.

2nd – COWAN’S CH & PR AMBASKIN SILVERMIST (27c)

Good size and muscular feel. Tail just OK. Good coat texture – colour appearing a touch blue in hall lighting. Fairly good top of head and ears. Good eye shape and set. Pleasing profile. Shortish wedge
