Many thanks to Celia and the Supreme Committee for the invitation to judge and for their hospitality. I had a lovely day with some excellent cats and was ably assisted by my excellent stewards Jordan Mooney, Sue Barrett and Liz Hemmings who handled the cats with care and were great company. Many thanks girls for coming to steward especially I look forward to the next time. Bit of luck you decided to show as well Jordan. Many congratulations on your Brown Burmese girl achieving Supreme Exhibit. She was looking gorgeous.

CHOCOLATE BURMESE KITTEN MALE

1 FERGUSON’S DULCAMARA MYTHIAN THEO 27b M 18.4.09

Lovely size and weight but growing slightly out of balance at present. Good width to gently rounded top of head between well set and shaped ears of slightly generous size. Slight rounding to brow, fairly good nose break, nose a trifle long but straight. Level bite and fair depth chin. Good size and shape to yellow eyes set well apart. Medium length body with good muscle tone. Longish legs and largish oval paws. Long well shaped tail just a trifle thick overall. Coat is fairly short and close lying and of very good texture. Warm toned chocolate with darker contrast masking to face and ears. Lovely temperament and enjoying himself.

CHOCOLATE BURMESE KITTEN FEMALE

Attractive girl of very good size and weight and looking well balanced. Well shaped muzzle. Very good width to gently rounded top of head between well set and shaped neat ears. In profile gently rounded brow, very good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Level bite and good depth level chin. “Typical” expression to yellow eyes of good size and shape. Medium length body with proportionate slender legs and neat oval paws. Good tail to balance body well shaped. Coat fairly short and close lying and of excellent texture. Warm toned medium chocolate with slightly darker contrast masking to face and ears. Lovely temperament. Promising young lady.

2 BEIRNE’S BURMAROSE CHIARA CHOCOLAT 27b F 6.5.09

Excellent size and weight with a good firm feel to her. Fairly short blunt wedge. Good width to gently rounded top of head between well set neat ears which could do without the tufts at the tips. Gently rounded brow, good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Well set eyes of good size and shape, yellow in colour, nice expression. Faint smudges on inner limbs. Pale to medium chocolate, I would prefer a warmer tone. Darker contrast masking to face and ears. Coat is fairly short and close lying and of good satiny texture. Medium length body with proportionate legs and neat oval paws. Good tail to balance body. Shy, sweet natured girl.

RED BURMESE KITTEN MALE

1 & BOB AKEHURST’S CHIARO ZINZERO 27d M 12.6.09

Excellent size and weight with good muscle tone. Good length body with proportionate length, shapely legs and largish oval paws. Good tail for length and shape to balance body. Coat is fairly short and close lying and of good texture, slightly coarse near base of tail. Pale to medium red with colour starting to develop around body. Faint broken necklace. Very good width to gently rounded top of head between generous sized ears well set. Slight rounding to brow, good nose break, fairly short nose, rounds slightly. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Nice expression to yellow eyes of good size and shape and set well apart. Chatty with a lovely temperament.

Very well grown girl with a good firm feel. Medium build body with proportionate slender legs and neat oval paws. Well shaped tail balances body. Excellent satiny texture to fairly short close lying coat. Attractively mingled paleish lilac with shades of cream. Very good width to gently rounded top of head between well set and shaped ears of good size. In profile gently rounded brow, good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Fairly short blunt wedge. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Large and lustrous yellow eyes set well apart and with a lovely expression. Lovely temperament.

Lovely size and weight with a good firm feel to medium length body. Proportionate shapely legs and neat oval paws. Nicely shaped tail balances body. Lovely satiny texture to fairly short close lying coat. Deepish warm toned chocolate mingled with shades of red. Good width to nicely rounded top of head between well set and shaped ears of generous size. Gently rounded brow, good nose break, nose a trifle long but straight. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Yellow eyes of good size and shape well set. Well balanced girl, lovely temperament.

3 HUTCHISON’S BLOOMERS BLING OF IRREP 27h F 21.4.09

Very well grown kitten with a good firm feel and a super chirpy purr. Good length body with proportionate shapely legs and neat oval paws. Well shaped tail to balance body. Coat fairly short and close lying and of very good texture. Prettily mingled warm toned chocolate and shades of red. Faint broken necklace. Good width to gently rounded top of head between well set ears, medium in size. Slight rounding to brow, fairly good nose break, nose a trifle long and rounds and is slightly broad. Level bite and fair depth chin. Good size to eyes of slightly too full shape but set well apart. Looked better when she relaxed. Lovely temperament.

Warm toned medium chocolate with slightly darker contrast masking to face and ears. Very good width to fairly short blunt wedge. Good ears set well apart. In profile slight rounding to brow good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Large lustrous pale yellow eyes well set. Super temperament.

Handsome mature boy of very good size and weight with good muscle tone. Good length body, proportionate shapely legs and oval paws. Good tail for length and shape to balance body. Coat a trifle long but close lying and of very good texture. Warm toned medium chocolate, would prefer more even. Pales across shoulders. Darker contrast masking to face and ears. Good width to gently rounded top of head between well set medium sized ears. Slightly rounded brow, good nose break, fairly short straight nose. Level bite, fair depth level chin. Chartreuse eyes of good size and shape well set. Lovely temperament. Sorry there is only one award.

Very good width to gently rounded top of head between well set and shaped generous ears. Slight rounding to brow, good nose break, nose a bit long and has slight bump. Level bite and fair depth chin. Yellow eyes good size and shape. “Typical” expression.

Slight rounding to brow, good nose break, fairly short nose shallows in depth towards tip. Level bite and fair depth level chin. Well set eyes of good size and shape chartreuse in colour. Lovely temperament.

Excellent gently rounded top of head between well set and shaped ears. Slight rounding to brow, good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Level bite but slightly shallow chin. Large and lustrous pale chartreuse eyes. Lovely condition. Lovely temperament.

RED BURMESE PRE-PREMIER MALE

Only eleven months and probably still growing. Large weighty and well muscled. Long proportionate legs and largish oval paws. Well shaped tail of good length. Lovely coat, fairly short and close lying. Pale to medium red with colour still developing around the body. Faint half bars on inner front legs. Good width to gently rounded top of head between well set ears of goodly size. Slight rounding to brow, fairly good nose break. Nose a bit long and spoilt by slight bump. Level bite and fair depth chin. Good size and shape to yellow eyes. Nice natured fellow.

TORTIE BURMESE IMPERIAL OR GRAND PREMIER

Gentle rounding to brow, good nose break, fairly short straight nose. Level bite but slightly shallow chin. Good sheen to coat of good texture. Little scurf near base of tail. Lovely size and shape to chartreuse eyes well set, lovely temperament.

Slight rounding to brow, good nose break and fairly short straight nose. Level bite but slightly shallow chin. Good size and shape to chartreuse eyes well set. Lovely gentle expression. Sweet natured.

Coat a trifle long and plush but close lying and of soft texture. Attractive warm toned chocolate with shades of red. Very good width to gently rounded top of head between largish ears just held slightly low. Slight rounding to brow, good nose break, nose a trifle long and rounds. Level bite but slightly shallow chin. Large lustrous chartreuse eyes well set. Not ever so happy but handled well.
